Excellent Service from Start to Finish
5/5

We had an amazing safari experience with this company, and we’d love to share it.

First of all, our customer service Alice was fantastic. She responded to all our questions quickly and provided us with very helpful information. She arranged our itinerary in advance according to our needs and also reminded us what to prepare before the trip.

Our guide Willy was outstanding. He is extremely professional and an excellent driver. With his use of the intercom and phone, he was able to find the best animal sightings faster and avoid traffic jams. Most importantly, he arranged our daily schedules very thoughtfully, adapting flexibly to different situations. On our last day, when we decided to add an extra day of safari at the last minute, Willy managed to adjust and organize everything right away.

The Land Cruiser was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting luggage for five people. The vehicle was also equipped with a binocular and a camera bean bag, which made photography much easier.

Lastly, for the final two nights, it even offered us a complimentary upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise.

Overall, everything was perfectly arranged, from customer service to guiding, transport, and accommodations.

About: West Wild
Knowledgeable guides and attentive safaris
5/5

West Wild is an excellent local operator—especially convenient and friendly for Chinese travelers. They offer warm, professional guides and well-organized itineraries. We were very satisfied with this trip.

【Communication】
Communicating with 【West Wild(犀野境)】 was extremely easy. The owner, Mr. Wang, is Chinese, and the company also has Chinese-speaking customer service. As Chinese travelers, this made things very convenient—we could communicate directly in a WeChat group instead of relying on low-efficiency email or apps Chinese travelers rarely use. Mr. Wang and the service team always replied quickly and, more importantly, actually solved problems.

【Service】
West Wild’s service was excellent. From itinerary design through the end of the trip, Mr. Wang handled our questions quickly and efficiently. Our guide in Tanzania, **Mr. Alfred**, was especially professional. He has broad, in-depth knowledge of the savannah, wildlife, and local culture; we learned in conversation that he holds a bachelor’s degree in a safari-related field. He answered every question expertly and even kept two wildlife encyclopedias in the vehicle—while explaining, he would quickly find the relevant entries to deepen the discussion. Throughout our time in Tanzania he took great care of us: he cleaned the 4×4 thoroughly every day, inside and out, and even kept an air freshener in the car. We really appreciated these touches.

【Value for Money】
Our trip ran from July 27 to August 7, routing Kenya → Tanzania → Kenya. The cost was USD 4,500 per person for four people (flights excluded), and there were no additional charges during the journey. Accommodation was consistently good—TRADE MARK, Moyo Camp, KENZAN, OLDEANI, KIBO SAFARI CAMP, etc.—so we felt the overall value was strong.

【Reliability】
West Wild proved to be a reliable local safari operator, with each step of the itinerary well arranged. There was one minor hiccup: on one night in the Serengeti, customer service sent Alfred the wrong Kenzan property (Kenzan operates two camps there). Even so, Alfred still got us to the correct camp in time, and this did not affect our impression of the trip.

【The Safari Itself】
It was fantastic! Our guide in Kenya was Mr. James, and in Tanzania it was Mr. Alfred—both were warm and highly professional. They showed us all the animals we hoped to see and consistently secured great viewing positions. That said, as a Tanzania-based operator, West Wild’s service in Tanzania was even better than in Kenya. While Mr. James (who guided us at Lake Elmenteita and the Maasai Mara) was excellent—knowledgeable, humorous, and talkative—our experience with another Kenyan guide, Mr. J (also named James, who took us to Amboseli), was not as good. His English was more limited with a heavier accent, and he came across as less enthusiastic and less talkative.

Elephants, lions, zebras and family: Memories of Safari360
5/5

Our family - me, my husband, and our two children - went on this 4-day Grand Migration Safari. From day one, the Safari360 team has taken special care of us. The children were very excited to see the herd of elephants, lions, and zebras. The guide patiently answered all the questions. During the migration to the Serengeti, thousands of animals were running together - it was the best classroom of life for our little ones. The experience of hearing the roar of the lion from inside the tent at night has thrilled the whole family. Safari360 has not only given us travel but also quality time spent together as a family.

Great camping site for self-drive
5/5

My husband and my daughter (9) stayed for two nights at this camp site during our 5 day self-drive safari.
Our tents were on the roof of the 4x4.
There seemed to be 3 camp sites all near a watered area. We stayed at number 3. The ablution blocks were a short walk away and had been recently added (there was an older one nearby) and were very nice compared to another camp site we stayed at during the same period for another 2 nights.
The campsite we had was lovely and spacious. It has a tap for running water (a MASSIVE plus), BBQ and they provided wood for a fire on the first night with a cemented area to have a fire.
We had elephants and hippo walk through our camp while we were milling about one evening, clearing up after eating our food from the BBQ. It was the highlight of our trip.
We will definitely stay there again when we return to Botswana.
It was easy enough to book online and I paid on arrival in Pula (Botswana's currency) in cash and received a receipt.
The people we spoke to at the location and via email were all really helpful.

Amazing and unique experience
5/5

We went on our first safari trip with King Mufasa, needless to say that it was perfect!
The level of the service, from the moment of the booking, to the execution was amazing.
Davis organized for us an unforgettable trip, and Papa, our driver and guide, made a dream become true.

We spent 4 days across Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks, living true and authentic adventures in the savannah, getting around multiple families of lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos and so many other animals, and spending the night in beautiful lodges in the nature.

Defenitely recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, real and made to measure experience to book their safari with King Mufasa. Don't forget to request Papa if you're looking for an adventure filled with laughter and unique experiences!

A hearthfelt thank your for making this dream come true!

We had a 3 day safari in Tanzania and had a fabulous time. The safari drives were amazing a nd lasted most of the day including bush lunches. The safari guides were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, the vehicles were top notch. We also had a boat safari and a walking safari which was accompanied by a Masai. We learnt so much and felt safe the whole time.

Absolutely beyond fabulous.
5/5

We went on a 10 day safari with Eco Adventure. It was a trip of a lifetime. Alex, our tour guide, could not have been better. He cared so much that we had a good time and saw everything we wanted to. His goal was to not only meet our expectations but exceed them and indeed he did. Eco Adventures was always on top of all correspondence. Even hit a few snags along the way and they did not skip a beat to fix them We would HIGHLY recommend using them for any trips. We know we will. Its a pleasure to write this review.
