Great Experience !
Our guide Michael was fantastic, he led us to discover the ins and outs of the national parks and told us so much about the animals while in the park and about Kenyan culture and history during our drives. He was very engaging, always on time and most importantly always with a smile.
Our three days were full of excitement, adventure and wonderful animals and views.
I absolutely recommend !

Excellent safari
The safari was perfect. We went through amazing landscapes and we saw a big amount of animals, even several lions a few meters from us. The organization was very precise, the car very confortable, the food was very good and the driver and guide very nice and profesional. The lodge were a dream.

The tour operator was reliable and kept us updated at every step
The 2-day safari was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Within only a 4-hour game drive, we were fortunate enough to spot both a lion and a leopard — an absolute highlight of the trip. On top of that, we saw plenty of other animals. The organization was good, we were kept updated about the schedule and travel arrangements. This safari exceeded my expectations and despite of its high cost I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable adventure in the wild.

Unforgettable Safari Experience with an Exceptional Guide
We had an unforgettable safari experience covering the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha. Each destination offered something unique, from the breathtaking savannahs of the Mara filled with wildlife, to the flamingos and rhinos at Lake Nakuru, and the serene beauty of Lake Naivasha with its hippos and birdlife.
What made the trip truly special was our guide, Roger. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. His knowledge of the parks and the animals was impressive, and he always did his very best to help us spot as many species as possible. Roger’s patience and kindness stood out throughout the journey, he never rushed us, answered all our questions with a smile, and made every game drive enjoyable.
Thanks to him, we not only saw an incredible variety of animals, but also felt genuinely well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide, and we would highly recommend both the safari and Roger to anyone planning a trip to Kenya!

It was a fantastic trip, with beautiful nature, a lot of animals, experienced culture of Tanzania
Roko and the driver were very experienced, very enthusiastic and showed us the most beautiful places and animals on Safari. We stayed in various beautiful accomodaties, with goed food. The patience of both men in guiding us to the best viewing spots for animals was remarkable.

Friendly and approachable
Tiyani was a great driver, we were able to spot two rhinos at a pit stop on our way to Hazyview. It was an eye opening experience for us.

Hello Levis. Thanks for organizing the trip. everything went to plan, tented accommodation was fantastic. food particularly at Ashnil was excellent, as was service from staff who were very good helping me with wheelchair. This is our 4th Safari with Hallmark.
The accessibility at all lodges was excellent and staff helpful, We were impressed with the facilities for guests with limited mobility at all lodges. Thanks for organising the birthday surprise all went well we celebrated. Also many thanks for the wedding anniversary cake, we were both overwhelmed and so surprised by the celebration. The wildlife was great, especially Sweetwater and Nakuru, We saw lions 4 times including a kill, very rare.
We also saw Cheaters, very rare but missed out on Leopard, Felix did a great job too!, very experienced & knowledgeable game spotter and good, safe driver.

Efficient, Knowledgeable and Kind
I would recommend Gustaf as a tour guide. He was well prepared, patient with our time. Eager to try to show us all five of the big five I appreciated the poncho and blanket to keep us warm in the morning before the sun came out.
