Memorably friendly staff, incredible package.
5/5

Booked last minute (2 days notice) through Ruben responding quickly to our enquiry; a range of options was provided and we opted for the Kubu bush lodge 3 day package. Airport collection was seamless, and we arrived to a warm welcome from the lodge manager at Kubu and in time to settle in and do a sunset safari at Vuyana private game reserve; here we ticked off four of the big 5 (only missing lions) and enjoyed the open topped experience. The full day in the Kruger we had the pleasure of being guided by Lambs Senior; an immensely naturally likeable man who seemed beloved by all and gave us an unforgettable experience - he got us into prime position to see all the highlights including a stand off between buffalo and a pride of lions. Little Lamb’s excitement and pleasure was as clear as all of ours on the tour which only added to it - the man’s passion and knowledge was incredible.
Finally of note is the standard of accommodation and the hospitality from the lodge manager at Kubu Bush - an incredible experience and showering outside listening to lions roar will live long in the memory.

ThinkScene Safaris = Future Problems
1/5

For you readers seeking to book a safari in the next few months,
do yourself a favour and stay away of ThinkScene Safaris at all costs.

My and family traveled to Kenya in March 2025 with ThinkScene Safaris, with whom we had signed a contract on January 9, 2025, and was fully paid. During our trip, the agency demanded unjustified extra payments for already contracted services, thus violating the terms of the contract.
These charges included extra costs for confirmed accommodation, an unconfirmed excursion, and other unwanted services. I disagreed with these fraudulent requests with supporting documentation.

Despite several amicable attempts and a proposed compromise from my side (the agency retaining in an overpayment, with no further fees), the agency refused and threatened to downgrade my future contracted services. After these unacceptable threats and being insulted by my former driver, out of fear for our safety, we had to cancel the last part of the trip. I had to rebook the remaining leg at the last minute with another agency at our own expense to avoid any further disasters on our spoiled holiday.

I requested a refund for the last portion of the trip that was not honored based on these multiple contractual breaches, abusive practices, and disrespectful behaviors. The refund was refused by the agency based on their cancellation terms (non-applicable in these conditions) and a shady sentence allegedly allowing them to charge extra at will. Since then, they have ceased all communications.
The matter has been reported to legal authorities and is ongoing.

Stay safe and out trouble by not doing any business with this travel agency.

I would suggest booking a stay in one big worldwide chain hotel first.
Once it’s done, book your experience through the hotel directly engaging in their responsibility in case something goes wrong.
Kenya is an incredible country worth a visit, but it’s a shame that the behavior of some very few people ruins the overall experience.

Best Safari Exprience by Aso Global Travel
5/5

We booked for a Nairobi National Park day trip with Aso Global travel and they gave us the best experience. We initially were skeptical due to back and forth but eventually it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we ever had.Our guide John was well conversant with Nairobi National Park and kept explaining to us in detail about the park.

If you are in need of going to Nairobi Parks, then Aso Travel will sort out everything from start to finish.

5/5

I have been lucky enough to experience many Safaris in 3 different continents. Hands down this was the best of them all!
Obed made it that way!!
His love for nature and animals it’s overwhelming, you can see that he really loves what he’s doing and does not get bored. He tries as much as possible to show nature’s spectacle, with great respect for wildlife. Greatly recommended

Seems like he was made for the Job! It was a pleasure having you as our guide Simon :)
5/5

It was my first time in Tanzania and I was a bit worried about doing a Safari because I heard stories about wouldn‘t care about their clients and not give you a lot of inside on the nature and environment but then we met our Guide and he did his Job perfectly, answered every question and made this Trip one of the best of our lives and created a lot of memories for and with us.
The tour was great and I will definetly reccomend Mountain Warriors.

Excellent service, flexible and straight for

I had a few hours free in Arusha, just six! After three days of conferences. Didn’t want to leave the country without exploring this magic nature. Asked and got a contact with Nelson from Big time. In just a couple of hours late at night he was able to organise a custom safari just for me to Arusha national park at a very convenient price for the following day.
My guide Richard was amazing. A fantastic professional who loves wildlife, extremely polite, nice and funny.
They organised me a drive to Arusha national Park, a walking safari with a Rocky a fantastic ranger where we walked into a giraffes family and other wildlife up to a waterfall.
Then we had a nice lunch closed to the see with Richard visiting the lakes, seeing monkeys, buffalo’s, zebras, more giraffes and finally elephants. Very close, extremely nice and Mount Meru splendid views.
I have done many safaris around Africa and for sure one of the best agencies I ever met. Ashanti!
