Everyone was very professional and making sure everyone is having a good time.
This was the first real safari I ever did and I had an amazing time.
Our guide in Masai Mara & the one in Naivasha were very professional and took really good care of us.
Everything was very well organised and there were no problems at all.
I had a great experience!

It was a marvelous safari tour with the highligths Sossuvlei, Swakopmund and Etosha National Park.
The safari tour happened as expected concerning wildlife, scenery, weather, accommodations, food and guides.
Some remarks to issues that were not as expected: there were too many changes concerning the participants, transportation was not always o.k. because of less space for legs by the back seats, first day of safari tour without program (only stay at the guesthouse).
We state that the guides were excellent. They were extraordinary familiar with wildlife and could show as more wild animals as expected.

Great Safari
The guide was good, food was great and we saw lots of animals. The owner told us to meet at 7am which meant a 5am start for us as we were travelling to Arusha that morning. When we arrived we were told we wouldn't be leaving till 8.30am, he had just assumed we would be late so that was frustrating. Other than that great safari.

Energetic, accommodating and making it work.
We took the 4 day safari, and were pleased when we arrived to be upgraded to the Honeymoon Cabin. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom modern and looked recently renovated. A hot tub was on the porch, as well as an outdoor shower. The camp was quiet, bordered by woods. All the members of the small staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We took three safari tours in Kruger, as well as a tour of the beautiful Blyde Canyon area. Each guide on the safari was different, but we thought Jaden was definitely the best and was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and where to get the best sightings. The staff went out of the way to accommodate my vegan diet, however I would suggest that they offer all guests more locally produced fresh fruits and veggies. I was frustrated to see beautiful avocados and oranges being sold on the streets, but none being served. I would have much preferred having a nice fruit or avocado salad instead of "fake" meat. Also a fresh piece of fruit in every ones breakfast box (as other camps offered) would have been nice instead of a cake/muffin. Juice with a high sugar content can't replace fresh fruit.

Good safari experience
I contacted Boso dabreo safaris last minute for a 3 days budget safari to Masai Mara. She was able to arrange it successfully and I had an unforgettable experience. She arranged also the driver to pick me up from my hotel and I think she can provide several other services. Lydia is kind and helpful and she can find a solution for your need. Do not hesitate to contact her to arrange a safari for you.

Return by family to where they grew up and went to school-- Kenya and Tanzania
Denham Holidays was picked from about five other safari companies to supply a safari of remembrances for our family of 6 for TZ. and for 8 in Kenya. The initial inquiry was responded to in a 1 day time frame, which was miraculous, usually taking 4-10 days to do so. Everything we requested as far as the kind of lodging, places to go and the animals we saw would rate 5*. The Tanzania part of our trip, which was 6 days, was beyond excellent. The driver was very personal, interacting very good with the family, all of whom were fluent in Swahili. It was a fun and rewarding time of re-visiting places in Tanzania that we knew so well.
The Kenya part of the safari, which was 7 days, was very rewarding in terms of animals seen and lodging. Samburu, always our family favorite, lived up to, and actually exceeded our remembrances of past visits. This was given 4 stars because there was a problem with the vehicle, which was remedied after our 2 days in Amboseli, and miscommunications between the transport company and Denhum Holidays. These were corrected, and we arrived at Nairobi in plenty of time to depart at midnight for our return to the U.S.A. Would I recommend Denhum Holidays? I already have, and the family has contacted Ian Njoroge, and he has replied as they look forward to visiting the same 2 countries in the near future.

Great experience
I went with my mom and for her it was the first time ever doing a safari. She had a great day. I think for me it was over too quickly and we were already driving out before I knew what was happening. I think we still had some time left, but maybe we simply had seen all there was to see at the moment.
I loved the guys knowledge about all the wildlife and I asked them a ton of questions which they all happily answered. It was so interesting to not only see but also learn a lot about the wildlife.

No issues here
A friend and I took part in the 6 day northern circuit camping in late May 2019. Booking our trip was easy, and Orongai was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had.
Our guide, Freddie, was great too. We spent many hours with him and were never bored. He always kept us entertained with his singing and whistling and it helped the driving pass a little quicker. During the game drives, he always ensured that we got a good view of the animals and a good spot to take photos.
Our chef was DVD, and he was great as well! We never went hungry, and we always had a great selection. His antics and quirky personality were something to look forward to for every meal. We miss DVD and Freddie dearly and wished they could have accompanied us on the rest of the trip!
The tent was good quality. The foamie mattresses were alright (not great), but definitely the same quality as the rest of the tour companies. Some of the camp sites were a little disappointing (we had to wait for water to be turned on at the first one because they apparently didn't expect us to use the sinks or showers) but still better than we expected before we started the trip.
If you are thinking of a safari, you would not be mistaken to choose Orongai. The price of tour is great, and the trip itself was phenomenal. Unlike some other reviews on this site, we did not have any issues with money....what we were quoted is what we paid. Just make sure, if you are going to Ngorongoro Crater, to pack some warm layers as it gets very cold.
