Overall Amazing Tour Experience
5/5

The tour with Majestic Explorers was amazing from beginning to end. They were very accommodating. They communicated very well and made the experience very special. I really liked the lodging choices they provided for me. My tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative and was sure to make the game drives a spectacular experience. The chef made nice and tasty meals each day and I got to see the big 5; even the rhino!

We loved our time with Greenfire and would recommend to everyone considering safari.
5/5

We were with Greenfire lodge for 3 days and 2 nights. We went on 4 game drives.

The lodge itself was very intimate, beautiful grounds and a lovely pool. Our room was right overlooking the riverbed and it was very private. Very comfortable with every amenity we needed. Carol took time to give us a tour of the room and facilities. She also welcomed us back from every game drive.

The food was delicious and plentiful.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Our game driver Victor was a highlight of our trip. He was extremely knowledgeable about the land, animals and history. He was always determined to ensure we had the best experience, constantly communicating with other drivers to know what animals were out and about on the land. By the end of our short stay, he felt like a friend.

Overall we wouldn’t change a thing about our stay and would recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a personalized and intimate experience.

Efficient, informative and most helpful. Wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
5/5

From my first enquiry regarding a tour to see the Golden Monkeys in Rwanda and Gorilla trekking in Uganda, the tour guide, Bernard, was always very helpful and provided plenty of information. I received a phone call from him to discuss the quotation provided & he personally answered any questions I had about the tour. Being an older client, he learned about my fitness level & was able to reassure me that I would be capable of going on this tour. Bernard met us at Kigali Airport & stayed with us until the end of the tour when he took us to our accommodation back in Kigali. We felt safe at all times. On the day of the gorilla trekking, Bernard called ahead & ensured we were on the correct level of trekking. We wanted a full experience of the jungle & the environment where the gorillas live, as well as seeing the gorillas. It was a truly memorable tour and I can fully recommend TrueVine Safaris. was a truly memorable tour and I can fully recommend TrueVine Safaris.

An African dream that will stay in our hearts forever
5/5

An unforgettable journey through Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Uganda. Wild Spots Safaris organized everything flawlessly, with a perfectly tailored itinerary. A special thank you to our guide Lucia: her expertise, passion, availability, and friendliness made every experience extraordinary. From the Okavango Delta to Victoria Falls and the gorilla and chimpanzee trekking in Uganda, every moment was simply wonderful. Highly recommended!

Excellent service
5/5

Meru Slopes picked us up from Kiliminjaro Airport and took us to the Kibo Palace Hotel in Arusha. The next day a very embarrassed Kelvin was obliged to tell us that our Holiday Company (Verikson Holidays) had failed to pay. Kelvin spent the day with us taking us to the African Art Museum in Arusha. We managed to persuade Verikson to pay and later that day the funds went through. At the very last minute on the next morning Meru Slopes managed to get the 2 of us off on a 4 day safari into Tarangire, the Serengeti (2 days) and Ngorongoro National Parks. Max was our driver. He was a careful driver, considerate, polite, had a sense of humour and seemed to have an uncanny ability to find wildlife without often being surrounded by other Toyota Land Cruisers. Thanks very much Max. Our accommodation was changed from that booked due to the necessary last minute bookings given Verikson Holidays overdue payment. Nonetheless we were satisfied. On the 5th day Meru Slopes gave us a courtesy cultural tour, a village tour which was enlightening, interesting and worthwhile then a visit to a Maasai village which was a little too touristy for our taste. That evening Kelvin joined us at our hotel to apologise for the disruption to our holiday, not that we held Meru Slopes responsible. He also presented us with gifts. The other drivers; Edson and Joseph (?) were also very pleasant. We would highly recommend Meru Slopes (but advise everyone to never use Verikson Holidays!).

Happy, well educated, fluently speaking, good listener, relaxt, funny, always laughing!

We had a very good experience with our safari guide Saloniki!! He was so good, he explained everything about different animals to us, stopped whenever we wanted to and was always happy (even with rain hahaha).
Also we made a really good friend, on the camp, named David! We really enjoyed his company and look forward to see them again!
The Price-Quality ratio was excellent! We had a very big and spacious home with a beautiful lookout over the mountains and the park.
Also the pick ups are very well arranged, we never had to do something ourselves.
Overall we are very satisfied with the service provided by Kihindo and are likely to book again!

The guide was the best asset
5/5

The Hotels were very nice.
The jeep was nice.
But it was Erik Bande, our guide, which made tge experience awsome.
He was happy all the time. You could tell how much he enjoys his job. He knows the animals. He was so friendly but really able to give us space when we needed it.
We totally adore him.

They are the most cooperative, client friendly budget tour operator with the best value for money
5/5

As I write this review, looking back at the trip, I believe it was the most exciting 8 days spent in Africa and it was made possible by Jocky tours. 10/10 when it comes to value for money. They are highly cooperative, polite and clear in their communications as well as commitment.
When I look back at our accommodation, food, safari game drives —- I don’t think it could’ve been better. It truly was a singular, most unique, and thrilling
experience.
Last but not the least, I would like to make a special mention for Rahim, our guide, who was exceptional. Without him, I don’t think we would have enjoyed this trip so much. He always put that extra bit of effort to make sure that we had more sightings during the game drives. Thanks to him, we saw 5 lions (including a lion hunting a warthog) in Lake Nakuru National Park and 45 lions in Masai Mara. Yes indeed, 45 lions — the truth, not a typo or a goofed up story.
A top notch driver, Rahim drove us through such complex and challenging terrains in Masai Mara (especially after the rains) that we could have hardly imagined. He was also very cooperative and kind enough to position the vehicle as per our photography demands, every single time, and with a smile on his face. Truly, take a bow Rahim. Super skilled, highly reliable and deeply honest…you’re the best.
