Half day tour of Soweto with Carson was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Perfect way to know more about the history of South Africa and to see FMB stadium, Soweto, Hector Pieterson Museum and finished with Nelson Mandela House. Carson our tour operator was great. Communicated well, very informative, was able to answer any questions we had. Definitely value for money. Don’t go to Joburg without a tour with Carson

We truly enjoyed every part of the journey—from Gatanga to the reserve. A very special mention goes to our driver, Linux, who was not only professional and kind, but also took the time to answer all our questions in great detail. He did everything possible to take us to every corner of the reserve, allowing us to see the animals while always showing great care and respect for them and their environment.
The accommodation was a wonderful surprise—comfortable, beautifully located, and with excellent hospitality. We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire trip.

Just fabulous!
Family vacation organized by Serengeti Smile, a local agency (cheaper than our French tour operators) with the help of Jeremiah, responsive and reassuring, who was able to meet each of our desires, 6 days of safari and 5 days in Zanzibar. Four parks visited, we had the chance to see all the animals, even the most difficult to spot. We were accompanied throughout the safari by Nixon, perfectly bilingual in French, and Walter, our driver. Without them, the trip would have been different because we learned a lot about the animal world and the culture in Tanzania. Beautiful evenings in their company, enriching discussions for our two teenagers.
The hotels were well chosen, we ate well (none of us got sick, everything is designed for our small intestines). Special mention goes to the classic Serengeti Viewpoint hotel, simply extraordinary in the middle of the savannah, the one in the coffee field as well. We recommend 2 activities, that of visiting a village in a tuctuc, (rice fields, banana cultivation, Maasai cattle market etc.) and visiting a Maasai village with their tradition, to finish, rest in an all-inclusive hotel, the Mora (large hotel, everything is done to satisfy customers, rarely seen such service) do not hesitate, the whole team will accompany you from the beginning to the end of your stay!

We received several offers from different companies for our Safari tour. After reviewing the offers, we found the 9-Day Honeymoon Safari package from African Big Cats and thought it would be perfect for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration. Knowing nothing about the company, we first reviewed their information, then looked at their reviews. They received good reviews everywhere we saw, so we decided to go with them.
African Big Cats walked us through this entire process with care. They required an initial deposit, and the balance was due three weeks before arrival - I appreciated that. Naomi was patient, dedicated, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She arranged our flight to and from Zanzibar. She even took care to recommend a day hotel to rest before our flight home. This recommendation was the respite we didn’t know we needed, but she did. We were able to get some rest, shower, and eat a meal before heading to the airport for the 25-hour flight home.
In addition, it was great to have Emmanuel meet us before the journey began to check on us and discuss our Safari trip. Our guide, Venance, was very informative, answering questions, providing context, and information regarding people, places, and things. He is well-versed in the ecosystem and animals in each park. The lunches for each day were good, and every lodge chosen in the package was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. We were in awe with each one having its unique design and architecture. Each lodge celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and each time was special, a memory to never forget.
Our beach journey was great too. Our car service was with Simba Tour, and again, they took care of us. The Z Hotel was beautiful.
