Friendly and efficient organisation
Our trip to Rwanda was primarily to visit the mountain gorillas, which we did and loved. But Hermosa also arranged us the golden monkeys hike, the cultural centre visit and the Dian Fossey conservation centre visit.
From booking with Hermosa - special mention to Eric who sorted everything - through to the trip and our departure, the team were fabulous. Really efficient and clear with what was being offered and the costs involved. Our driver/guide named Pacifique was lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable about his country and took great care of us at all times.

Best Animal Spotter
During the 5 days of our safari we managed to see a lot of animals, the guide was very helpful and informative.
The car was comfortable and the issues have been solved asap.
The lodges were great and the meals very varied.
I definitely recommend MAFIE.

Amazing Safari! (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro)
We booked our safari with Serengeti Green Tanzania and we can fully recommend this company. Our guide was Gama Saidi, although we had some problems with our car in the beginning, Gama fixed it very well and we had no further problems (we saw so many cars break down on the way back from serengeti!). He made sure we had a perfect view to see the animals, but still respecting them. The organization and communication with Davies was very well. We were also able to make some changes before the trip and Gamma also involved us in the planning during the tour so that our wishes were fulfilled. Oh and when my Sister had her birthday, Serengeti Green Tanzania organized a cake in one of the camps and the whole camp sang for her, it was such a surprise for all of us. We had an amazing time in Tanzania, thank you very much!
