Complete tour with great guides
It was incredible! We went as a couple and did the 12-day Kenya-Tanzania tour. The tour was comprehensive and very intense, and very good value for money. Thanks to the Keyna guides, who were fantastic! Especially Bryan, who made sure we saw as much as possible, and Jeff, whose patience allowed us to witness long behavioral processes! Everyone we met was friendly and open to sharing!
The travel company was very accommodating, much appreciated!
I think the only downside is that for such a long tour, you'd have to add a full day of rest in the middle!

Just wrapped up one of the most incredible weeks of my entire life! Huge thank you to Serengeti Clarity and our amazing guide, Abdul for an experience we will never forget!
Abdul was incredible at finding all the animals we wanted to see and so much more. We were incredibly excited to see all the wild cats in Tanzania, we saw a mama cheetah and her 4 cubs from a couple car lengths away, found lions sleeping in trees with 13 cubs below, spotted a serval cat hunting, and a sleeping leopard, just to name a few. Oh and we perfectly timed seeing the great migration. We have Abdul to thank for getting us around safely (the roads are rough and we saw many safari cars broken down) and helping make all our safari dreams come true. Abdul has so much respect for the animals and the people and communities we drove through, truly an incredible experience.
Everyone was so friendly, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were great! Highly recommend.
Our tour included Tarangire, 3 days in Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and day and night drives in Lake Manyara, if we were to come back we would spend more time in the Serengeti and skip Lake Manyara, Serengeti is incredible! Thank you, the whole experience was great!

Hiking Mount Meru and 3 Day Safari
Humphrey, the manager of Cubs Expeditions, from the first contact worked on making our trip unforgettable. He customized our travel to our needs. All of this at a fair price, with the money staying locally instead of funding European travel agencies. All pick-ups, transfers, and lodging included.
We had a three day hike onto Mount Meru, where David and his team did an incredible job to take us to the summit and back safely, in spite of our average fitness. Watching the sun rise behind Mt Kilimanjaro - a once in a lifetime moment.
In the following three days, Eli was a wonderful safari guide. He showed us three National Parks, each with its special nature and different animals. Both David and Eli were experienced and knowledgeable guides, always helpful, always great to talk to, and to have fun together.

Absolutely great
I started planning my trip to Uganda 11 months before departure. I contacted several agencies on Safaribookings.com and Peter from Buyaga safaris responded almost immediately. I was a little worried at first because it was a smaller agency, but I was convinced by the speed of responses and the flexibility to adapt the program to my needs and interests. I followed Peter's recommendation and changed the planned date of my visit to Uganda and I was happy for Peter's notes and recommendations for individual sections of our trip. His advice was absolutely great because he himself used to work as a guide. For the trip itself, he provided us with a great guide Azariyah and a Toyota Landcruiser 4x4. Although July is the driest month, regular night rains made traveling somewhat complicated, especially in N.P. Murchison falls and N.P. Queen Elizabeth. 4x4 drive was a great advantage, sometimes even a necessity. Guide Azaryiyah was an amazing driver, he managed both difficult terrain and complicated traffic in cities. He was an invaluable helper for my photography and as a former UWA ranger he had a lot of experience in wildlife watching. Thank you Azaryiah for the leopards and lions, for his care throughout the trip and for his patience in waiting for the best shot. When I return to Uganda I will definitely choose Buyaga safaris again and I will be happy to have Azaryiah as my guide.

Trip of a lifetime with Axis! (Rodger is the man!)
We had a fabulousssss 4 night / 5 day safari trip with Axis, led by our friendly, and experienced guide Rodger! Also shout out to Philip who made the booking & payment process so efficient and smooth, as well as adding in our Hot Air Balloon Ride with just a few weeks notice 😊
The safari in & around Masai Mara is what dreams are mafe of! With Rodgers knowledge of the area and great connections with fellow guides and rangers, we were able to see the Big Five (wow), we also visited Masai River and saw Crocs and Hippos!! Lunches were good, long journeys were made comfortable with water and a few stops on route, also the hotels were of good quality (we booked the mid-tier package) all staff are super helpful and friendly.
Rodger also took us around Lake Nakuru Park (my favourite) as felt like an animal's paradise, so amazing to see Rhinos, Pelicans, Flamingos, Giraffes, Hyenas and so much more! I would definitely recommend Axis and Rodger to anyone wanting to do on this type of journey, they're professional, accommodating, reasonably priced - you won't regret it!! 😊

We used Kerry Ririe and the Pembury Tours team to book a wonderful trip to Africa this summer (2025). We were a group of two families (4 adults and 5 kids with age range of 8-16) and Kerry made our experience flow seamlessly. She researched and accommodated all of our requests, some of which came in while in transit and during our adventure. It was extremely comforting to have everything organized for us so that we knew that we had pick ups and transfers, guides to take us wherever we wanted and accommodation that was family friendly but also delivering the perfect safari/bush lodge style that we were hoping. Our travels took us into South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia and I cant think of a thing that we didn't do that was on the 'wish list' but due to Pembury's delivery of our perfect summer holiday - we ALL cannot wait to return to Africa.

Great, well organized!
I did 5 days 4 nights Safari which was absolutely amazing! It was very well organized. We visited diferent places that gave us a more complete picture of the wildlife of Kenya. Our guide Rodger was great. He knew perfectly where to find all the animals! He was very informative and helpful! Very highly recommended!

The best informative Safari with Rodger number one guide
We booked axis safaris as the package was inclusive of park fee's so we knew we had no surprises in terms of cost, the company was also comparitive in terms of cost against other tour companies.
We got a full itinerary and was booked up in Nairobi from our Airbnb on time, and arrived at the booking office to pay.
We also wanted to do hot air balloon tour which axis arranged for us through another company.
Rodger our guide, was without a doubt the highlight of the trip. He showed us the big five, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience and was able to see the animals up close and get great pictures and videos.
Rodger made sure everyone in the group knew what time to be ready for each morning, but had a no rush approach to our day, putting our experience first.
5 stars for axis, and if you get the chance request Rodger to be your guide and you will not be disappointed!
