Reliable tour operator offering excellent value for money, tour well-organized
We had a very nice 7-day tour across the main parks of Northern Circuit (Tarangire, Serengeti Central and North, Ngorngoro), and overall, everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Communication was good—sometimes a bit slow to respond, but don’t worry, based on our experience, the operator is very reliable. We had several questions and custom requests, and Issa was always flexible and eventually provided clear answers to all of them.
The price was very competitive, and we felt we got great value for money. The accommodations were all comfortable and well-selected, and the whole trip was well organized.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy operator and a great experience!

I had such an amazing experience on this safari! 🌿🐘 From the beginning to the end, everything was well-organized, comfortable, and full of excitement. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable.
The sights were breathtaking — seeing the animals up close in their natural habitat was truly unforgettable. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us great insights about the wildlife and the environment, making the journey not only fun but educational too.

Great experience
One of the best safari we had in Africa. Great organisation and lot to see in Ngorongoro. Don't miss it. Clinton was so nice and helped with everything. Going again when we come back to Arusha.

Good operator, great experience
This is a good value budget tour, allowing us to see the big 5 and many others. The accommodations were good, and the food was plentiful. Godana the bush nomad was a phenomenal driver, always getting us into great spots for viewing.
The Land Cruiser was tough and sturdy, and spacious enough for 6 of us.
Even though we went in August, we couldn’t see the Great Migration. However we saw so much else that we were happy with our experience. I can recommend this tour company.

Everything was perfect, from organizing the trip, tailoring it to every request of ours, to the safari itself. The accommodation chosen by the company were extremely stunning, clean and exceeded our expectations.
Jonas, our guide, truly contributed to make the whole experience unforgettable. His dedication to its job and empathy left us with incredible memory. Always punctual and well-prepared, he made the safari perfectly organized and completely stress-free. What impressed us the most was his ability to listen and accommodate every single wish of our group, doing his very best to help us see everything we were hoping for. We also greatly enjoyed sharing meals with him, which added a warm and personal touch to the experience.
Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Terrible, unprofessional and unsafe
Colour Africa Tours is a not a genuine company from our experience. Not only do they rip you off, but they also treat international travelers poorly and inhumanely. Where do I begin?
Firstly, the safari van was wet and moldy, with a drink cabinet that had large black mold, and the drinks offered were not cold. We were charged an exorbitant amount for the safari, and despite providing our food preferences, we were never offered any food.
To make matters worse, our tour attempted to extort more money from us by holding two solo female travelers captive, causing us to miss our flights to our next destination. Even though we paid for beach tours in Zanzibar and a visit to Stonetown, we were informed once in the country that the beach tours would cost additional money.
At that point, we decided to avoid any further contact with them. Not only are they unprofessional, but this situation is also unsafe. I have reported this locally here in the UK.
Fantastic week long safari with Shafino
Shafino was a fantastic guide who really cared that we saw as many animals as possible. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and had answers to every question we asked. We ended up seeing 9 lion cubs, 4 leopards including 2 cubs, and so much more. We had a great time on the safari because of him. Would recommend him to anyone.
