Easy booking, very responsive, best tour guide ever!
Wow- what a tripl We booked a trip to Serengeti with Safari soles and had the most amazing time! We went on a two night, three day trip and were lucky enough to get the best guide, Noel. Our booking started with Julieth, who was super patient and impressively responsive to all my questions! Then we arrived on site and met Noel- he really made the trip memorable for our family! He was knowledgeable, accommodating, patient, super fun and we were able to see so many animals in the safari. My kids, 9 and 13, asked questions the whole time and they learned so much!!! Noel was able to show us over 25 animals including the hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, elephants and some of them quite close up! When trying to book a tour- it’s hard to know which company is great. From the booking to pickup to arrival back and the most amazing tour guide ever- we were very fortunate and would highly recommend this tour! Wonderfull experience!
Our experience with Savannah Explorers was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations.
We travelled as a couple and explored some of the most incredible places in Tanzania, including Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. From the very beginning, everything was extremely well organised, allowing us to fully enjoy the journey without ever having to worry about the logistics.
We were particularly impressed by the accommodations and by the warm hospitality of the staff at the lodges belonging to the Orangi Collection. The properties were beautiful, welcoming and spotlessly clean, and the staff were always kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming.
Our safari experience was simply unforgettable. Being surrounded by such breathtaking landscapes and witnessing Tanzania’s incredible wildlife up close was a truly magical adventure. A special mention goes to our guide, Tarta, who was absolutely fantastic. He spoke excellent Italian, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, and was always attentive to our wishes and interests. He did everything possible to make the experience special, adapting the itinerary and activities to what we wanted and making sure all our expectations were met.
We also felt that the price we paid was very fair for the quality and variety of the experience we received. Considering the organisation, the accommodations, the level of service, the private guiding and the incredible places and experiences included in the trip, we found the overall value for money to be excellent.
Thanks to the professionalism, kindness and passion of everyone involved, our trip became even more memorable and gave us moments that we will cherish for a lifetime.

An absolutly exceptional trip
Tanzania showed us its very best side: dreamlike wildlife and nature, breathtaking landscapes, and friendly, welcoming people who shared their customs with us. great trip, excellent responsive service
This was a really great trip. 2 day safari from Zanzibar to Tarangire and Ngorogoro crater.
Everything was organised really well by Brian who was always incredibly responsive and flexible throughout.
We were picked up at our hotel in Nungwi early (4.30am) and taken to Zanzibar airport for transfer to Arusha. We were then picked up and transferred to the safari jeep and taken to Tarangire, where we saw elephants, lions, zebras, buffalo, meerkats, warthogs, wildebeest and a very curious giraffe all very close up.
Our guides Omar and Alex were excellent.
Our second day was at the Ngorogoro crater and felt a quite different - but equally special - experience with it being a vast plain. We even managed to see Rhino, a (failed!) lion attack on a zebra herd, hippos, coyotes, flamingos and so many other big animals all living together.
Our flight back was at 8.30 from Kilimanjaro airport and we got to the hotel for 11pm safaris didn't feel rushed despite the long travel distances

We communicated via messages. First of all, their replies were incredibly fast. Because of this, I was always able to quickly resolve any anxieties or questions I had. I was worried about when they ever got any rest. And they were always there for me, supporting me. It was such a kind and warm response, as if we were friends. And it wasn't just one person; I interacted with two people, and both were equally warm and helpful.
