Great tour company, they made my Kilimanjaro climb a great experience. I had to push my dates back a couple times and they were flexible and understanding about it every time. On the mountain, the guides and porters took great care of everyone in the group and are genuinely happy to be there. They were there for me throughout my whole time in Tanzania from the pickup to the airport to the drop off. I recommend them if you’re planning to climb Kilimanjaro or visit Tanzania and do other excursions.

Our experience with Firefich has been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, Michelle helped us organise our trip with great care and flexibility, always adapting the plans to our needs and what we were looking for.
Once we arrived in the country, the support continued to be exceptional. They helped us with everything we needed, from checking our rental car to make sure it had everything necessary for the trip, to helping us find a camera repair shop when we had an issue with our camera.
It was incredibly reassuring to know that we had someone we could rely on and who was always willing to help, even once we were already travelling.

Good budget friendly
My budget friendly trip was good and nice. Accommodation and breakfast and dinner was nice.
On negative side , any additional bookings like balloon safari, make sure u take receipt else last minute hurryburry. Also bush lunch for game drive was not good, as packaged morning.

The experience was increíble!! We saw so many animals!! Charlie (our guide) and Ezequiel (our Drive) were lovely and kind! They dis every thing on their hand in order for us having the best experience and seeing all the animals possible. If one day I come back i will totally do it with them again!
