Kihindo Tours was truly the best, from booking to drop off. Winnie and team ensured we had all the information needed and organised the safari tour to run smoothly. We literally didnt have to lift a finger, we were taken from the hotel to train station and then train station to Mikumi for the safari. Saloniki was a great tour guide, cheerful and passionate! Was very knowledge about the animals, Mikumi and the surrounding national parks. Food was great, very fresh! Got to see giraffes, hippos, monkeys, elephants and lions! I would strongly recommend Kihindo if you want an unforgettable experience! Many thanks to the Kihindo team!!

Perfect experience with Camptrek at Kenya
All arrangements by Camptrek were perfect, from the itinerary, the room type, the hotel, to the Safari, the detailed explanation, the nice relationship during the travel.

An exciting and very eventful Safari-experience
We booked safari in Tanzania with Utufufu Travels and adventures in June 2025 and we had 2 wonderful days! We visited Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks. The team provided superb customer care through our journey with smooth adaptation to our needs and preferences! Our group contained both adults; old and young, and children and we were all taken very good care of! The guides had great knowledge about both all the animals and wildlife in the Parks and the country as a whole, which they shared willingly! They had answers to all our questions, and we could ask whatever we wanted throughout the days. They told enjoyable anecdotes which brought about a lot of laughter from the guests at all ages 😊!! They also showed great respect for the animals, which made us feel safe during the whole tour.
The vehicle was comfortable, and we were offered a delicious lunch box both days. The overnight stop was in a very nice lodge with a swimming pool – an unexpected joy for the joining children. Thanks to professional planning and perfect guides, everything went smoothly!
We also used the company for our trip from Arusha to the Kilimanjaro Airport – also this time with informative stories about life in Tanzania and an exciting stop at a coffee farm on the way.

🌍 An Unforgettable 7-Day Safari with Mountain Warriors
Our 7-day safari was absolutely amazing! The team of Ruth (back office) and Edward (our guide) worked in perfect harmony. They truly did their best to make our experience unique. Thanks to Edward’s expertise, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five.
I especially remember when we couldn’t find a rhinoceros in Ngorongoro. After lunch, Edward suggested trying one more time in an area we had already visited—and that’s when the magic happened!

We really enjoyed our safari. We spent 3 nights in Masai Mara and one night at Lake Nakuru. Jimmy was our driver, he was amazing at communicating, understanding our needs, he was very flexible, and the most important he was good at finding animals during our game drives!
Communication with Julie during the whole process was also good.

Great Service
Herbert was absolutely wonderful. We had an illness in our group which prevented us travelling on the agreed date but Herbert went out of his way to reorganise everything so that we could go 24 hours later. It was a private tour involving just our family - 5 adults and 2 children - and so nothing was undertaken without being firstly discussed with ourselves. We visited Tsavo East and stayed in the Voi Safari Lodge for one night. The first day was fantastic and we saw many animals at close quarters including lions. All in all it was a great experience and we are extremely grateful to Herbert for providing such a great service.

We spended one week between Zimbabwe for the Victoria Falls and Botswana.
Amazing.
The river cruse in the Zambezi river is a dream.

Wonderful
We spent an incredible safari journey of 8 days, beyond all our expectations. Since the first contacts with Erick until the last day with our guide Simon, all the trip and the experience with Serengeti Smile was perfect. Very friendly, clear and reliable on communication, we enjoyed all the time spent in Tanzania. We managed to see the big 5 five, to see so many animals, and so many birds as we are wildlife photography lovers.
We really recommand this company to plan your trip, we can feel the experience they have on safari trips. A very special thanks to Simon, our guide, who turned our travel so special, with so many explanations not only about the wildlife but also about tanzanian culture, geography, geology and also good plans for activities.
