They were able to answer any question I had all the way up to the time we got picked up in Nairobi. For the safari itself, our guide Felix was exceptional and very patient considering we were traveling with two young children. He was also very knowledgeable about the parks and animals. Absolutely Fabulous Tour
Cayleigh put together an 18 day tour of Victoria Falls, Botswana and Namibia that was the best trip we have ever taken! The service was so personal and professional, we were taken care of every single step of the way. When a flight was cancelled for some of our party, Cayleigh was immediately in touch even though she was on vacation. Any time we had a question, Cayleigh was quick to respond. When our flights were changed and we were scheduled to arrive in the evening, she made sure that a dinner was waiting for us at the hotel. The accomodations were amazing, the staff at each lodge were awesome. All of our meals were exceptional, and included most of our beer and wine. Truly, it was an experience we will never forget.

Hippo and his team were terrific, so friendly and happy to answer all my(many) questions. They were reliable, and the tour was easily affordable. I saw so many wonderful sites and learned so much about Zimbabwe. I always felt completely safe. If I ever go back to Zimbabwe, they will be my first call.

From start to finish, the team at Eta Adventure Safaris fully supported the journey, not just the safari itself, but the entire trip, including transfers, drivers and logistics outside the safari. Everything was well organized and thoughtful.
I worked mainly with Derrick, who was incredibly attentive, professional and always available to answer my questions. He carefully considered my preferences, worked within my budget, and helped make sure everything went smoothly.
On safari, our jeep and driver PapaJohn were amazing. He always knew exactly where to find the animals, which allowed us to see the Big 5, a cheetah, and so many other incredible species. His knowledge and guidance made every moment thrilling and memorable.
