Great tour operator that ensured a flawless safari
We selected Kilipath for a 3-day (privat) safari for two persons. Filex coordinated the tour and acted as first point of contact. He offered various options for us to choose from. The option we eventually selected was perfect for us, a 3-day safari accross Serengeti and Ngorongoro (midrange).
Once we arrived at the Serengeti Seronera airport, our guide Jusuf was waiting for us. We were lucky with Jusuf. Besides being a knowledgable and experienced guide he was also a great person to travel with. Since we were only a team of two having a great guide was big plus. We enjoyed the tour a lot.
What you should know is that tour operators and tour guides typically work independently. Tour guides are selected and hired by tour operators. While the operator is essential for the commercial and logistic aspects as well as the selection of the right guide, the tour guide is essential for the experience of the tour. In our case, were lucky with both.

Chill and caring
If you are planning to hike Kilimanjaro, I will recommend to trust local company Zanzi Trekking and their professional crew. We had an incredible week hiking Lemosho route all the way up to the summit. Me and 2 friends booked a private tour and had 10-person crew with friendly porters, chef, waiter and couple of guides. Maru and George (the guides) were amazingly talented leaders and i could trust the whole trip that we got perfect advice for each day. Even thought there were challencing moments on hike, our guides knew exactly how to push us forward and still kept our minds happy. Thanks to the chef for making delicious foods, especially soups kept us warm. Also food was always on time and that’s something you dont want to stress about at the mountain. So if you are looking for chill and talented crew and want to reach the summit with cheap price, support and go and take a hike with these guys. Thank you for sharing this hard but worthy experience with me, I will see you guys some day again. Jambo jambo!

I can only say positive things about the safari and the agency we booked with from Spain in February, Serengeti African Tours. I contacted Linah and Lucas through their email. They sent me the program and it was fully respected during the trip. I won't go into details about what you see on the safari, which is incredible and wonderful, but I will say that both our guide Ezequiel and our cook David did their best to make the safari as great as it ended up being. I don't know if I will return to Tanzania because the world is very big and there are many things to see, but if I do, I will definitely do it again with Serengeti African Tours.

It was my first time in Namibia and when I was organizing for my trip, I picked one of the tour operators that had the best ratings and I was not disappointed. They set up such an amazing trip and took care of all the details! They were always available to answer questions I had at any time. The trip in this beautiful country was fantastic and everything worked out seamlessly. The lodges and the activities were excellent, and the scenery in Etosha National Park, Swakopmund, Damaraland, the Namib desert and all the others places we visited were a real treat to the eyes! My tour guide, Timoteus, is very friendly, helpful and so kind and I learned a lot about the places we visited and the rich local culture. It was a real pleasure to be taken around by him. Overall, it was a great vacation and definitely one of my favorites. I am happy I did it and I'd recommend the tour by People Tours and Safari to anyone.

Communication was easy from the beginning, with prompt email replies addressing my many requests. Mid level accommodations were really suggestive and the trip itself was amazing. Our driver John was the real value added. He was very trustable and extremely kind, addressing every need of each passenger immediately. He was also very professional in the game drives and he made sure we always had the best spot to see animals and enough time to take the best pictures. He was always eager to give us more information on the animals. You would be very lucky to have him!!

We stayed 3 days, the houses are wonderful, in the morning you wake up with monkeys right outside the house. The organization of the days was excellent, the food from breakfast to dinner is really good.

We went safaris with Hekima Safaris June 2024 with my family! Hekima safaris did everything to make sure everything went smooth start from the itenaries until they drop us at Kilimanjaro Airport. Accommodation and game drive was excellent, Highly recommended.
