knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional experiences
We (My Family with man 38, woman 40 and son 14) recently had the pleasure of going on a Uganda safari with Kwezi Outdoors, and I must say it was an experience of a lifetime! Our safari guide, Ronie, made the trip even more exceptional. Also the planing nd payment of the trip worked perfectly well, Vincent was in charge to fullfill all our request.
From the moment we arrived in Uganda, Ronie & Vincent was there to greet us and make sure we were comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local wildlife and habitats, and his passion for conservation was truly inspiring.
During our safari, Ronie took us to some of the most breathtaking locations in Uganda, including Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale and Bwindi. We were able to witness incredible wildlife sightings, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and even a rare sighting of a leopard!
Ronie's expertise in tracking and identifying animals was truly impressive, and he made sure that we were able to get up close and personal with the animals while still respecting their natural habitats. He was also very conscious of our safety, making sure that we were always comfortable and well-fed during our journey.
The accommodations provided by Kwezi Outdoors were top-notch, and Ronie made sure that everything was taken care of for us. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife without any worries.
Also small adjustments to the trip during our stay was no problem for Ronie, he arranged an extra last minute Mabamba Tour on our last day so we was able to spend over an our with an incredible Shobill Storck.
Overall, I highly recommend Kwezi Outdoors and Ronie as a safari guide. They provided an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. I can't wait to plan my next safari adventure with them!
Remarks: Kwezi was unbelivable Caretaking. My Bag didnt arrived because of custom problems. Vincent and Ronie took care and picked up the bag 2 days later and sended it with a bush plane so that we could pick it up. Also we forgot some cloth in one of the accomodations. Ronie arrange a motorcycle driver and another safari ca who we meet somewhere at the street and got our cloth back.

They made me have a great safari with a memorable experience.
Our 7-day safari was absolutely amazing; we had a great time in Tanzania; all the parks we visited were good, and we had enough time for game drives in each park. The hotels and camps were all up to good standards, and our guide, Deogratius, was very friendly. With his good knowledge of the parks, he made sure that we saw all the big five. All this couldn't be possible without good organization of our safari, which was done by Deus. He was there to assist us plan our safari, and he was very knowledgeable about the wildebeest migration. All his arrangements were completely reasonable and very professional.

Excellent communication with reliable and great value for service
Dennis has made our trip into pure nature loving reality. He fully understood the exact character of what we were wishing to realize and tailored it to an unforgettable journey - between herds of wild game and lodges or tents awaiting us at the sunset of each day.
We were extremely lucky to have Henry -as our tour guide who was very humble with great knowledge! He was very sharp and skillful spotting of any Game in the vast territory of the parks. With great explanations about animals, weather influence, and history of local tribes, their culture, customs it made our trip educational and memorable.
Henry is very experienced in his profession- loves his country and it’s nature and was very enthusiastic to share it with us all through the wonderful days we traveled together.
We would highly recommend both - Dennis and Henry for your tour of Masai mara.

Thorough and flexible, customizing our trip and meeting our requests and needs.
Communication with Myler Africa safaris was great. Mr. Mugisha sent me several travel itineraries including different pricing ranges and lengths of trips. He was patient with me until I settled on the trip I wanted. The service I received from him and my guide was excellent! Value for money was very good; it was the best price I could find. Throughout my trip I could reliably reach someone in charge when they were needed (which was rare). And most importantly, the tour itself was phenomenal!! Our guide gave us recommendations that were sometimes outside of the itinerary based on our interests (eg. we loved the tea plantations, so he suggested a "crop to cup" tour and we loved it! He was also straight forward about pricing etc so there was never any guessing for these extra things). The guide was fun, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We truly had a great time, and booking was easy. Yes, it was concerning at first to send money but I was sent the business licence and reassured all along the way, in addition to continued communication. Our guide was Ugandan and working on his Kinyarwanda, so naturally having a Rwandan guide would likely make some aspects smoother, but I truly appreciated how much effort he put in for us.

An experience way better than expected!
I was quite careful when booking this tour because when it comes to safari, even the budget options are very expensive. I decided to get the most of it and booked a 6-day trip to 3 national parks. And now, I must say, my overall experience was even better than I would expect.
We were an international team of 7 in a minivan. It's important to mention something I learned about how the tours are organized - each one of us booked from a different operator and even paid a different price! Therefore, it's hard for me to say what really differentiates one operator from the others.
Maxwell, our driver, was really great! What stands out at first is his excellent knowledge. He had answers to all the questions and knew all the species. Driving in the national parks, especially such as Masai Mara, may be very challenging, but he (as well as our minivan) proved absolutely unbeatable. We were able to pass the most difficult obstacles on the way and after that our driver would even help other drivers. I was impressed how they cooperate with each other. There's no competition but a common will to provide the experience of a lifetime to all the participants. And we made it, we got the big five in just 3 days, and even more than that! Some animals would willingly approach us to even one meter away! It's just unbelievable how they do not care about our presence at all. And the sceneries of elephant or lion families right in front of my eyes, is something I will recall forever and ever.
In terms of organization, I can't complain much, because I chose the budget option. The accommodation was decent, the food was basic but alright. Just FYI, there's no air conditioning in the car even though traveling from one park to another is a significative part of the entire safari.
I only regret two things: 1) Our visit in Nakuru could have been longer. We were only chasing a rhino and as soon as we spotted it, we left. 2) Bottled water was supposed to be unlimited but on the first day of the trip I was informed that "unlimited" means just one litre per person per day which is laargely insufficient when the temperature reaches over 30 degrees Celcius. It's a very small expense for the company, so I think they could really provide what "unlimited" in fact means.
To summarize: if you think that visions of paradise in Jehova's Witnesses' bulletins are some kind of fantasy out of a child's imagination, just go to Kenyan national parks and see it with your own eyes. It's really there, on this Earth.

Pilanesberg was a great time!
We had an enjoyable day thanks to this tour and our tour guide, Happiness. Pick-up at the hotel was easy, the drive was long, but enjoyable tunes helped!
We had a wonderful safari tour once we arrived at Pilanesberg and saw some elephants, giraffes, zebras, etc.!
