Our guide - Sammy Ndolo (or just Sammy) - was knowledgeable, kind, a careful driver, gave us options on how best to appreciate what Kenya has to offer, and demonstrated flexibility to ensure that we were able to rest and have a fantastic safari. Paul Muthui, Africa Starpal's coordinator, was very communicative, helped us in choosing a great package of quality sites and accommodations, resolved any and all complications quickly, and offered us a very competitive price. My wife and I absolutely loved our safari (our first) and strongly recommend anyone interested to book with Africa Starpal. Bonus tip: if you plan on visiting the Masai Mara, ask to stay at the Karen Blixen Camp.

What an absolutely fantastic adventure that was very well organised.
Our adventure was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived in Uganda. Nick and the team had put together a challenging and all encompassing tour which took in most of the National Parks. We got to see so many animals and over 100 species of birds during our adventure. The administrative arrangements were first class and Nick had thought of every eventuality. The vehicle and accommodation were excellent and Nick adjusted the program to take account of what we wanted to do. Thank you again Nick for a superlative tour and I really hope that others join you on a life changing adventure.

Wonderful!
We have just finished a 4 day trip from Kigali to Uganda to see the Gorillas. What a wonderful experience in every way. Elvis was fantastic to deal with while organising the trip and Smith and Hilary, our guides, ensured we had a fabulous time from start to finish with lots of fun and laughter along the way. Amazing safari experience!!
Our Safari tour was amazing and unique experience!! Everything worked out as arranged and because of our skilled guide William, we managed to see a lot of animals in their natural habitat, doing their everyday things. I can recommend it to everybody!!!

A wonderful trip through Zimbabwe and Botswana’!
We did a 9 day trip of Victoria falls, Chobe, Makgadigadi and Okavango with cuckoo safaris and it was fantastic!
They were very responsive from the start of the planning phase till the end of trip. The guides and drivers were friendly and professional. All the arrangements were great.
We took road transport between places and the vehicles were well maintained and comfortable. The accommodations at Victoria falls, Chobe and Planet Baobad were excellent.
They offer reasonable pricing and great service. They partner with sister companies in Botswana and that worked without any hiccups. I would highly recommend Cuckoo safaris for anyone looking for a great and stress free trip through Zimbabwe and Botswana!

The quote provided was very thorough and Mary was very responsive to the few questions I asked which made the booking very simple. The 2 day safari to Amboseli was exactly as promised, Joseph was a super guide with a great knowledge of Amboseli and the animals. The lodge was very nice as well. Overall the safari was an amazing experience, the early morning game drive was well worth getting up for as we had great view of a family of lions moving through the park.

Incredible Safari Experience
A well organized and enjoyable 14 days safari into both Kenya and Tanzania.
Services were far beyond our expectations with both of their guides in Kenya and Tanzania. They were just awesome; helping us have such memorable and unforgettable experiences.

An Unforgettable Experience with the Best Guide
This was an unforgettable experience of untamed natural splendor. Our guide Roger simply went out of his way at every point in our journey to enable us to have such an outstanding trip. He is very knowledgeable about all the animal species in the park and is great at spotting them. Please note this is already difficult for someone who is not driving, so I am in awe of his eagle eyes and multitasking abilities. He also does photography on the side so he took great pictures whenever we asked him. He had our best interests in heart and treated us with respect. Thank you Roger for the adventure of a lifetime.

It was an unexpectedly wonderful day. The weather was perfect, the Antony guide was very kind and super helpful. The day started with a breakfast along with the hippos and then continued in search of giraffes, zebras, impala and lions. We ate in the shade of the 2000-year-old baobab and it continued with the return home where we met monkeys and pochoceri. It was a wonderful day, thanks to the whole team.
