The whole trip was perfect!
We did the Masai Mara/Lake nakuru safari and would recommend it to everyone.
Starting our Trip in masai mara everything was amazing organised.
All Game drives were absolutely stunning.
Our driver James let us see all of the big five! He was very informative and we had the best time with him.
He made our trip so comfy and funny.

Great service, great tour operator
Serengeti wakanda is a great tour operator! They take care of everything, meaning that everything feels effortless.
We first climbed the Kilimanjaro and afterwards we went on a safari with this company. The team for the Kilimanjaro trek took amazing care of us! Our guides Zakayo and Joshua were great, the made us feel very much at ease. They helped us with every step along the way. The rest of the team were very good as well, preparing all the food that we needed, carrying all the gear and making us feel at home! All in all, this trek was an amazing experience, which they have made possible. A big thank you from us for all that you have done and ensuring that we made the summit.
After the trek it was time to go on a safari, again everything was taken care of, so we were picked up by our guide on time and everything was clear before we started. We went on a safari for 7 days, accompanied by our guide Zephania. Our guide was great, he has a great feeling how to position the car so you can get great photographs! There is no need to tell him where to go, because he already knows what a good position is and brings you to that position. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions (there were many!). He knows not only about nature, but also gave us great insight in the daily life of Tanzanians and shared a lot about the culture of the Masai. Thank you very much Zephania!
During our trip, Aishwarya checked in every now and again and asked if everything was going well, this was also very nice!
To conclude, we highly recommend booking tours (both Kilimanjaro and Safari tours), they take very good care of you. All the accommodations were very nice, they ensure that you have a good experience and have very good guides that work there.

We had a wonderful experience with Jungle Roam and would especially like to thank our guide Elias and Mike for making the whole trip so smooth.
Elias was always punctual, reliable, and very friendly. He is an excellent driver and always managed to find great viewing and photography angles. He was also very patient and enthusiastic about helping us look for wildlife, and never made us feel rushed. We really appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude throughout the trip.
Mike was extremely patient and helpful from the very beginning, from discussing the itinerary and quotation to arranging the hotels, park tickets, and other details. Everything was well organized and all the bookings were accurate, which made the whole journey very easy and stress-free for us.
Thank you again to Elias, Mike, and the Jungle Roam team for taking such good care of us. We truly enjoyed the experience and would be happy to recommend them to anyone planning a safari!

Friendly, respectful, fun and great at his job!
I had a great time on this safari! We got to see 4 out of 5 of the big 5 animals. We also saw some very cool action moments with lions! Our driver, Ken Ngamie, was determined to show us everything we wanted to see.

Ken Ngamie was determined to make our dreams come true
Ken asked us regularly what animals and sights we wanted to see! He interacted with us regularly making sure we were enjoying the tour, and was very fun with his jokes.
We were provided with an Amazing lunch, and there was always water available to us.
We left on time, and Ken made sure to get us an up close picture. Would say it was definitely worth the price we paid!

Arun has tremendous experience as a tour guide and he deserves all accolades he receives
We met Arun at Nairobi where he collected us on our safari holiday. Our first destination was Nakuru national park. On that journey we had a lengthy conversations with him and we all warmed up to his personality and his character. When we reached Nakuru national park park, we got to see his immense knowledge and experience that he has. He took us around the park without any map systems and he got us to places touch of distance of rare animals including rhinos and lions.
Our next trip to was to Kericho which was a pilgrimage for me as I was born in kericho and I was returning after 52 years. We had some issues with Kericho accommodation but with his professionalism and experience he got us a resolution. At this point Arun became part of our family and it was a pleasure to share my hometown experience with him.
In Massai Mara his immense knowledge and experience came to fruition. He always seem to be on the right place in the right time to allow us to experience the beauty of Massai Mara. We saw lions of two feet of the vehicle and he got us in the position to see black Rhino. We witnessed a pride of lions feasting on wilder-beast. And the most magical moment of seeing a leopard carrying a pup and ending up two foot of our vehicle.
Overall we couldn’t have asked for better guide for once in a lifetime trip. Thank you Arun.

A perfect first safari experience in the Serengeti
It was just an overwhelmingly positive first safari experience. We were able to customize the trip however we wanted, and they gave us the specific camps we requested. They were responsive to questions leading up to the trip by email and whatsapp. Our guide Hamisi was like an encyclopedia of animal species and behaviors. He also knew when to wait for things to happen, and we witnessed a cheetah hunt and multiple Mara river crossings because of his expertise. The service at all the camps was delightful (we stayed at the Safari Havens and Ang'ata) and we wished we could have stayed longer. The package we customized is considered mid-range but to us it felt higher than mid-range- the service at every stop was so attentive and friendly, and the facilities were so nice. There's nothing we would have changed and will definitely use the same operator and request the same guide whenever we return to the Serengeti.

Arun delivered us the best Safari trip ever, knowing all the best spots in Masai Mara. We saw the Big 5 plus so many extraordinary moments that not many get to see. We feel so lucky to have had Arun taking us around and he’s made it an unforgettable trip for us. He made us feel safe, catered to all of our needs, and he was great fun with the best energy.
