Wealth of knowledge, accommodating and incredibly kind.
I booked this 6 days safari trip based on my brother’s recommendation, with his fiancé. My brother recommended Paul to me and so we exchanged Wats app and email contacts, and it was smooth sailing from then on. He tailored everything to our needs and lodges based on our preferences. My partner was so scared of lions and not into safari what’s so ever, but Paul put him at ease with Wats app calls before we even embarked on this trip.
Our guide was Walter who was ever so knowledgeable; felt like he had a PhD in animal psychology. He further put my partner at ease, and his wealth of knowledge about the animal kingdom made the trip even more fascinating.
Walter also catered to our every need and tailored things to our timing and we managed to see absolutely everything with no stone left unturned.
The luxury lodges were simply breathtaking. The staff so polite and welcoming. We were assigned a host at every lodge. They were clean and the cuisines were exquisite in the most amazing settings.
One of the lodges provided BBQ in luxury tent.
The views to the wild from our balconies were just spectacular. I enjoyed a cup of tea or a bath in tranquility just gazing at the view and being in the moment.
My partner and I would like to spend more time at each lodge next time and enjoy the retreat. I was so in tuned with nature and where we humans all come from.
The Maasai tribe were there patrolling and looking after us, since they are so skilled in fending off the party crashers, ie. leopards who waltz in at happy hour! Lol.
We felt incredibly safe at all times and even my initially super nervous partner was put at ease and in total comfort.
Visit the Maasai village and learn about the skills of fire making and dancing traditions of this incredibly kind tribe.
Do purchase some handicraft from them to support them as it would be sad to see these tribes disappear in the modern world.
Don’t forget to visit the coffee plantations and be given a tour and sip a cuppa too. Being a coffee lover myself, it gave me a greater appreciation of my cup of coffee every morning.
In a nutshell, I was in tears when I saw the wildebeest and zebra migration. Just seeing how the animals interact and their behaviour takes you to the core of human existence.
I cried at the breakfast table upon our last day at the lodge because I was touched by the generosity, warmth and genuine acts of kindness of the people I met.
I also had a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes and we gave our guide a big hug goodbye. I simply couldn’t find enough words of gratitude.

A lifetime experience!
Wonderful experience for our honeymoon with Savannah Explorers and our guide Semle. We have seen all the Big Five, discovered new culture and visited beautiful places (Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti in 4 days).
The accommodation are great (Marera Moutain view lodge and bush camps central Serengeti) and also the pic nic lunch are OK.
We wish to came back one day!

Great experience, big adventure!
We organised a safari with the help of Tanzania Roadside and it was a great adventure. Our guide Idriss was very nice and always ready to answer all our questions. We had such a great time with him on our trip. He was also very good with spotting animals and finding good spots for taking photos.
We spent together almost 5 days, visiting Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Arusha and Lake Manyara.
We can totally recommend organizing a safari with them. It's a local company with good approach to the customers.
All the communication with the company run very professionaly and smoothly.

Amazing organization and the best guide!
It is difficult to choose what I loved more of my experience in mount Kenya, the scenery of the route Sirimon- Chogoria is just amazing, the atmosphere experienced at the huts was great and the personal pride of reaching the summit can't be described. But all this wouldn't be possible without the support of a brilliant team who took care of me, Jack, Joseph at the kitchen and Julius, the super guide!! Fantastic Luxury Safari experience!
Rose nailed the brief we provided, asking for a safari experience that was relaxed and intimate. The 3 camps we stayed at were fantastic (Sable Alley, Sindabezi, Sausage Tree), and enabled us to have a variety of experiences (bush drives, bush walks, canoeing, fishing) and see a large variety of game and birds. Each camp was a unique experience, with excellent service and attention to detail. It was exactly what we asked for! All of our logistics were seamless, and Rose was always available to answer quick questions. Can’t recommend Rose and team highly enough!

TRIP OF A LIFETIME
Probably the best 4 days of my life! Safari in Tanzania is something we have always wanted to do and we couldn't have picked a better company to do it with than Zamunda tours.
Our Guide Ally was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He taught us so much about the parks, it's animals and also the massai people.
Everything organised by Zamunda was super efficient and everything went smoothly. We opted for the midrange package and the Accommodations provided were outstanding. All the staff were friendly and helpful and all the food prepared was delicious and plentiful.
I will definitely return to Tanzania in the future and won't hesitate to choose Zamunda tours again!

An Incredible team providing a memorable Safari!
This tour exceeded all our expectations! Booking and paying for the safari was a seemless process thanks to Peter. He was very accomodating and easily added on a day hike up part of Kilimanjaro to the end of our tour.
The Safari itself was incredible! Jaw dropping unbelievable! Our guide William was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He had an impressive understanding of the wildlife and fauna, and was familiar with all the less traveled roads which ensured we saw all of the big animals within the first half of the day! William went out of his way to make sure that we had an unforgettable experience. We went with the luxury package and felt it was money well spent. The accomodation was very comfortable (and the food delicious). William even set us up a picnic lunch under the canopy of the Safari van with real crockery and wine!

Outstanding Safari! Thank you Odhis (Boniface) and Polly for a trip of a lifetime.
We have just returned from a fantastic 3day/ 2night Safari in the Masai Mara.
Mufasa Tours and Travels were truly brilliant. Polly did an excellent job of providing the itinerary which included the safari, accommodation and balloon ride. Polly was very responsive and provided assistance to all of my questions along the way which made it so enjoyable to plan. We were due to travel in July but unfortunately our daughter had Covid. Polly was just brilliant and helped us rearrange the dates with ease - thank you so much!
When we landed in Nairobi, Odhis welcomed us with a big smile at the airport. He escorted us to a lovely 4x4 jeep and we were in our way. The jeep had plenty of water, a charging station for your phone, music and comfy seats. We had a long drive to camp but had a couple of stops at the Great Rift Valley and a lovely coffee shop / art gallery. We were soon in the National park and then we were on Safari! Odhis is an excellent driver and you feel 100% safe at all times. Odhis has over 20years experience and you sure can tell! He was really patient with us and allowed time to take photos and really enjoy the animals we were seeing. We had our 9 year old daughter with us and he answered all her questions and made the long drives such good fun! We saw so many animals thanks to Odhis - you really must trust him as he will give you the best experience!
Our accomodation was at Lorian Safari Camp. It was a beautiful secluded camp. The food was good and the tents and beds were extremely comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and accommodated our every need. There is a resident hippo close by too which was fab.
We opted for the balloon ride on our trip which was just magical! One of the best experiences we’ve ever had. It came with a champagne breakfast in the middle of the Masai Mara with buffalo very close by. Highly recommend!
We had the most amazing time and would recommend Musafa and their excellent team any day. They are remarkable.
