Among the many travel agencies, we chose Simbaland Magic Tours, which is the most correct and wise decision we have made in Safari, Tanzania. From our smooth communication with Maria in the early stage, to determine the travel plan, to when we landed at Kilimanjaro Airport, they warmly picked up the plane, until the perfect arrangement of the daily itinerary, each link is interlocked, and the connection is very good. The guide Dominic is very experienced and drives a good off-road vehicle in good condition. He led our team of 6 people to experience the four-day original wildness, thrilling, and unforgettable Safari, the first day. In Taranregi National Park, we saw large pieces of baobab trees, hordes of elephants and zebras, and the next day we saw the hordes of African lions, lazy leopards, In the Sarengeti Prairie, we saw a magnificent wildebeest and a group of zebras, the last day on the Ngorongoro crater, the most lucky and thrilling day, the crater is like the earth of Eden in the crater. , It's so beautiful, we saw a group of pink flamingos, a rare black rhino, and a lion walking around our car, leisurely, this piece of soil is the real home of wild animals. Thanks to the people of Tanzania and caring people all over the world for their efforts and contributions to the creatures who sheltered nature, and thanks to Simbaland Magic Tours The team has brought us a wonderful Safari trip. If there is still a chance in the future, we will visit Tanzania again, choose Simbaland Magic Tours again, and also recommend Simbaland Magic Tours to relatives and friends in need!

A wonderful safari trip
The 7-day safari itinerary was very well-arranged. The guide (Penda) was excellent and helped us spot many animals. The food and accommodation were also great. The value for money was very high. We are grateful for the warm service and hospitality of the staff(Maria and others).

Highly recommended!
I would book again anytime. Our drivers are reliable and possess a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding the national parks, the animals, and also how to handle very difficult road conditions. I always felt safe in the car.
I would especially like to emphasize the drivers' respect for the animals.

A very enjoyable Safari experience
Although the strike delayed the start of the trip by a day, thanks to your efforts in coordinating, we were able to begin the journey very happily. On the vast plains of Amboseli, Nakuru, and Masai Mala, we saw a variety of animals, including lions, cheetahs, rhinos, hippos, hyenas, antelopes, wildebeests, flamingos, vultures, and Kenya's national bird, among others. The lions hunting in the background, in particular, left a very deep and awe-inspiring impression on us. Sam played a crucial role throughout the trip; he not only drove but also searched for the animals and provided us with detailed explanations.

Patient, communication well, Honest
Good points:
1.Well experience in kili climbing
2.main guide is professional and calm
3.Private toilet brings good experience
4.Service is good
5.good chief offered good meals
6.reliable in summit day by offer 3 guiders to 2 persons
Advice to help them get better:
1.tent get wet during the camping the team build a new one for us, if it can be checked in advance would be better
2.the hotels at beginning and end were not so satisfied but it is reasonable to consider the price as the operator said but I think next time they can make a clear list of price of everything the customer can consider to rise the price to get a better experience.
3.the skills and capabilities of photography of the guides are very important. When choose guide can consider that especially for the customers who needs good photos
4.vice guiders is also important, should choose who is not so old that we even worry about him/she

Unreliable
From personal experience I recommend that you dont book with Afrishare. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Be cautious when booking with this provider Afrishare as the company owner, Ibrahim is unfortunately running a really poor business.
We booked a five day tour with him, where 2 of the 5 days the car broke down. The point of a safari is to ensure that the car takes you comfortably from point A to point B. During the first breakdown we had to jump into another tour companies vehicle and join another family for one full day and then additionally on the second incident we had to spend half the day waiting for the car to be fixed. On top of all this the itinerary for the safari was poorly planned. We did not get enough time to appropriately see the national parks, for example at the Ndutu National Park we drove there, slept and left straight away the next morning. Not allowing us to explore for animals there. It merely felt like a stop over and notnwhat was sold to us to see animals. If he was an honest business, he would understand what he put us through, especially considering that this was an anniversary trip that we had organized together and provide us a reasonable compensation. However, he was only willing to compensate for a permit, not the two days we had lost.
Ibrahim went back and forth with us and made some absurd comments on his lack of responsibility for giving us a very old rusted and clearly unfunctional car. I advise to any future Safari clients. Please do not book with him!!
Lastly one clear point I want to make is that our guide, Deo, was absolutely phenomenal in providing us such an amazing service and making sure that we were comfortable even in these difficult situations! He did his very best to make sure that he could give us the best tour with the limited time given with the car situation. If it was not for Deo, we would have canceled the trip on our 3rd day when the car broke down again with 2 new issues.
