Raw, authentic safari in the heart of Botswana—wild camps, top guides, and unforgettable wildlife.
Our 7-day mobile tented safari through Moremi and Savuti was an incredible, authentic experience that brought us truly close to nature. We spent two nights at each campsite—completely unfenced and deep in the wild—which gave us a real sense of connection with the landscape and wildlife.
The experience was raw and genuine, far from luxury tourism. We stayed in simple mobile tents, surrounded by the sounds of the bush at night. The camp crew was fantastic—always welcoming, efficient, and impressive in how they set up camp and prepared fresh, hearty meals in the most remote locations.
Our guides were outstanding: knowledgeable, patient, and deeply respectful of the environment. Thanks to them, we witnessed unforgettable wildlife moments—from close encounters with elephants to watching lions on the move and wild dogs hunting.
If you’re looking for a real safari—one that strips away distractions and places you right at the heart of nature—this is it. Truly one of the most meaningful travel experiences we’ve ever had.

Amazing trip in Botswana with Discover Africa!
We had a great experience with Discover Africa! Chrizaan was very helpful and found and organized the perfect location for us. We spent an amazing time and we highly recommend the MMA Dinare Lodge. From arrival to departure everything was perfect, the friendly staff, the food was some of the best we had eaten on this trip, the guides and the game-drives (even night drives and off-road) were excellent! We would book again with Discover Africa!

Unforgettable Family Adventure Through Suswa's Hidden Wonders
Our family fun day to Suswa with Rozsella Africa Safaris was an incredible experience! The highlight was exploring the longest lava tunnel-an exciting adventure for both kids and adults. The team was warm, professional, and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. From stunning views to fascinating stories. Rozsella gave us a perfect blend of fun and discovery. Highly recommended for families!

Brett was attentive, and dealt with all the 'little' things that made the experience special.
This was a our first safari (trip to Africa) and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We wanted to spend some time, on the front end, in Cape Town and Sun Safaris up all our tours (Table Mtn., the Wine Country, Cape of Good Hope, Robin Island- at a reasonable rate) and made good restaurant recommendations. They set us up at Machaba camps each one was different) within Botswana, and they were all first rate operations. All the staff, from the dishwashers to our guides/trackers were friendly and knowledgeable. We also met many interesting people (that weren't from the States, which made the trip interesting on another level. We thought the value for the money we paid was reasonable. My wife is already planning our return visit in 2027!

A professional and reliable company that ensures a memorable trip
I took the one-day safari to Mikumi. The team at Kihindo was extremely professional and friendly, ensuring you are well looked after and that your visit is memorable. My trip ran very smoothly and could always count on someone to get information. I believe the package offers good value for money. I actually had the whole car to myself and Jackson my guide ensured I ticked all the sight seeing list. Thank you!

unusual experience
I'm glad I was able to participate in this safari because I don't usually get to see wild animals.

A Friendly, Fully Custom Uganda Adventure
We wanted to visit my sister, who worked in Uganda, and then see as much of the country as possible. Meanda Uganda gave us exactly that at a fair price.
Nick quickly put together a fantastic route that included Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls, Kidepo Valley, Mount Elgon, and Jinja. When my sister’s workplace suddenly changed from Gulu to Mubende, he adjusted the pick-up location and dates without any problem.
From start to finish, the communication was great, and Nick always responded very quickly!
We travelled in an RV with a rooftop tent. It was very comfortable and felt safe. Some nights we camped inside national parks, and sometimes stayed in lodges. The RV’s fridge and freezer kept plenty of fresh food and cold drinks.
Nick is very friendly and has a good sense of humour. He makes you feel like you are travelling with a friend rather than being just a customer. Every day, he adapted the plan to our pace and to any new circumstances.
I highly recommend Meanda Uganda if you want a real, off-the-beaten-track Uganda trip done safely and comfortably!

Friendly, Knowledgable Guide
Initially our travel from the airport to our AirBnB was set up by the hosts and they used Afro Dawn Sararis. We then personally booked them for a Victoria Falls tour, a Botswana day tour and return to the airport. Isabella, Last and Paul were all great. They communicated well, accommodated our changes in schedule, made sure we got through the border to Zambia and back easily and overall were great hosts. I highly recommend them!

Friendly, organised and reliable. We had the time of our lives!
My two friends and I had a great experience with crater safaris! Everything was so well organised, the campsite was super comfy, the food was amazing and everything ran so smoothly! We saw so many amazing animals, from insects to birds to all of the big 5, and loads of amazing plants and landscapes! So easy to watch the world go by from the jeep. We safari’d in ‘rainy season’ where we luckily had no rain in the day and the parks were super quiet and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
Charles, our guide, was so knowledgable about the area and all the animals, an expert safari guide after 20 years of work in the Serengeti and beyond !
Thank you crater safaris for an amazing time 🫶
