Amazing Tour & Safari Experience with Exceptional Staff (Especially Deneson)
The whole tour was amazing. We did a 5 day Entebbe to Kigali tour with safari, boat safari, Chimp trekking & Gorilla trekking, led by our guide, Deneson. From first getting in contact with Buyaga we dealt with Peter. Peter was brilliant! He always replied so quick to any questions and was so helpful & friendly. It was really easy to deal with him & made the experience even nicer. The tour itself was incredible, the main thing we wanted to do was the Gorilla trek which we had high expectations for and it absolutely lived up to it, we got to see a family including a silverback & a 3 month baby so close. The other safaris were also brilliant and made the whole trip unforgettable. Our guide Deneson made the trip! He was so friendly and thoughtful. You could really tell he cared about his job and made every effort to make sure we had the best time! He was also so personable, making sure we were ok and asking questions about us and taking an interest in our lives. After we told him it was our honeymoon he called ahead to each accommodation and got them to make up the rooms for us with congratulation messages. On the safari he was incredible at spotting & finding animals. He spotted a leopard in the trees and we also saw two lions before leaving. We've been on a few tours like this and Deneson was by far the best guide we've ever had!

Unforgettable Safari in Tanzania
Our group safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater was an incredible experience from start to finish. Joining a shared safari we met wonderful new people and quickly felt like one big traveling family.
Our guide Justin was amazing—friendly, patient, and full of fascinating knowledge about the wildlife and landscapes. He made sure everyone had the best views, the best photos, and a safe, comfortable journey.
If you’re looking for an affordable way to explore Tanzania’s best parks while meeting fellow travelers, Tausi Trails Adventure is the perfect choice. We left with beautiful memories back to America.

Thank you, Brian, for a wonderful week exploring Rwanda! From sobering Genocide memorials to Gorilla and Chimpanzee trekking, the trip was life changing! Brian was knowledgeable, insightful and managed our trip expertly. The trip was reasonably priced and included transportation and meals from the time we landed in Kigali till we parted 7 days later. We experienced the culture and highlights of this gem of Africa. Highly recommend!!!!!

For expert advice and custom itinerary
We looked at multiple well known, large travel companies. Saw reviews on Extraordinary Africa and contacted Alex. Her knowledge of the countries and camps was the most thorough. After we selected Kenya, she guided us through choosing camps based on the wildlife experiences we desired and the type of accommodation we preferred. We went with Tortillis in Amboselli for the giant tuskers, Lewa Safari Camp for the rhinos, and Kicheche in the Masi Mara for big cats. The camps were all excellent. The wildlife experiences exceeded our expectations. Alex also got us into the Giraffe Manor in Nairobi when the big companies couldn’t and secured a feeding at the baby elephant orphanage. All the transfers between the camps and drivers in Nairobi were perfect.
Bottom line, Alex put together a tailored custom itinerary at equivalent or superior camps at less cost than the group trips scheduled by the large travel companies. We hope to go to Africa again, and there is no one else we would trust other than Alex

10/10 recommend Tanzania Choice Safaris
We had an amazing trip. This is our second safari and first time with Tanzania Choice Safaris. 100% would return to do a safari with them again.
Victor, our driver, was the best. He is super friendly and most importantly, friends with what seemed like every other driver. This is important because drivers share tips with each other, enabling us to have amazing once in a lifetime views. In one day we saw 31 lions (of which 17 were cubs!!) a leopard and cheetahs (also with two cubs).
We went in September for a 7 day safari: 2 days Tarangire, 1 day Ngorongoro, 1 day Ndutu (offseason by our request) and 2 days Seronera which is part of Serengeti. Victor picked us up from the Arusha airport and cheerfully crammed all of our luggage into the car and we set off. In every step he checked in, to ask what we liked, what we wanted to see and did his best to accommodate. On example is the first day we received the typical box lunch (sandwhich, cookie, fruit, etc) which was quite good, but the second day we had "hot lunch" - where the kitchen made up fragrant rice, curried meats and veggies, a pasta and fresh fruit. We raved so much that from then on, Victor ensured we had hot lunch versus the boxed lunch.
September was an amazing time to go. Previously we had gone in February, and while in September we didn't see the Great Migration, we were able to see so many cats! Also my personal favorite was the elephants in Tarangire. We were traveling with children and so we played counting games every day, and in one day in Tarangire we counted over 350 elephants, including babies! Other highlights were seeing a leopard eating a giraffe, a leopard waiting to pounce on a zebra herd (we didn't stick around for the actual hunt), 11 lion cubs nursing with their 5 mother lions, 6 lion cubs eating an elephant while the two large males sat in a post food coma nearby, a cheetah and two cheetah pups eating a gazelle and so many more, to the point where a "cat sleeping on the ground" which in past safaris was the highlight, was the norm. Admittedly Victor shared we had an exceptional trip and were very lucky. We also saw a Black Mamba snake on our last day!
From a value for money - the price was very reasonable and we very much enjoyed our accommodations. We chose to stay within the parks, which meant we were in mostly tent-style beds, and meant that we saw and heard animals all night! I would recommend that when possible, you stay within the park!
Lastly, communication with Brenda was top notch. She was very accommodating to our many requests - in fact we first requested 3 different types of safaris to get pricing and style, and she heard our desires, and made recommendations. We even had to press pause on our booking for a bit due to a personal circumstance, and when we reached back out, she immediately booked us.
Travel was seamless - TCS took care of all accommodations, were in high communication and I loved the little safari journal and water bottles we received. I wrote down every animal as Victor called them out, which will make a great record for future recollection.

Dual safari and kilimanjaro excellent experience !
We booked with the company both a trip and assistance to kilimanjaro peak (7 days, most recommended ) and a 6 day trip to safari national parks (serengeti, ngorongoro, lake manyara and tarangirie).
In both of the experiences the guides were amazing, kind and helpful !
In climbing the kilimanjaro I highly recommend thomas and oscar - they were the best !
In safari - i highly recommend albert - a great and safe driver and a walikng encyclopaedia about nature, safari, animals and anyhing in between.
We had a great time and looking forward to coming back next time !
