Wow what an amazing team Brandon and team were amazing
Just back from Krugar and what an amazing experience. Brandon and team couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We ticked our boxes in Krugar national Park and Sabi Sands private park. Our lodges in both places were just perfect and the attention to details was incredible. I'd definitely recommend Elephant Herds for the trip of a lifetime. We got so close to the animals which was beyond our wildest dreams. Well done Elephant Herds

Everything as promised and better
Safari bookings always seem scary, but Almachius at Meru Slopes was very responsive, which helped calm my anxiety. Hakuna matata. The tour was well planned and I got to meet with my agent at the beginning and end of the trip. They even helped plan an additional day that I chose to add to my trip! My guide was very knowledgeable and a Spanish speaker, which was very important for me. Would definitely recommend booking with this company.

Unique experience in good hands.
Shafino knows the Tarangire and Serengeti parks like the back of his hand. He's a seasoned guide who is highly respected by his peers, which allowed us to get the most out of our days. If you like non-stop action and looking for the best position for your photos, you'll be served. We also learned a lot from him about Tanzanian wildlife and culture. Having already visited other parks in Namibia and South Africa, we had expectations but it really felt like we were on our first real safari.

Indigo safaris created the holiday of our dreams!
Indigo safaris did an amazing job booking the perfect trip to Namibia and Botswana for two sixty year old women. Michele listened to what we wanted from our trip and designed a holiday which fitted our needs. Michele was quick to respond to messages even while we were away and even helped resolve issues that she had not even created. I can’t rate her highly enough.

Our 8-Day Honeymoon Safari in Tanzania
When we dreamed of our honeymoon, we imagined more than a hotel room and a city skyline-we wanted wild horizons, starlit nights, and the sound of nature as our background music. Joagro Safaris Tanzania gave us all of that and more. They are very responsible and helpful. Every day felt like a chapter in our own love story. One evening, we sipped champagne while watching elephants wander across the plains. We laughed, shared our dreams, and planned our future.
We are very grateful 🙏 to Our honeymoon will be a memory forever because of Joagro's beautiful arrangements.

Amazing, Polite, and always on time.

We were almost scammed out of $1,600
⚠️ WARNING – Do Not Book with Natural World Kenya Safaris!
We were nearly scammed out of $1,600 by this company. Please read other recent TripAdvisor reviews — our experience is not unique.
We booked and paid in full (online, by credit card) for an all-inclusive Lakes Nakuru & Naivasha Day Safari Tour for six people. The package included breakfast, lunch, three park entrance fees, a boat tour, and a walking tour. I coordinated with Ezra from their office, and Dikdik was assigned as our guide.
The day started well:
• Hotel pickup in Nairobi was on time.
• Our guide was friendly, talkative, and knowledgeable during the drive.
Red flags began two hours into the trip:
• We still hadn’t stopped for the promised “breakfast along the way.” When we mentioned it, our guide paid for breakfast out of his own pocket but said he was “unaware of the itinerary.”
Lake Nakuru was beautiful, and we enjoyed a great game drive thanks to our guide’s skill in spotting wildlife.
Then the problems began:
• On the way to Lake Naivasha, the guide asked for payment again, claiming Ezra told him we would pay in cash.
• He said he had used his own money for gas, breakfast, and Nakuru park fees but couldn’t pay for the rest.
• When I explained I’d already paid online, he insisted Ezra hadn’t given him the money.
• I called Ezra during the confrontation — he claimed payment would “show up in two days,” even though credit card payments are instant.
• This turned into shouting, finger-pointing, and accusations between the guide and the office.
From that point:
• The company stopped responding to all my messages. No apology, no explanation, no reimbursement.
• The guide pushed us to continue the safari and “pay as we went,” which we refused. We asked to return to Nairobi as we were afraid of being stranded.
What we paid for vs. what we got:
• Paid for: breakfast, lunch, boat tour, walking tour, three park entries.
• Got: one park entry, no lunch, no boat or walking tour, and an incredibly stressful experience.
While driving back, we checked other reviews and found multiple travelers describing this exact scam — same company, same guide, same story — and some lost even more money than we did.
Bottom line: This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and in our experience, dishonest. Save yourself the stress and book directly with reputable local drivers or a different company.

Absolutely amazing, perfect in every way.
An amazing experience! From the minute Ombeni picked us up at the airport, we were greeted with warmth, friendliness and an atmosphere that made us feel like we were at home. We started in the northern part and were able to witness part of the great migration as well as a small crossing over the Mara River! We then made our way to Central Serengeti where we saw cats, elephants, giraffes, etc! All our sightings were only made possible by our amazing tour guide Ombeni. He was able to spot animals that my husband and I could only see with binoculars all while driving through the bumpy roads! It was truly amazing and you have to book with Gosheni, and ask for Ombeni!!
