Absolutely the Best Tour I had in Africa! Don’t Hesitate to Book - seriously!
I did a six-dad Sossusvlei, Coast and Spitzkoppe tour with Tuhafeni, and I can confidently say it was by far the best tour I experienced during my trip through nine African countries. From start to finish, this company exceeded EVERY expectation.
Emilia my booking agent was incredible, responsive, efficient, professional, and warm. She made the booking process feel personal, listening to exactly what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions. We fine-tuned the itinerary together, and she made sure every detail was just right and exactly what I wanted to see. The price was more than reasonable compared to other companies I researched, so don’t let the affordability fool you. You get everything promised and more, nothing was skipped or rushed, the hotels were in beautiful locations, clean and delicious food.
From the moment I landed, Tuhafeni was there with a big, friendly smile. He patiently helped me sort out a SIM card and currency exchange with no rush, just great conversation and professionalism. Tuhafeni is honestly one of the best guides I’ve had anywhere in the world. He’s punctual, personable, extremely knowledgeable about his country’s history and funny and went above and beyond every single day to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. He took me to authentic, local spots so I could experience Namibia the way I requested, not tourist traps, but real, rich, cultural experiences. It felt like traveling with a good friend (and personal bodyguard!). Tuhafeni made sure I was safe, comfortable, and enjoying myself at all times, he even happily accompanied me to the mall and gem museum to do a little shopping and also random walks around the city.
During the tour, Emilia checked in several times to ensure everything was going well. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. This company’s focus on service is huge. I genuinely cannot recommend this company enough. If you’re visiting Namibia, book with them, no question. I’ll be telling everyone I know to use them, and when I return, I wouldn’t dream of touring with anyone else.

An amazing company to organize your adventure
I had an amazing adventure organized through Uganda Family Tours with my knowledgeable driver Roland, for chimpanzee trekking and gorilla habituation. Unforgettable experience !
I dont usually write reviews but this one I wanted to write as we had a really good experience and I wish other people would make the right choice as well as we did. Recently we came back from safari trip covering Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara and the experience was unforgettable, thanks in large part to our wonderful guide and driver.
From the very beginning, Estomih was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. Estomih accommodated all our requests with genuine warmth and flexibility, always ensuring we were comfortable and had the best viewing for animal spotting. His deep understanding of the national parks and animals made the experience not only exciting but also educational. This is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Estomih's expertise and persistence, we were lucky enough to spot a leopard, which we were told is a rare sight (definitely a highlight of the trip)!
Estomih and the safari soles team are really professional, kind people and full of insights about the local culture, history and wildlife. We felt not like tourists but like welcomed guests in their home.

Most caring, hospitable and professional operator I have dealt with.
I decided to travel to Madagascar suddenly. It was not in my this years plan. When I check Madagascar trip on the net saw lots of operators offering the tours. I got many quotations from the different operators Mai only reponded me on whatsapp though I was asking from other operators too. Finally I decided to go ahead with Mi travels. I asked her to revise my itinerary rwice. Without hesitation Mialy did it to make as per my request very quickly. And I never had any doubts the way She handle everything. And when we started the journey She has arranged everything in perfection. Everyday inquiring about the trip. I normally go around the world. This was one of the most memorable trips in my life. Only East and West Madagascar was completed. I will go back to complet north and south. I will choose Mi travels without hesitations. Guides for Eastern part Mihaji and Western part Hasina, both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly very supportive to our requests. I do wildlife photography as a hobby. amazing trip and good services
I travel with my family this May to Kenya, and LES is our local travel agency.
It's a pleasure to talk with Esther, while I was planning the itinerary, Esther's responses were very prompt, and she provided professional advice to help me plan the route more reasonably. During the trip, Duncan, our guide, was very professional. He picked us up on time every day, and during the game drives, he used his extensive experience to show us many beautiful wild animals, allowing my family to appreciate the magnificent scenery of the African continent. The only dissatisfaction I had during the entire trip was that on one of the days, there was only travel between two locations without a game drive arranged. Therefore, I did not tip, but I was subsequently asked to pay a tip. This was a small unpleasant experience for me during the entire trip.

Flawless organization and a legendary guide!
This was our second time going on a safari in Tanzania. Our first experience was with another company, generally very well know, and we had a great time. This is why we wanted to return with my parents. I already had an itinerary in mind, i.e. Ngorongoro, and Southern & Central Serengeti for this visit. I also knew that we wanted to stay at the Melia, since we had previously stayed there. After seeking quotes from multiple places, it became very clear that Hamis was the most responsive, warm, informative and understanding person I had encountered. While I had slightly cheaper quotes, for my preferred itinerary and lodges, the amazing communication from Hamis convinced me to put down a deposit within 24hrs of interacting with him.
It was the best decision we made. Hamis was always open to any modifications we wanted to make, and provided top-notch advice as well. But the cherry on top of the cake was Norton, our driver-guide. To say that he was exceptional, would be an understatement. Usually, drivers talk to each other and use information from others to help you get to sightings in the Serengeti. But almost every sighting we had, was Norton's own discovery and he was the one usually telling others where to go to spot what.
His eagle eye was so amazing that in just 2 days of game drives in the Serengeti we spotted 5 Cheetahs, including a hunt by two brothers; a hunt and kill by 3 lions; 52 lions overall, including a massive pride with cubs just lounging under a tree; two leopards, both of which were so well hidden but Norton's instinct guided us to them; and even tree climbing lions in the Serengeti! These are just some of the highlights, but we saw so much wildlife, and Norton was always so informative too. We thought our previous visit was great, but this was 100x better. Norton was also very caring, affectionate and had a great sense of humor. He made long days easy, and never rushed us. My mom has trouble with her knees and finds it hard to get in and out of the car, so he fashioned a step stool without being asked from a drinks crate. These small things show just how attentive Norton was.
Honestly, if you're looking to go on a safari in Tanzania, get in touch with Hamis and ask him for Norton as your driver. We know we're going to go back again, and can't wait already. Such an amazing experience!
