We used Shanjoy for the Kenya leg of our honeymoon in September and they made the whole thing effortless.
The booking process was the first good sign. Questions got answered quickly and clearly, nothing was vague, and everything we agreed on in writing is exactly what we got. That matters when you're planning from abroad and can't verify things yourself.
The logistics were the standout. They handled our transfer from the airport to our hotel on arrival, got us across Nairobi to Wilson the next morning for the flight to the Mara, and picked us up again at the end. Every driver was where he said he'd be, at the time he said he'd be there. No confusion, no waiting around.
The safari itself lived up to it. We were well looked after from start to finish and never once had to chase anyone about anything.

From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. He was such a friendly and fun person to spend the day with, but at the same time incredibly knowledgeable. You could really tell how passionate he is about the wildlife and the environment. He knew exactly where to go and shared so much interesting information with us along the way.
One of the highlights was that, thanks to his experience and dedication, we were able to see the entire Big Five! It was an unforgettable experience and something we will always remember.
What we appreciated most was that he truly took care of everything. We never had to worry about anything and could simply enjoy every moment of the safari. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience.

Guide was on time at the airport en was during the trip always on time! We loved the lodges and tentcamps. Everyone is very friendly en give high standard hospitality! The accommodations were very clean and roomy
Guide Hubert was a professional and had a keen eye for spotting the animals. It was a never ending story of seeing the most beautiful things. I recommend this organization and guide to everyone.
