Amazing outings with the team over a weekend
We had only one and a half day in Nairobi and we wanted to make the most of it.
James and Gabriel organised for us the visit of Nairobi National Park, lake Naivasha and Hell's gate with bicycles. The perfect mix of adventure and game seeing over a weekend.
Organisation was just perfect and the programme adapted to our requests. We had a really good time with my friends but also with the organising team. The driver and the guides were super professional, creating the perfect atmosphere for fun, exchange and learning about Kenyan wildlife.
Highly recommended !!

Very friendly, spoke good English. Worked very hard to find wildlife and give us time to photos
Natural World Kenya Safaris is an extremely reliable company. Three couples gave a deposit in 2019 for a 2020 ten day safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania, which of course was not possible because of the Covid shutdown. We were told our money was safe and that we could go in the future. We chose September 2021. As promised we were picked up at the airport in Nairobi, brought to a very nice hotel and started our safari the next morning. We received everything that was promised and more. Covid testing was never an issue as all arrangements were made ahead of time with results back in a timely fashion. The lodges were beautiful and our driver/guides were fabulous (we needed to change to a different guide when entering Tanzania from Kenya then back to our original guide when going back into Kenya). Both were wonderful and worked hard to get us as much wildlife as possible and position the Safari jeep for better photographs. We were greeted with open arms at all of the lodges. The employees could not do enough for us! Food and accommodations were great. I would highly recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris for anyone considering a visit to Kenya and Tanzania. They are wonderful countries to visit. My husband and I did a similar trip over 22 years ago and we were pleased to see the wildlife even more protected then they were in 1999. We will definitely be doing another trip with Natural World Kenya Safaris in the future!

Exceptional, once-in-a-lifetime safari with a professional guide
I spent a week on safari with James in Kenya - traveling across Nairobi, Samburu, Laikipia and Loisaba. James is a fantastic guide and even in between game drives, he really impressed me with his wealth of knowledge and friendly demeanour. Overall Jemu Expeditions was fantastic in every detail - the landcruisers, the transfers, the communication, the knowledge, and above all, the level of professionalism and care for myself, and no doubt every other client they book trips for.
Thank you for such a fun and memorable week on safari, Jemu Expeditions. The first of many I guarentee!

We are going back to kenya soon
Well done AAS. You totally made an impression on us. Your attention to little details throughout the planning and execution of our trip to Kenya.
Our kids can't stop going on and on about going back to Africa, thank you for giving them such a nice experience.

Jimmy was knowledgable, courteous and passionate about his work.
I am impressed by the services that Jocky Tours and Safari offers to its clients. I travelled to Maasai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha and I trully enjoyed myself. Jimmy was passionate about his work and he prided himself in providing the best care to his clients. I travelled with him on a group trip to Maasai Mara and later on an exclusive excursion to Nakuru National Park and Naivasha for a boat ride along Lake Naivasha. On both trips, I asked a lot of questions and I felt safe and comfortable with Jimmy in the driver’s seat. I would recommend Jocky’s services to women travelling alone, families, and to groups in search of team building and recreational opportinities. Bravo!

Incredible communication and experienced what was expected
I was looking for an affordable safari and messaged many operators. Emanuel from Crater Explorer was the most attentive to my questions before booking and I was very happy with the end result. I was able to see 4/5 of the big 5 in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. I also want to shout out my excellent guide Waldon. He was awesome and made sure we didn't leave the Serengeti without seeing a leopard

Great trip worth the price
I was very happy with our trip in Kenya. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We got to see so much and even had a chance to stop at a sight seeing area to stretch our legs. What a great way to appreciate nature but not disturb it.

Hakuna Matata ( No worries in Suajili)
I would recomend Crater Explorer and Emanuel a hundred times to anyone traveling to Tanzania.
First, Emanuel is a Tanzanian Entrepreneur, and I try to travel with local Companies for many reasons. Their knowledge of the ground and the country, their presence upon arrival. And I was amazed by Emanuel’s fast reactivity.
He answered as soon as he received my email, and then kept on Answering all my questions and doubts at any time. And always on top of everything.
I have enjoyed All what I expected from this trip and much more. And I got to see the big 5, as the driver/guide made his best to show us everything.. The food was excellent, the lodges amazing.
This is a lifetime experience everyone should have, and the kindness and amability of Emanuel, and Tanzanian people is unquestionable.
I will certainly recomend this trip and this company to ALL my family and friends. Thinking of sending my mother..

Don't use anyone else - super service with great communication
I found Discover Africa via a Google search and sent them an email. within 24 hours I had a reply (due time difference) and then a phone call with Antoinette and we planned the trip. Antoinette was so easy to work with and had the patience to keep changing the itinerary due to the pandemic and flight cancellations and more. She is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone looking on planning a trip to Africa.
The tour itself was arranged with Wild Frontiers. We did a 4 night Gorilla trekking trip in Uganda and then a 9 night safari in Tanzania. All the arrangements went exactly to plan and then some. From the moment we arrived at Entebbe Airport with the VIP meet and greet which had been arranged I knew we were in good hands. The VIP meet and assist off the aircraft on arrival is a life saver. With all the requirements to have a covid test on arrival and navigate the airport and the various stages of entry into the country, it simply is a must.
Our flight to Entebbe had been cancelled so we arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Arrangements were made to move the transfer a day earlier and we spent the day at an airport hotel. This had not been planned as we were going to fly direct to Bwindi - however in hindsight it was a blessing. Having the day to recuperate was awesome. A representative of Wild Frontiers, Evelyn, met us at the hotel and went over the itinerary and handed over tickets and gave us lots of tips. She even arranged to have our baggage, which had been delayed, sent to Bwindi when it finally arrived two days later. I could not ask for any better service, they were simply incredible.
On arrival we were met by our guide Echy. What can I say about him other than he was one of the best guides I've had on trips to Africa. Charming, funny, and full of information on what to expect. He is well known in the area and it was delightful to see how everyone greeted him. He made you feel at home and comfortable. Ask for him - you will not be disappointed.
Accommodation and Buhoma Lodge is simply awesome. Right at the start of the gorilla trekking area so close to everything. Food and service are awesome and the accommodations are superb - though there are a lot of steps to the rooms so bear this in mind.
From Bwindi we flew to the Serengeti via Entebbe. This is pretty much a full day affair on charter flights so be prepared. One suggestion I would make is to have a packed lunch sent with you as there is no time at the airports to grab a bit to eat.
Again all arrangements were superb with not hitches whatsoever. On arrival we were met by our guide, George. Again another super person who was full of knowledge. He immediately realized we loved birding and was awesome in spotting them. He was flexible with game drive times and length which was wonderful.
Kiota Camp is a wonderful camp overlooking the open plains of the Serengeti. Lying in your comfortable bed at night listening to the sounds to of the bush is incredible. Again service and food are wonderful and the staff went out of their way to look after us. In the evening after our game drives and we had all showered and freshened up we would head to the dining tent and sit around the camp fire and have a pre-dinner drink and just talk about the day. One night the staff asked us if they could move our chairs for a moment. We were not sure what they were doing but the next thing they had brought our dinner table from the dining tent and put it at the fire so we could have dinner there. It was super night.
One comment I do have on this - when going out for the game drives a packed lunch is provided. These were always put on the floor of the vehicle and sat there for a good number of hours before we stopped for the lunch break. Recommend this be put into a cooler box rather than left in the open heat. There was a cooler box on the vehicle but it was not working so that didn't help.
After 4 nights in the Serengeti we moved to the Ngorongoro Crater area and stayed at the Bougainvillea Safari Lodge. A wonderful place to stay with awesome meals. The food was incredible.
Unfortunately this is when I fell ill with gastroenteritis and severe dehydration and ended up in the hospital! George, our guide, was magnificent at handling all of this and still making sure our friends traveling with us would continue with the safari. They throughly enjoyed their game viewing in the crater and then moved onto Honeyguide Tarangire Camp, which they just raved about. I was sorry to have missed that part of the trip.
We ended the trip at the Africa Tulip Hotel in Arusha. A great hotel to end or start your trip if starting in Arusha. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend both Discover Africa and Wild Frontiers. All arrangements were exceptional and the constant communication through-out the trip made for a well executed safari. Thanks to everyone for all their help and look forward to seeing you on the next adventure.
