From initial contact I found Jeremiah from Serengeti Smile extremely professional and helpful. He organised an amazing itinerary for my whole family if 7 which catered for all our requirements and what we wanted to see on our safari. Jeremiah kept in touch with me everyday misfit out of his working hours because I was in work myself. Nothing was too much trouble for Jeremiah even when we arrived in Zanzibar and had left our safari walking boots at home Jeremiah went out in his lunch hour and sources me a pair of boots that he gave to our tour guide for us. Jeremiah was amazing and went that extra Mike to ensure we would be happy. Tge safari itself was unbelievable we went to Serengeti and everything was very organised from us getting picked up at our hotel right through to getting dropped back off on day 3. We had an amazing tour guide called Peter who we really enjoyed spending 3 days with him. He was very helpful, friendly, polite and fun! We were lucky enough to see all the big 5 on our trip as Peter knew exactly where to go to find them. Our first night was at safari view luxury campsite where we stayed in luxury clamping style tents. The site took us to a rock fit sunset which was breathtaking! Unbelievable views of the sunset over the Serengeti - a view I will never forget! Second day we did another tour and headed to Ngorongoro. We asked if we could visit a Maasai village and our brilliant tour guide didn’t disappoint and took ua. This was mind blowing seeing how these tribes live! Again another d orris fe I will never forget. Our 2nd night was spent in rhino lodge which is night up near Ngorongoro crater. In tge 3rd day before setting off back to our hotel we spent the day at the crater seeing all the wildlife and how Greg live and we’re migration takes place. An unforgettable safari Nx organised expertly by Jeremiah. Highly recommend him and this company if you want a safari you won’t be disappointed with

Edward “Teacher” Lazaro, owner and leader of Kwesa Tours and his fine team led our family and friends to the summit of Kilimanjaro! Our group of 20 from the U.S. (IL, CO and TX) selected the Marangu route because it is the only route where you use huts for the ascent and descent and we generally had a crew with no climbing experience.
Teacher is a fascinating, principled, man who truly cares about his clients (we now call him our friend) and those values translate to his whole team.
Bottom line: Teacher and his KWESA team took care of us from start to finish, focused on our self care and achieving our goal - get to the top!… safely.
They provided support, preparation, briefings, nutrition (compliments to the cooks), hydration, and friendly encouragement throughout the trip.
The trek was culturally and environmentally interesting, safe, fun, yet challenging … with no technical climbing.

Passionate Guides Tanzania provided an amazing experience for both my partner and myself. The Kenyan guide Dan and the Tanzanian guide Frank were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The support staff, namely Hellen, communicated clearly and effectively and were extremely reliable when it came to making sure every possible aspect of the service we received was sorted out ahead of time. Hellen even sorted out a day tour of Arusha and a private transfer back to Nairobi for us once the Safari had ended. They provide a vast range of different personalised Safari experiences at very reasonable prices and I could not recommend them more if you are looking to go on Safari.

Brilliant Company
This company is amazing if you are thinking of going on. Safari . Nothing was too much trouble and communications and time keeping were excellent Dennis was our tour consultant and first class. Our drivers were very knowledgeable great at spotting animals and all had a sense of humour They helped reduce any issues or stress when sorting out our accommodation train tickets and flights. Professional and reliable Operator
We had 10 Days at Zanzibar and 3 Days in Tansania with safari. All was well organized, friendly staff and really good communication.
The flight to the safari was with a turboprop and the landig area in the bush was intressting, but not dangerous. The safari with the guides was really good. We saw the big five and there were 2 Guides for 2 families (5 Persons).
The hotel at zanzibar was really good.

I had an amazing experience with a nice enthousiastic guide (Nazareth). Dream came true!
A safari had been on my bucket list for so long and my expectations have all been met. We had a great guide (Nazareth) who kept telling us facts about the animals, took us safely back and forth, and provided the good vibes. Mikumi park is wonderful both the animals and nature. We were even able to spot some animals within a few metres!

We recently completed a 4-day Masai Mara safari with Jocky Tours and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Our tour guide, Roger, was outstanding. His extensive knowledge of the Masai Mara and his keen ability to spot wildlife guaranteed we saw the Big 5. Roger's great sense of humor further enriched the experience, making it both educational and entertaining.
The food on the safari ok at Lechanda Camp. You pay for what you get. Overall, it was a great experience and it we had a lovely group!
