Amazing trip and he’s the best
Elvis is super responsive typically replying in minutes. He was flexible when we wanted to change hotels and the order of the trip. Also when we added additional people to the trip late he had no issue and was flexible and found us amazing hotels to stay in that had availability. Our driver was amazing also. We had an issue at one hotel and he was quick to fix the issue. Calling them and in less than 10 minutes from our original message the staff came over to us asking when they can come by to change our rooms. Our driver Moses was the best also. Super knowledgeable and great at spotting animals!

Our Regent Safari trip was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was enjoyable and memorable. We appreciated the attention to detail and friendly staff. Especially the help from Charles, Nari and the owner Allan himself. A flight delay was no problem and the transport to the hotel could be shifted very flexibly. It was a fantastic trip that we would happily recommend to others.

Tapestry of Africa surpassed my expectations in every way.
I am 75 years old and this trip to Kenya was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. Not only were my many questions answered with additional information, the response came back immediately! I felt as if I was their only client! Matt, Albert and Hilda were a wealth of assistance and information. Traveling with two friends, we all had difficulty in obtaining our visas. Hilda magically made it happen. Matt made me feel like I was a friend, not a client. Albert answered every logistical question with ample information and a welcoming spirit. Meeting other staff members upon arrival (Cleah and Elizabeth) was absolutely delightful! This company has assembled a very strong team of kind, efficient and extremely dedicated individuals. Every request made, including changing accommodations as well as an uncomfortable mattress (!!) was promptly taken care of! They even made sure I had a step-stool to climb into the vehicle!
The pacing was perfect, packing many adventures into the day but always being reminded that we had the option to take a break if needed. We were also presented with optional activities such as a hot air balloon flight and visiting a Maasai village. Both were incredible experiences!
Our group had the pleasure of having Matt lead the trip. His evening sessions were so informative and inspiring to me - and his love of Africa is contagious!
The driver/guides were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and entertaining. They made certain that we saw every animal that we came to Kenya to see and we felt very confident in their driving skills, even when rushing to a site where a lion was spotted!!
We were happy with both the very fair pricing and the itinerary for this tour. The company accommodated our wish to extend for several days and took care of every aspect of the extension. When we wanted to add some last minute excursions in Nairobi, Albert himself was the tour guide!
The Tapestry of Africa family goes above and beyond in every way. We could not be happier with this most amazing trip and company. Important fact: all proceeds past expenses are used to build medical facilities in East Africa. When I was told about this mission, there was no question which tour company we would choose. Nairobi National Park Review
My brother and I booked Sam for a tour of the Nairobi National Park. We did a tour of that, the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and the Giraffe Centre.
Sam and the driver for the day, James, were excellent throughout the day. They answered our questions, were very open and forthcoming with interesting facts and ensured that we had a good time.

An experience of a lifetime
Our 9 days in Tanzania was flawless, everything went as planned. Our driver guide, Liberatus, was fantastic with his knowledge and driving skills.
During our 3 day stay in Haydom ,which is a 7 hour drive from Arusha, where we visited Haydom Lutheran Hospital and the Hazabe tripe.
Liberatus driving skills were really put to a test on the way to the Hazabe tribe. We found the well hidden tribe with the help of 2 of my old colleagues from the hospital. My 3 grown children got an amazing experience.
The following 5 days were spent on safaris in 3 different parks where we saw the big five. The highlight was the lions close up and the migration in Serengeti. The tent camps were an experience with the animal sounds at night.
From Serengeti to Zanzibar by plane with one night in Stone town where we stayed in Freddy Mercurys house. The following 5 days in Nungwi..
Downside here was a mixup in accommodations, but this did not spoil our overall experience.
The 16 day Tanzania/Zanzibar trip was an experience of a lifetime as I was able to show my children where I lived and worked in 2007-2008.
This was a custom tailored trip and Benson Safaris did an excellent job and I am forever grateful for this adventure.
