We planned a trip to Kenya with Chalo Africa this year. This is our 2nd trip with them, the first was in 2017. They understood our intentions and budget and drew out an amazing itinerary that we are grateful for. The 12-day trip to Kenya was like a trip of a lifetime with a very high value for the money we spent.
Our stays with two different Asilia camps were incredible. The properties were fascinating and every single staff member knew so much about wildlife and birds that even conversations over tea turned super-informative.
We appreciate Smita and her team for efficient communication both before and during the trip. We especially appreciate them for being available for any kind of confusion that came up during our trip.

There is a lot to do between historic options, safari, wine regions, hikes, animal opportunities eg. penguins or sharks.

The raw beauty of the country is striking.
Doing a self-drive in this country is an experience like no other. It is the most rugged, desolate, and hauntingly beautiful place I have ever been. The dunes, the sea, the wind, the rock, the vast emptiness. We saw stars at night with clarity like nowhere else. One can't accurately capture the beauty of Namibia in words. We felt entirely safe and secure while on the road in our vehicle and the drives from city to city, park to park, were not too long, though the hours spent on gravel roads were wild! I expect Etosha National Park can't hold a candle to wildlife parks in other parts of Africa, but combined with time spent in the desert and at the coast, a trip to Namibia gives variety no where else could match.

Beautiful friendly country
We had a trip on a lifetime in South Africa - visiting the Malelane Gate area of Kruger National Park which was organised by Mmilo Tours. The weather was beautiful and hot, we saw all of the big five, wonderful hospitable service everywhere. Very safe in Kruger area and on Panorama Tour.

We had an amazing time with Safari Moonstrall ! Our driver, Sox, was so nice ans passionate to show us all the beauty of Moremi Game reserve, Oklavango delta and Chobe National Park ! We had an amazing 4-day trip we will never forget...
The team in charge of cooking and the campsite was also very helpful, discrete when needed, and friendly. And special mention to our wonderful chef during the tour : food was very good, so fresh and balanced...THANKS, we loved it !

I had been to Africa before but on this tour I was blown away by the amount of wildlife we saw. Some of that was luck but some of it was that Allen had put together an itinerary that went a bit off the beaten track and not to same places that most tourists do. Less people equals more wildlife.
Allen is an extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. And if he doesn’t know something, he will go the extra mile to find out the answer for you. This means that you will get a trip tailored to what you want to see and do.

9 day / 8 night Victoria Falls to Okavango Delta Experience
We had a fantastic experience with Afro Dawn Safaris and would really recommend this little local team. Isabella was very responsive ahead of the trip and helped us modify the itinerary to what we wanted for our honeymoon. The trip itself was really great and very smooth - Paul drove us from Zimbabwe to Botswana and made sure we had everything we needed at each stop. We did the fantastic flight over Victoria Falls, beautiful sunset cruise on the Zambezi river, game drives and boat trips in Chobe, and stayed at Elephant Sands which was a very special experience. Final stops to see the Makadikadi Salt pans and visit the Moremi game reserve. The whole experience was wonderful. Thanks Isabella & Paul.

Everything was amazing
From the very beginning communication between the tour operator (Felister) and us was constant and provided all the information we needed. They were on time to pick us up from the airport and attentive to our needs. Our driver David was very kind and a very experienced driver. In one of the parks someone told us that he knew very well the whereabouts and weren't surprised that we got to see as much as it was possible. All accommodations were perfect and didn't have any issue at all.
It was an unforgettable journey, we didn't regret our choice (great value for money!) and would choose them again if we ever had the opportunity to go back.
