Relible operator with expirinced dreivers/gudies and greate guide Emmah
Safary proved to be a reliable operator with experienced and dedicated drivers and guides. The team was flexible and made sure we were able to see most of the animals we were hoping for, even adjusting plans according to the weather. Our guide, Emmah, was outstanding—open, communicative, friendly, very responsive, and speaking excellent English. The whole team remained calm and professional during unexpected vehicle issues, handling repairs efficiently and still managing to get us to the airport in time for our flights. Their commitment to customer care was evident throughout the trip. The only area for improvement would be to take a more proactive approach to vehicle maintenance to avoid such delays in the future.

Very well run operation
Very well run safari. Brenda was great at keeping in contact with us. The highlight was of course our driver Shwaibu who was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. We saw all the big 5 animals and more. He knew the parks back to front and where to go to have the best chances of seeing the animals that he wanted. He was great to get along with and we loved spending our 7 day safari with him. The accommodation that was organised for us on safari was excellent.
We would absolutely recommend this company to our friends.
Some areas for improvement include:
- packed lunches - other than the cooked lunches which were great, we mostly had packed lunches on safari which were largely inedible. We like to eat healthy and found the food for the most part to very processed, lacked nutrition and unhealthy. We had to eat bigger breakfasts so we could essentially skip lunch.
- the safari car wasn’t a V8 as promised in the itinerary. It was a somewhat dated diesel.
- We were asked what drinks we wanted in the car fridge and told that wouldn’t be a problem, but only some of the drinks were provided.

We were picked up at our hotel early Morning. The Journey was smooth and the driver Tomas was very kind, helpful and funny.

Our guide was excellent during transportation and safaris. Accomodation and meals were very convenient and the coordination with the Natural Scenes was also quick and efficient. Unfortunately the organisation was not able to book our trains in the class arranged on time, so we had to manage those transportations and book a flight from Mombasa to Nairobi

It was a good trip, John was very available to suggest us the best trip and cost.
John was available during our research of the best Safari trip. Also the driver, Isaac, was good, he would found for us the best experience, searching all the big five, and he do it! In general the experience was very emotional.

Excellent guide
The trip started with some setbacks regarding the hotels, which were resolved.
Our guide Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable about Uganda’s wildlife, culture, and other aspects.
He was extremely helpful and quick in resolving all the issues with the hotels and also managed to find the easiest hiking route in gorilla trekking.
Overall, we had a good experience on this trip.

Serengeti Clarity was professional , very responsive and reassuring.
My wife and I found great value in the services that Serengeti Clarity provided. The choices in accommodation both in the bush and in towns were well selected. We experienced some airline delays/ cancellation but the company continued to reassure us that they would make the necessary adjustments to include several very late night transfers. We had very knowledgeable and experienced guides from Kenya through Tanzania. We would use them again.
