I just came back from a 4 days 3 nights safari trip to Kenya. The whole experience was amazing, Thanks to KET.
I knew about KET from trip advisor and dropped an email to Mr. Paul among other companies. He was the 1st to respond with all details. He was very responsive and helpful.
My friend and I, visited Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara including one of the Maasai villages . From day one, we were very impressed with everything, the nature and weather were fantastic., the trip organization was flawless , the hotels were stunning and service was impeccable.Everything was just PERFECT!
Our driver, Francis, was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly .Thanks to him, we saw the big five and lot of other animals. He taught us view Swahili words.. Nashukuru sana Francis

They paid back the $240

Peter paid us back today. He called me a few times in the past weeks to explain he was sorting out the financial trouble he got into, and promised he would pay back the money. So he did, the full amount. I am writing this update to do justice to him and his company. Despite the trouble, he's now trying to sort this, as he has done with me and my family.

Be aware if you consider to book with this company - I / my family still hasn't received the $240 refund. We paid up-front for a number of things including a safari (and park fees) to Amboseli. The deal was my family would visit Amboseli for 2 days, but they ended up going only 1 day. As the park fees for 2 adults and 2 children were already paid, Africa Flash Mc Tours need to pay us back the $240. Despite NUMEROUS emails, phone calls (Peter's number and the hotline number on their website), whatsapp messages to Peter etc I still haven't received anything. I got a few promises ("you'll get it tomorrow because I have reached my ATM limit", or "I will get it to you by Monday", etc etc) but still no refund... This refund is what obviously concerns me most. But, I'd like to add that generally their services are not great either. My family was supposed to be picked up for the Masai Mara at 8.30am (which I felt was a bit late, but Peter said this was fine), but the van showed up at 10.00am! I didn't get a justification why they were 1,5 hours late (yeah traffic....). I do want to do justice to two of their guides for the Masai Mara and Amboseli - my family did really like them.

Incredible holiday that delivered all we hoped
We spent a week by the sea at Mombassa, then KET collected us and delivered a superb 7 day adventure that the three of us will always remember. Nicky our driver was brilliant, helpful, always flexible and a great spotter too. We saw everything we wanted (from leopard by the van, to stamping secretary birds and mating lions!). He handled tricky situations with ease - when we were charged by a rhino, for example! Brilliant stuff. Highly recommended. And if we do it again, we'll go with KET.

Impeccable Service Resulted in a Rewarding African Safari & Adventure
We booked a ten day safari with Pembury Tours for September 2014 from which we have just returned. The managing director, Susan Pattison-Wait, was our tour coordinator from the start of our initial inquiry into an African safari, without passing services on to others. We very much appreciated the continuity of working with Susan for the duration of our planning, which commenced in August 2013. Susan worked diligently and enthusiastically to assist us in planning for what was most likely a once in a lifetime adventure to the country she so proudly represents. Throughout the planning process, Susan patiently listened to our concerns, answered innumerable questions and was responsive to our budgeting restraints. She responded promptly to all emails and messages; and provided informational support services whenever requested. Services were exceptional with impeccable attention to detail. Our African adventure to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, Chobe National Park in Botswana, Notten’s Bush Camp in Sabi Sands Greater Kruger National Park, and Cape Town, including a Cape Town City Tour and Cape Peninsula Tour, was outstanding. All pre-booked accommodations met or exceeded our expectations and were as described by Susan in our communication exchanges. All coordinated transport services were prompt; and while there was potential for disconnect relating to numerous transfers, the agents were always courteous and on time. Our African adventure culminated with memories to last a lifetime and a desire to offer praise where well deserved. We would not hesitate to recommend Pembury Tours for anyone interested in planning a journey to the South Africa.

Hi,
We finished 2 safari with KET in January and August 2013 for 1 week for each. Paul and his staff perfect, kind, clever. Also lodges of KET in Masaii Mara, Amboseli, Naivasha and Nakuru are wonderful.
We saw big 5 in each Safari because of effort of his staff. You can trust Paul always.
Safari is easy with KET; trust me.... :)

Gorilla and Chimps tour : a dream trip !
Great tour, great organisation, great vehicle, great countries (Rwanda and Ouganda) and world class quality guide.
We got what we came here for (Apes) but got much much more thanks to the flexibility of the management and thanks to our smart and knowledgeable guide.

Fantastic,great service,value for money.
Everything went as planned with great communication from all at Wild Wings.
Simon our guide is an excellent host with a wealth of knowledge , experience and who can spot a tick on the behind of a Rhino at a 1000 yards. We had great fun.
We will be recommending Wild Wings to all our friends and family and will most certainly use Wild Wings again ourselves.

Fabulous
We went on Safari with Africa Flash McTours & Travel twice; April 2010 and September 2014. Both times the weather was beautiful, the animals plentiful and the experience mind boggling. Witnessing he Great Migration is beyond belief.
The people are polite, friendly, and anxious to please.
The magnitude of the Serengeti and Mara is difficult to imagine. On our last trip we covered over 2000 Km in three weeks, and loved every minute of it. We are planning to return soon. I would recommend Africa Flash McTours & Travel to my friends and anyone else.

Excellent experience in Kenya
We travel 9 days around Kenya and visit 4 Nationals Parks include Masai Mara. The hotel, the guide and all the service was excellent. We have a wonderful trip. When we finish we flight to Zanzibar 5 days and I they keep in Nairobi part of my suitcase, when we return to the airport to fly to my country (Perú) they send my my suitcase to us. Great Service!!!
