I am very happy with the services provided by Beyond Travel. They were on the spot coming up with an itinerary to include all the things that I had wanted to do and see and answered all the questions I had. They were punctual and executed the entire itinerary smoothly. They even accommodated my ad hoc requests during the tour. The gorilla trek was amazing. It will be one of my most memorable experiences. They arranged my stay at the nearby lake in a hotel with an amazing view of the lake. A boat ride on the lake was not part of the itinerary. When I expressed interest in it, it was promptly arranged at a reasonable additional cost. Chris, who the driver, was a very pleasant person to be with. Once in a lifetime experience - thanks to Alytexx Safaris
We had a fantastic 6 day Safari experience with Alytexx Safaris at Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara.
Ali was super flexible in changing the itinerary to our needs and wishes, like extending the safari by a day or changing accomodations. He also reserved the Madaraka Express (train) tickets for us for our return to Nairobi. Everything worked as promised, so we found Alytexx very reliable.
For the Safari itself we had an amazing driver and guide (Philip) who was very experienced and brought us to all the animals - including the top 5 - with the best possible spot. He did not hesitate to risk a few scratches to the vehicle to get us the perfect view on a leopard between some trees... Yet we always felt very safe with him. He also explained everything about the wildlif, nature and Kenya in general.
The accomodations were top notch, including the food and catering for dietary requirements (my wife is vegan). Wr even got an upgrade to the private wing in the Soroy Mara Lodge with a tent with river and hippo view!!! Truly amazing.
It was a once in a lifetime experience, but if we ever come back for a Kenyan safari, we would surely choose Alytexx again.

We wanted to visit Serengeti and in particular see the Great Migration . We are so appreciative that our contact at Wajefya advised us of a programme that let us experience the great diversity of terrain and wildlife in the Tanzanian national parks. In addition to the Serengeti we also visited the Tarangire National Park and the Ongorongoro Cráter. We had thought a private safari was out of our reach but Wajefya’s competitive pricing made this wonderful trip possible .
From the first the communication was excellent and their flexibility when we had to change dates was impressive and reassuring .
The arrangements were faultless, for airport pick up and drop off as well as pre and post safari hotel accommodation in Arusha. Giving us the opportunity to meet the team and our guide the day before our adventure began was another example of their professionalism.
John, our guide was exemplary; attentive, knowledgeable, and particularly in understanding how we wanted to experience the wildlife. Rather than simply stopping for photographs and moving on, he appreciated that we wanted to quietly observe the animals sometimes for 20 minutes or more, allowing us to really appreciate their natural behaviour. His patience and understanding greatly enhanced our Safari experience..
We were also fortunate to have our own personal chef, Nico, who provided us with a wonderful variety of freshly prepared meals, both in the camp and for our breakfast and lunches out on safari

Crater Explorer, 5 Day Safari
Myself and two friends booked the 5 day safari covering Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. The Safari was brilliant and we saw plenty of animals including all the big five. The accomodations for the package we booked were all perfect and very comfortable to stay at. There was one issue at one of the accomodations that was rectified by Emmanuel from Crater Explorers very promptly. Lastly the guide was great both at finding us animals in each park and giving us details about all we saw. Would definitely book again.
