Serengeti Luxury Safaris has been a recommendation from the "Venus Premier Hotel" in Arusha.
After a quick phone call a tour guide has showed up at the reception desk. His name is Noel.
We've arranged a Safari to the Ngorongoro crater (1 day) + Waterfall - Coffee - Hot springs tour (1day).
I was surprised in the morning. They promise you 5 am sharp and they show up at 5. They promise you 7 am sharp and they show up at 7.
Noel speaks English on a high level. Both days have been excellent. Nothing to complain!
We had an encounter with a broken Safari Jeep from another tour company on the way to the waterfall. After stopping for 10 minutes both guides were able to fix the car in order to reach the next auto repair shop. The stranded U.S. clients had big smiles on their faces. I like this generosity and team spirit.

Amazing and having an awesome customer service from the start to the end
They have excellent communication team not to mention friendly and hands-on customer service. They are able to take you through the entire process from the moment you pick the call to make a booking.
As for value for money, they are affordable and flexible according to your budget. Thry are able to give you options that suit your holiday budget. Not one moment did they make me regret booking and as such that answers their reliability in the booking and tour process.

Amazing Safari!
The safari was absolutely amazing! Martin, our guide, was wonderful, very accommodating/flexible, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and knows the land and where to find animals extremely well. He is also friends with many other guides who could give him tips on animals’ locations that day. We saw every animal we cared about most! Lion cubs and cheetahs were our favorites, especially when Martin was able to bring the land cruiser incredibly close to them.

Delfin Tours have a great customer service. I found them affordable and I got the value for my money. We really had fun with my family. My kids also made great memories.

I joined a group of 6 on the 3 days safari from Arusha to Serengeti and back. I was lucky to be part of a group of excellent personalities which made our trip amazingly funny and fullfilled. Big thanks to our guide Stanley who was patient with our demands and fullfilment of all our requests. Big thanks to our Chef who prepared very tasty food. It was my first incredible yourney and I hope it would not be the last.
