Truly something exceptional, competence, knowledge of the Safari and where to find the animals. We saw everything possible from Lions attacking Buffalo to Cheetahs capturing Antelope to Rhinos, Elephants, Giraffes etc. Highly recommended!

The tour operator is very good and attentive.
On the tour you walk along the paths to find the animals, making stops where the guides provide explanations. It's an incredible experience.

Great organisation from begin to end
The booking process was very easy. After payment contact via WhatsApp with very easy too. I booked Mukumi and Ruaha including train from Dar es Salaam which is very recommended if you want to travel a different way. The train is very comfortable. Also the pick up from hotel and train station went smooth. Great guide and driver during the trip (Osman and Alphonse). Lodges also good. Very friendly staff. All together a trip to never forget.

Anya Jarvis is a remarkable agent to book my safari in Botswana and South Africa.
I did not want to use an US agent who really did not have an intimate first hand knowledge of the properties.
After corresponding with 7 agents via a safari booking website, I decided on Anya. Of Pembury Tour, a Cape Town company with solid reviews.
She listens carefully to what I wanted and made recommendations giving me options for an anniversary and birthday trip to Cape Town, 2 Delta and Desert safari camps in Chobe and Savute and a hotel in the wine country. You can zoom with her to plan your trip. She is a pleasure and extremely competent.
She picks up an any logistical errors I made in my planning. If you have concerns about re-packing to a duffle for the safari flights she knows exactly how to advise you the best way to approach the problem. During the trip if you want to deviate from the itinerary and go to a township outside of Cape Town, she knows how to suggest the best options. When we were staying in the wine country we experience a Cape Storm with winds and pouring rain flooding roads when we planned to use a self drive rental car ride back to Cape Town for our flight home, I called Anya. She monitored the situation, made arrangements for a professional driver to get us to the airport safe, sound and dry. She had the rental car company pick up the rental car at the hotel.
So if you want a travel agent whose mission is to give you the best trip possible and will monitor the trip to make sure it happens, Anya Jarvis is the one you should pick.

Very professional tour operator with outstanding guide!
We did a 9 day/8 night trip that included chimps in Kibale, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and some hiking in the Rwenzoris. We did a custom trip that was somewhat complicated in several ways, but executed very well by the company staff. They gave very good suggestions and were extremely prompt and professional in their replies.
Our guide, Norbert, was outstanding! He is an excellent driver (the roads we encountered were oftentimes quite challenging), extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed having him as our guide and would definitely request him in the future.
Our accommodations were very good in all locations. We particularly liked Snow Heights Lodge in the Rwenzoris. The tented lodges at Bush Lodge in Queen Elizabeth and Kibale Forest Camp in Kibale Forest National Park were both really nice. The food at those lodges was good, but is a set menu. The portions are not large. Would have preferred to have at least 2 or 3 choices for lunch and dinner and larger portions for the price.
Overall, we had an excellent experience. We were extremely impressed with the beauty and people of Uganda. It is an incredible place to get to visit!
