Staying at Serengeti Heaven Safari Lodge was truly a highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was so warm and heartfelt — we instantly felt at home. The lodge combines the magic of the Serengeti with comfort and luxury. The tented rooms were beautifully designed, giving us the authentic feeling of being close to nature, yet with all the modern comforts you could wish for.
The attention to detail was incredible: the rooms were spotless, cozy, and perfectly set up for relaxation after a long safari day. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and every meal felt like a treat. What really made the experience special, though, was the hospitality of the staff — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed.
Waking up to the sounds of nature and the stunning views around the lodge was unforgettable. It felt peaceful, magical, and very well thought out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our Serengeti adventure.
I would absolutely recommend Serengeti Heaven Safari Lodge to anyone visiting the Serengeti — it’s the perfect mix of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality.

The itinerary was well-organized, and we were very pleased with the hotels, all located within the scenic areas. During the planning process, any inquiries we had received prompt replies. With WeChat contact available, a few days before the trip, we were proactively reminded of the itinerary and provided with the driver’s contact information. Throughout the journey, any issues were addressed and resolved quickly. On the final day, Helen even came to the hotel to greet us personally, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the entire travel arrangement.

Unforgettable
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Precious Moments Safaris during our trip to Zanzibar. From start to finish, they made the entire planning and travel process so seamless and stress free. Not only did they take care of all our transportation around the island with our amazing driver Hamid, who was always punctual and reliable. They also booked our hotels, ensuring we stayed in the best parts of the islands. They organised all of our tours, including Prison Island, Nakupenda Island, and Salam Cave, which allowed us to just relax and fully enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. On one of the days, it was raining and the team immediately adjusted our schedule and pushed back our activity, showing how flexible and considerate they are when it comes to making sure you have the best experience possible. What really stood out was how attentive and caring they were throughout our trip balways available for any questions and regularly checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Precious Moments Safaris to anyone visiting Tanzania and will definitely be using their services again for future travels. A fantastic experience
Thank you so much for Celina's thoughtful arrangements, which have given us a fantastic insight into Kenya. From the stunning beaches to the vast savannas, every distinct natural landscape left us in awe. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we greatly appreciate her efforts in making this trip so remarkable. But the safari driver was not very helpful. He didn't take the initiative to help us spot animals; instead, he just went about his work like a regular office worker clocking in and out. All in all, Kenya is well worth a visit!

Our safari to Lake Naivasha and Hell’s Gate National Park was nothing short of magical—a perfect blend of adventure, tranquility, and raw beauty.
Hell’s Gate National Park offered a unique experience unlike any other safari. Instead of staying in a vehicle, we explored the park on foot and by bike, which made the connection to nature feel incredibly personal. Towering cliffs, dramatic gorges, and geothermal features created a landscape that felt almost prehistoric. We spotted zebras, giraffes, and warthogs up close, all while cycling through the park’s winding trails. The highlight was hiking through the gorge, where the rock formations and hot springs made it feel like stepping into a natural cathedral.
After the thrill of Hell’s Gate, Lake Naivasha was a serene contrast. The boat ride across the lake was peaceful and scenic, with hippos lounging in the water and a dazzling array of birdlife—fish eagles, kingfishers, and pelicans. The calm waters mirrored the sky, and the surrounding acacia trees added to the dreamlike atmosphere. We also visited Crescent Island, where viewing freely roaming animals like impalas and waterbucks felt surreal.
The combination of active exploration and peaceful reflection made this safari truly unforgettable. It’s perfect for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone looking to experience Kenya’s wild beauty in a more intimate and immersive way.
