Perfect trip

We loved this safari so much! Everything was organized perfectly and we had the best time. We can recommend this so much! Our highlight was the tour in the private game reserve and the hotel.

They are broke…when you get cheated go KATO. They guarantee payment.
1/5

We loved the safari and driver on a Kenya safari that ended Jan 20. Natural World Safari’s is broke. We raised hell and got 7 days of our 11 paid…one day at a time. At the end we brought the Nairobi Tourist police and the operator was able to refund the last $4000 US by some shenanigans with a refund to our credit card. My guess is the best route for a refund of the safari cost (not your airfare and hassle) is through KATO, an organization that apparently guarantees operators nationally.

If you have the funds, my recommendation is you do the safari and pay yourself, as needed and then go to KATO.

If you haven’t booked with this company, I would advise don't.

Best experience of my life!
5/5

Seven Wonders Safaris gave us an experience that was much more beautiful than we expected. Every day brought a new surprise. We were surprised to see elephants and water elephants floating in the calm waters of the Zambezi River. The guides gave us great information about the wildlife, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The serene ambience in the morning, the adventure in the afternoon, and the luxurious cruise in the evening - it was a dream trip all together. Seven Wonders Safaris is undoubtedly the best choice for those who want to enjoy the beauty, luxury and adventure of nature together.

The operator made the trip worthwhile.
4/5

In regards to communication, everything to do while on the trip was clearly communicated by the operator, the services where really good right from the time set from Kampala until when we came back. The money that for trip you get to enough it right from accommodation, meals, game drive and so much more.

Best value for money! Best safari experience! Best tour team!
5/5

I admit I rarely write reviews!
And I do it only when I have had complete pleasure!
Vincent's team was our lucky break, and our first experience of a safari in Africa (we tried safaris in Asia).
Points by point:
1. We chose from about 10 offers (other travel companies) , for a period of 4-5 days, to a visit to several parks.
2. Vincent's offer seemed to us the most balanced!
3. We did not want to live in tents, the offer should included guest houses.
4. The main quality of Vincent's team is accuracy, strict adherence to plans, politeness. I admit this is not typical for Africa with its hakuna matata.
5. We were picked up exactly on time without delays!
6. All trips were organized with excellent knowledge of the parks, local animals and plants! They told us everything in detail,
7. We saw lions, hyenas, jackals, rhinos, hippos, giraffes and many elephants!
8. Ngorongoro Park was the absolute gem of this trip.
9. Our car driver was super professional, drove us very well, and when one angry elephant wanted to attack, he masterfully took us out of danger!
10. The car was clean and comfortable!
11. The food on the tour was always fresh and tasty, the guest houses are wonderful!
12. We saw everything we wanted to see - animals, birds, plants, mountains and a lake!
13. There is not a single drawback or negative comment on this trip, we enjoyed it!

We are absolutely ready to recommend Vincent's team to everyone as excellent professionals and great people!
And most importantly, in the price-quality comparison, they are the best!

Very surprised, it was an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt I recommend this agency.
5/5

It has been spectacular. The route by car, the accommodation (according to the price), the food and especially the park. Without a doubt, one of the most important things is the guide you go with, and we had John Faru, a fantastic person. He has been attentive, he has tried to make us see everything and he has treated us very kindly and explained super interesting things to us. Balu highly recommended, but especially if you happen to be with John!

Unforgettable Journey Through Botswana's Wilderness!
5/5

I'm writing this review several months after our trip, as I like to let experiences settle and see how they age in my memory. I can confidently say that our 8-day adventure with Kalahari Breeze was nothing short of extraordinary. It exceeded our wildest expectations, and the attention to detail and level of service were outstanding.

Maria, the company's president, set the tone for excellence with her exceptional communication. She thoroughly prepared us for what to expect and maintained contact throughout our journey, ensuring our satisfaction at every step. Her dedication to customer service truly enhanced our experience.

The highlight of our trip was wild camping in the Okavango Delta, where Master, our guide, proved worthy of his name. His expertise in tracking and spotting wildlife was remarkable—he seemed to have a sixth sense for finding animals we never imagined seeing (such as African Wild Dogs and Civets). The authentic camping experience deep in the delta gave us an intimate connection with the wilderness that would be impossible to achieve otherwise.

Our camp chef deserves special recognition for transforming simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces in the middle of the bush. Every meal was a delightful surprise, especially the freshly baked bread that made our mornings magical. The quality and creativity of the food was top-notch (and our somewhat picky son kept going back for more).

One of our memorable experiences was spending a night under the stars at the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. We were blessed with an incredible sight—a shooting star streaking across the sky for nearly 20 seconds, creating a moment we'll never forget. The following morning, we visited an equally enchanting Meerkat colony. Special thanks to Twe and his brother from the Sun People, whose knowledge added depth to our understanding of this unique landscape.

At Elephant Sands, we had breathtaking close encounters with elephants in their natural habitat. The Chobe National Park game drive and river cruise offered excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. Victoria Falls provided a magnificent (and soggy!) finale to the journey.

What sets Kalahari Breeze apart is their seamless blend of adventure and comfort, authentic experiences, and professional service. We particularly appreciated that they exclusively employ local staff, which supports the community and enriches the experience immensely. There's nothing like exploring Botswana's wilderness with guides who have grown up in these landscapes and know them intimately. Every staff member we encountered contributed to making this trip memorable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the journey.

Kalahari Breeze delivers an experience that perfectly balances wild adventure with comfort, led by passionate professionals who genuinely care about creating unforgettable memories for their guests.

Tips for future travelers:
• Opt for the wild camping in the Okavango Delta - it's an unparalleled experience
• Bring a good camera - the wildlife viewing opportunities are exceptional
• Trust your guides - their expertise will enhance your experience immensely

fast response tour operator before during and after the trip
5/5

We have robot as our guide in Safari for 7 days. He has 30 years experiences in the Safari. He know Clearly about the location of the animals. And although we stuck in the Safari twice, he knew how to deal with the accidents. The accommodations are good and well secured. We had exactly the same accommodation as we planned. We see most of the animals in Safari and we also see cheetah family hunting in amboseli national park.
our guide is punctuated in time and he drives safely.
The charging hub in car is not working properly. others are all good.

The safari was an incredible experience. All details were arranged before the departure and the support was very comforting given it was my first safari.
