It’s hard to put into words just how transformative my journey with African Fairytale Safaris was—but I’ll try. From the first interaction with Jonathan, the owner, it was clear this wasn’t just another tour company. Jonathan’s passion his commitment, and his incredible attention to detail made me feel like I was about to embark on something extraordinary—and I was right. Right from the start every moment was curated to what I wanted and every day packed with activities and yet I never felt rushed. Our guides were helpful, responsive, and filled with information. They didn’t just toss out the names of animals but offered insight into their behaviors and relationships to their environment. Our most favorite guide, Aaron, was a revelation. His depth of knowledge, storytelling, and quiet reverence for the land and its creatures turned every game drive into something magical. Him taking time to teach us about tracking and sitting outside a hyena den at sunset so I could see them are just two examples of the way he went above and beyond We witnessed scenes I will never forget-but more than the sightings, it was the feeling—of awe, humility, and connection—that stayed with me. The lodgings arranged by African Fairytale Safaris were varied and all wonderful in their own way. from the stunning game lodge with the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept it away from home to the cozy little hotel with the immaculate service to the lovely family hotel with the best lamb chops I’ve ever had it was perfectly balanced. If you’re looking for more than just a safari—if you’re looking for an experience that touches your heart and shifts your perspective—African Fairytale Safaris is it. Thank you, Jonathan for creating a journey I’ll cherish forever. I cannot wait to come back.

It is a incredible experience that everyone has to live at least one time on their live
The communication from the beginning was 10/10, I thought, attentive and quick to answer any questions, they helped us with everything we needed, they picked us up from the airport and we stayed at their hotel in the center of Arusha. The safari was a true marvel. Our guide Enru had over 25 years of experience in his work and it was amazing how with his eyes he could see many animals in the distance. We were able to see practically all the animals, we missed seeing the leopard since it is very difficult to see, but the rest we saw everything. Chef Gardiola accompanied us during the safari days and every day we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with authentic and delicious local food. Finally, we had a tour of the city of Arusha with Victor and if the safari experience was already unforgettable, the tour with Victor was the icing on the cake. He showed us everything we wanted to see, we ate at local places and lived the experience to the fullest. We took a great friend from Tanzania with us as he was undoubtedly exemplary. Everything he did was clearly done from the heart and we couldn't feel more at home.
It's definitely worth the price you pay. There are many companies that offer even less and are more expensive. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mery Slopes Tours and I will recommend it to anyone who asks, as everything went fantastically beyond our expectations.

Good driver, excellent English, impressive German. Very patient at coordinating all circumstances.
Our Driver was excellent. (Impressively spoke English, German and Swahili).
Group safari was a lot of fun, saw the big 5.
If you have a strict timetable or less flexible private safari might be for you.

Excellent Safari, outstanding guide
I just completed a 5-day Safari with my fiancee and it was awesome.
The booking and communication before the safari went mostly by mail. We were informed about everything we needed to know and all questions were answered. Every agreement was kept, everything was on time (maybe +15 min Tanzania buffer, hakuna matata!).
Our guide Melita was awesome. He knew everything about the animals, taught us and had a very good eye for where the animals hide. He saw things with his eyes that we couldn't even see with our binoculars. While in the safari parcs, the guides talk via radio and when meeting another car so everybody shares the animal sightings. With this, Melita's good eyes and some luck, we were able to see every animal we wanted and more. Additionally, Melita is a very good driver and has a good sense of humour.
The food was freshly cooked for breakfast and dinner and was good and plenty. We always had lunch in the Safari parcs, and it was cooked in the morning and taken in the car in a bag.
We booked the camping safari and the tents were always set up before we arrived at the camping Sites, so easy going for us.
All in all we had a very good time, asante sana Melita and we would recommend Suricata Safaris!

Best safari ever!
This safari was one of the best experiences we ever had and we are very happy, that we chose kihindo safaris. It first started with the organisation of "Winnie" who helped us and answered our questions at any time of the day. She explained everything in detail and organized our trip perfectly. When we got there we were greeted by our excellent guide called "William" who was with us the whole 4 days. You could see that he has fun doing his job and could literally answer every single question we had. He always made sure, that we were happy and tried to make the drives as exciting as possible. We can really recommend the whole organization and the trip to everyone who wants to be part of a safari! And if you decide to book a safari, ask for William!

I booked a 3 days fly safari to Maasai Mara in Tipilkwani Mara Camp.
First contact with Beth was absolutely fantastic, she was clear, fast and meeting all my needs. The booking process was easy and Beth could answer all my questions. Then, the safari itself was absolutely amazing, and the price was very fair. It was a pleasure to meet Patrick and Diana on the way to Wilson airport. I must say, it was first class service. The safari itself was absolutely wonderful, the lodging, the game drives, the food, Beth couldn't have chosen better otpions. Let me here thank all the team, Beth, Patrick, Diana and Martin who made my stay and safari memorable.
Payment was also made easy through online payment with credit card with a very reasonable charge.
I can only recommend Snajoy tours t9 anyone based on my experience.

Great tour of Amboseli and Tsavo
We did a 5-day trip from Nairobi to Mombasa via Amboseli and Tsavo, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The tour was well-planned, and our guides were always on time, and always knowledgeable about where to go and what we were seeing. We can wholeheartedly recommend Brighte Maasai!

Our amazing tour guide Baraka made our experience super comfortable and enjoyable. Shared with us fun facts and is a character himself! Frank is the man behind the scenes communicating all our needs and requests. He was super accomodating and respectful in all our conversations. I would recommend this group to all my friends and family. The hotels were excellent as well as the itinerary for each day. Thank you team Serengeti Clarity!

The tour operator was so friendly, very knowledgeable, and all round amazing and helpful
The safari in the Serengeti was honestly the most incredible experience I’ve ever had to see such lush wildlife in its natural habitat felt like being let in on a secret I couldn’t recommend an experience more. Our tour operator was so helpful and didn’t mind the amount of questions that we’ve bombarded them with, they were always happy to clarify and help. While on the safari due to lack of numbers we had to combine with another group but the guide was still amazing. We camped instead of lodging which was so incredibly to hear the zebras and hyenas making sounds and existing all around us in the camp as we slept 10/10 moment. However be warned the facilities can be a little harsh if you aren’t big on outdoors or have much experience, in one camp bathroom there were no lights or toilet paper or hot water for showers & in the other tho we had hot water and lights there were mosquitoes and spiders. Also be prepared for early starts during our tour we had breakfast at 6am to be on the road soon after. You also want to bring things like towels, pillows and soap. And if you’re like me and was a bit skeptical of the food don’t worry chef cooked up a wonderfully delicious and balanced meal every time and it was so lovely to have a sit down meal like a group of friends & family every day.

Aglow Safaris went above and beyond expectations
From asking for a quote, to booking our tour, and until the very last second of our trip, Aglow was extremely helpful and responsive.
They made sure to understand our needs and provide above and beyond what we expected for our honeymoon. (Special attentions everywhere we went)
On day 1 we were greeted by the Aglow family at the airport with special attentions that we will always remember. (Very cute tire covers for instance)
Our tour guide Simon was awesome and felt like a true brother to us during the whole trip. We learned so much about the animals and culture of Tanzania, and even some Swahili words along the way. Our trip started in Tarangire, followed by Serengeti, and finished in Ngorogoro. Simon was an excellent driver on top of all things and we felt safe, even with a whole lion family beside the safari jeep!! (Which was truly a blessing to see) Simon made sure that we saw everything, and was as excited as us everytime we saw something happen, like a lion hunting a zebra. He is really passionate about his job (animals and nature)
Aglow booked us with very good accomodations, our last accomodation at Kumbo Kumbo camp was just breathtaking. We got excellent value for our money, we could easily see that. We booked the baloon trip in the Serengeti as well which was very well worth it! The coordination with Simon and Aglow was seemless, we didn’t have to worry about anything.
All and all, thank you so much Aglow Safari for the best trip of our lives so far !!
