We recently returned from an extraordinary 4-week journey through Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa and cannot recommend Pembury Tours highly enough! Our itinerary was superbly planned, combining the spectacular Victoria Falls, unforgettable wildlife encounters in Chobe and the Okavango Delta, and the beautiful scenery, mountains and wineries of Cape Town and the Garden Route.
The organisation throughout was exceptional, from the initial planning discussions and detailed travel documentation to wonderful guided tours, superb accommodation and seamlessly arranged flights, transfers and car hire. The safari lodges, game drives and incredible wildlife sightings were particular highlights. Everything was handled so professionally that we could simply relax and enjoy every moment.

Prompt, professional responses to our queries throughout the booking with our journey designer helped us to decide the best options to meet our goals. Our tour guide, Jovine, checked to ensure that our goals were being met. Jovine was a careful driver and an excellent guide, other guides often seeking his advice. More than once we arrived just at the time when nature was at its best. Tanzania is an excellent destination to observe wildlife in spectacular landscapes. Accommodation was varied and of a high quality. Thoroughly recommend as a trip of a lifetime.

Easy to book with and wonderful to tour with!
Theresia helped us plan our trip making sure that we fit in everything that we wanted and was accommodating when we need changes. She was courteous and timely in all interactions. She suggested a few stops that we hadn't identified and they were just perfect! Our tour guide, Mahefa, was amazing and catered to our requests. He helped maximize our time with the incredible wildlife of Madagascar. Our driver, Idealy, was also fantastic and navigated the roads and the endless trucks like a pro. We had an amazing trip and highly recommend Soul of Madagascar.

Easy to book via email and online payment. Smooth pick up and transfer process. Hotel well positioned and finished (Bakubung) with lovely buffet roast meats and veg.

Shanjoy made this a trip of a lifetime for us!
The communication was top notch before, during, and after the trip. The guides made the land, people, animals, and birds come alive for us. Kim, our guide in Kenya, tailored the trip to our desire to see as many birds as possible and we still saw ALL the animals. Every penny spent was worth it - great value! The kindness with which the entire staff guided us was admirable and they made our trip perfect! Rhoda checked on us throughout and even after we returned home. What a marvelous organization.
Carlos was amazing! He made sure that we had the BEST experience and was great company too.
From initial booking right through to being dropped off at our final hotel in Nairobi, the whole safari experience with Beacon Safaris has been smooth and very well organised. Everyone who we have met or dealt with have been so friendly and helpful.
Winfred's communication throughout has been excellent.
However, the person who made our trip the most perfect experience ever was our guide Carlos. We couldnt have wished for a better guide. It was clear from the start that Carlos was determined to give us an amazing experience; he was good fun to be around, very knowledgeable about the animals and the culture and he was fantastic at spotting different animals and getting us into the best spots to view them. Carlos frequently went abpve and beyond and we are so grateful.
We loved visiting the different parks and we saw so many animals. There were several times that we were left speechless.
We highly recommend Beacon Safaris and we highly recommend Carlos as guide.

The best tour operator to ever exist
Ecky, (the tour guide) was better than i could ever asked for, he would light up the truck with his smile and amazing stories. Suricata Safaris have been overall an excellent experience, the food was AMAZING, the staff so so nice and welcoming and the safari itself out of this world.
I also choose to sleep in a tent which was an amazing experience, to hear all the animal noises, the lions roaring was surreal. Even seeing the hyenans outside of the camp was so cool.
Ecky showed us so many great animals, and was so knowledgeable about them. I saw a tinga I never even imagined, like lion cubs, cheetah babies and being one step away from an eating lioness.
I can’t recommend having him as your guide and Suricata safaris enough, it was my first safari ever and I can’t be more pleased. 5 Stars!
