Memorable family safari in Nyerere National Park
Our recent safari in Nyerere National Park, Tanzania was absolutely wonderful. Right from the beginning Elvis provided us with a wealth of information and helped us to decide which National Park would suit us best based on a number of factors. Once we arrived in Tanzania every member of the team was very friendly and polite. They went above and beyond to ensure comfort, safety, and enjoyment throughout the entire journey, which ran seamlessly.
Our guide David was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging, with an uncanny ability to spot wildlife and share fascinating insights about the animals, ecosystems, and local culture. Thanks to his expertise, we witnessed some breath-taking scenes; elephants roaming freely, lions basking in the sun, giraffes gracefully crossing the plains. To name just a few. Our safari breakfast and lunch that was prepared was delicious and even more enjoyable in the wild.
One of the most enriching parts of our journey was the visit to a local Maasai village. It was a privilege to meet members of the tribe, learn about their traditions, and gain insight into their way of life. The warmth and hospitality they extended to us was humbling, and the cultural exchange added a profound layer of meaning to our family adventure.
We left Tanzania with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will last a lifetime. If you're considering a safari, we wholeheartedly recommend Le Kobe Adventures and Safaris - it was truly a world-class adventure. Thank you!

Breathtaking from start to finish.
My family and I spent a 13-day safari exploring the amazingness of Uganda thanks to Kajie Safaris. Before starting the trip, communication with Ronald was fast, concise, and very open to addressing any doubts regarding the trip and the country. Ronald gave us the best itinerary possible and was open to making modifications to adapt to our preferences.
Once the trip started, a cool guy was waiting for us at the airport with an amazing Toyota Land Cruiser. This cool guy was our guide Colly, who would become part of our family at the end of the trip. We owe him everything... his professionalism, his explanations, his driving skills, his pictures, his jokes and his humanity were something we couldn't expect to be better. He was responsible for carrying out the planned itinerary and proposing new activities that suited our interests. We have to thank him for being so thoughtful, asking every moment if everything was good and striving to make the best trip for us. By the time he opened up to us, letting us know more about him and the culture in Uganda. We know the relationship with the guide is essential for having the best safari experience, but Colly fulfilled our expectations by far. We want to thank him for his attitude and dedication to making our holidays memorable. Thank you, my friend, you will forever be one more member of our family.
Regarding our stay, the lodges were located in amazing sceneries, so we were able to relax after the long days and enjoy the views and nature around. The services that Kajie Safaris chose for us were the best we could have. We didn't find any inconvenience or misunderstanding during the trip, so we feel glad to have chosen this company.
We are back home, with a smile on our faces and Uganda in our hearts. We encourage everyone who is considering a trip to Uganda to trust Kajie Safaris and pray that Colly will be your guide.
Thank you Kajie!

It was a wonderful trip . They are reliable , trustable with a bunch of jovial people.
We had booked a 6N/7D package with super eagles. Special credit goes to our guide Mr Francis, who made sure we don’t miss anything . His dedication is really appreciable . We could spot all the big five because of him , but he used to say everyday “let’s see what the nature has to offer us” . A 10/10 for Mr Francis . Special thanks to Mr Jacob as well who made sure we arrived to Nairobi safe and returned safe to the airport. Thanks to the entire team .

I got answers to all my questions and even more! Traveling alone, I felt safe throughout the entire experience. We did exactly what was planned in the itinerary. An amazing trip! Epic! Trip of a lifetime!!!
Epic! Amazing! Exceptional! But words really can't do justice to the the experience we had with Shadows of Africa Tanzanian Safari. We felt like we were part of a National Geographic special. We saw so many animals, so close up. Herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, impalas, giraffes, lions, hyenas, warthogs, moneys, baboons. We counted more than 45 different species of animals and birds, and I'm sure our list is not complete. We spent eight days on safari in Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, which also included a visit to a Maasai village, a sunrise balloon ride followed by three nights at a resort on Zanzibar. The accommodations were amazing. The lodges were beautiful and even the tent camps were way more luxurious than we expected, complete with giraffes walking by and lions roaring at night. Our guide was Alex Pao (or Poa?) and he was exceptional!!! We were a group of six women and he kept us all in line:) Knowledgeable, funny, professional, accommodating. And finally, I would like to give a shout out to the Shadows of Africa team -- Karen Maki, Frank and Inge! They were wonderful, responsive, accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them or our experience as a whole and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Safari experience!

For the best safari experience, look no further… book your safari with Mama Savana.
Honestly, I don’t have the right words to give enough credit to Mama Savana and our Safari drivers, since my safari included both Kenya and Tanzania. In Kenya, our guide for two days was Kombo, who picked us up at the hotel in Nairobi and took us through our safari in the Masai Mara National Park, giving us the chance to see the Great Migration and a small Mara River crossing. Truly, thank you Kombo for giving us the opportunity to get to know Kenya and its people, the beautiful Masai people and the adventures in the Mara Masai River and National Park.
Then we arrived at the border to enter Tanzania, where we were welcomed by our phenomenal guide, Isaya, who for the next five days left us completely enchanted with Tanzania. From the Masai Mara area in North Serengeti, Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, and even giving us a little tour of Arusha before dropping us off at Kilimanjaro Airport for our flight back home… let me tell you, Isaya went above and beyond to make sure our safari was memorable — and it truly was.
We had the chance to see the Great Migration in all its splendor, thousands and thousands of wildebeests crossing the famous Mara River — that was an UNFORGETTABLE adventure. He also made sure we saw the Big Five. If you ever get the chance to have him as your guide, I can guarantee you’ll have one of the best guides, since he even leads the other jeeps, and he is both respectful and very attentive.
So maybe my words are not enough, but I definitely recommend MAMA SAVANA not just one hundred, but a thousand percent to trust with your trip and your Safaris to Africa.
My thanks also to Alex Kenga at the Arusha office for making all the arrangements and all the changes I requested, so that our Africa Safari Tour 2025 was a complete SUCCESS. THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I felt the grandeur and vastness of the African savannah, saw the Big Five of Africa on this ancient land, and the roar of the lions was breathtaking.
I felt the grandeur and waves of the African savannah. I saw the Big Five of Africa on this ancient land. The roar of the lion was breathtaking. The service provided by the guide and your company was meticulous. At the same time, the hotel I stayed in met my expectations. I highly recommend signing up with this travel agency. It is cost-effective. The guide took me to see many animals and I was reluctant to leave. If I have the opportunity, I will come again.

From start to end everything was awesome!
Unforgettable Safari in Tanzania
We had the chance to go on a 4-day, 3-night safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater, and it was simply amazing. Two nights in a tent out in nature gave the adventure an authentic and exciting touch, and every single game drive was filled with new discoveries. Thanks to our guide’s detailed explanations, we learned so much about the animals and landscapes while spotting the Big Five and many more species. The provided equipment—both the safari car and camping gear—was excellent and made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. This trip exceeded all expectations and is one we can recommend without hesitation.
Our Driver Paul
A special mention goes to our driver Paul, who truly made this safari extraordinary. He is extremely passionate and experienced, and it was fascinating to see how he managed to spot animals while driving—often long before anyone else did. Thanks to his skill and careful driving, we never had any issues with the car, even in challenging terrain where we saw many other vehicles get stuck. Paul speaks excellent English, and we really enjoyed our conversations with him—not only about African wildlife and culture but also about everyday life and personal topics. He is an open-minded, kind, and very responsible person. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Paul as your driver—you won’t regret it. He made our safari truly unforgettable.
Our Chef Ponge (Elia)
We were also lucky to have Ponge as our chef during the safari. He prepared absolutely delicious meals, which were a highlight in themselves after long days out in the bush. On top of his cooking skills, Ponge is a warm-hearted, funny person, and we loved our talks with him. His positive energy added so much to the trip. We sincerely hope every traveler gets the chance to taste Ponge’s cooking—it’s something you won’t forget!

Very professional and well executed.
We had a 5 days safari with Carlos. Everything was perfect.
Carlos was very knowledgable about local culture and also about the different parc and animals.
He’s been doing this for over 13 years and really know his ways around the park and the best place to catch the animals at the right moment. In our short safari we got to see the big 5 and even more. We saw very rare animals sights and carlos was very good a predicting the animal movements according to the time and temperature of the day.
He also caught intererest in our taste of local culture and brought us to some local spots on demand.
The hotels booked by robert were great and greatly situated. The overall was very nice for the price. Everything was very clean and very « luxury » (we had a mid-luxury private package). Communicating with robert was easy and also accomodated us on last minute changes to add an additional park.
Thank you to beacon safaris and especially to our awesome guide Carlos !
