Serious safari Company!
4/5

We had a nice experience with kyooma gorilla safari. They gave us great Uganda experience. Good car, and nice driver/guide with a lot of knowledge. Worked very well with a family with two kids on 12 and 14 years old. Solved all problems that could come along the way🤩

From the minute I walked to their offices
They were very welcoming and kind hearts, what I was looking for was very difficult to find but they looked for it until the last minute until I was satisfied. Thanks to them I had the perfect holiday.

The tour operator was knowledgeable and friendly
4/5

My safari experience was absolutely unforgettable. The well-organized itinerary allowed us to see incredible wildlife, including lions, elephants, and giraffes, in their natural habitat. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, providing fascinating insights about the animals and the ecosystem. The safari vehicle was comfortable, and the accommodations were luxurious, offering breathtaking views of the savannah. Overall, I highly recommend Kipruto safari Tour company for anyone looking for a once in a lifetime adventure.

The Namib-Naukluft National Park was quite an experience. The dry veld and desolate environment gave an almost eerie feeling driving around in the park. The lodge was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very customer focused and worked hard to make sure the experience was memorable

For tourists on a tighter budget, this trip provides an good taste of the things the Okavango and Moremi provide. The lodging, food, service & wifi were top notch. Our guide, Kay, was attentive and amazing. Traveling during the summer to the Okavango makes game viewing a bit less interesting. April - September are better months to go. The lodge is a good distance from where we met up with the polers and to the entrance of Moremi so keep that in mind as you plan. We have stayed at higher-end lodges in the Okavango. They provide better proximity but, from a service standpoint, Boteti Camp is on par and far less expensive.

We hired Arthur Holidays for our 3 week trip to Kenya and we have really been well looked after. Eunice has a huge commitment and gave us that little extra! During our entire trip she was available 24/7 and we could turn to her with all sorts of questions that came up.
Also our local driver Karanja was a very kind and loving person that did everything to make our visit the best ever!

Good experience
4/5

We had a wonderful experience in our safari! Traveling with two small kids can be challenging, but the process was seamless, and everything was well-organized. The fly-in safari made it so much easier and stress-free for our family.

The operator was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. A highlight of our trip was having a local guide in the park—David was absolutely amazing! His knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm made the safari unforgettable for us and the kids.
The hotel was fine—it wasn’t luxurious, but it met our needs and provided a comfortable base for our adventures.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this booking service, especially for families!

While the trip was well-organized, and we appreciated having a day-to-day itinerary, some aspects felt incomplete at a detailed level. For instance, the hotel rooms we were given were not as expected, flight details were insufficiently communicated, and the lunch promised on the last day was never provided.

I didn’t have mobile data available (wifi only in the hotel), and thankfully my husband did, for example as we needed it to clarify which flight we were booked on—a detail we only found out by contacting the agency. Although the travel agency was quick to respond to our messages, I believe customers should be better informed proactively, rather than having to chase for information themselves.
We booked this trip on short notice and didn’t have high expectations for the safari, but clearer communication would have made the experience smoother.
