I came into contact with Marco through his services as a pilot. He was very helpfull regarding a trip through Namibia, and I ended up booking my entire trip with Southbound Tours. Marco provided excellent service throughout the entire trip. He took care of every detail including booking activities. Our trip was in July 2021 but Marco was able to care of any Covid and non- Covid related issues. He has an extensive knowledge and network of local guides, lodges and hotels. Marco provides excellent communication and documentation. His service is not only very reliable but he goes the extra mile to make your trip unforgettable.

My dream came true!!
To celebrate our big birthdays, my husband gave me the most wonderful surprise of my life by taking me to Kenia with my two daughters, something that I have always dreamed of doing. After investigating many companies, he chose Axis Africa Expedition Company, and it was a perfect decision.
Lennox, the owner, is very professional and helpful in all situations, you will be very satisfied in all areas, hotels, food and especially with the guide. The quality of the safari is excellent, and our guide, Jack, gave our whole family the most fantastic moments during the safari. If I one day return to Kenia, I am absolutely sure that I will repeat the booking with Axis.
The book and the film “Out of Africa”, thanks to everybody, is now real in my mind and in my heart. My dream came true!

Excellent, trustworthy company who go above and beyond to better serve the client
From day one, Lennox at Axis made the reservation process simple, suggesting various options at a range of prices. We wanted a private safari and to also extend our stay in the Maasai Mara by an extra day and this was all quickly and efficiently arranged. On arrival in Nairobi, one of our suitcases had been lost by the airline and again, although it was by no means their responsibility, Axis helped enormously in arranging to have the case picked up from a local airstrip in the middle of the Maasai Mara! And as for the safari itself, we cannot speak more highly of Jack, our driver who is one of the most conscientious and really genuine people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We were not lucky with the weather but Jack sought out hard to find animals in some harsh conditions and was extremely patient while we took endless photographs! He made suggestions for a few very reasonably priced additional excursions which were a wonderful surprise and a complete delight to experience. Our family is a mix of Spanish and English people and Jack's English is perfect and has pretty good Spanish too! We hope to return again one day and will definitely use Axis Safaris again. Fantastic Safari tour with great guide
Overall the experience was really great and we can only recommend to everybody to book with Imani Excursions.
Communication:
Very good and easy planning with Mike. He realized all of our wishes and requests. He always provide prompt responses despite our many different requests.
Service:
Mike booked beautiful lodges for us with friendly staff everywhere. We felt always very safe and comfortable.
Value for money:
We booked a privat tour and compared to other operators we feel like we had the best price / service level. We can really only recommend to book with Mike as there are also different options available depending on the budget.
Reliability:
100% reliability given. Everything was done according to our itinerary. There were no unforeseen issues and everything went super smooth.
Tour:
We did a 4 day safari tour including Tarangire NP, Serengeti with a hot air ballon ride, Lake Manyara and the crater. We saw the big 5 and as well as many other animals. The landscapes were beautiful and so different between the different NP. It was for us a once in a life time experience. The distances between the different places were quite long so we would recommend to stay an additional night in the Serengeti.
Guide: we had the best time with Adhadi. He was very professional and very friendly from the beginning of the trip. He knew everything about the animals, the country itself but also the culture and answered all of our questions which helped us to learn more about the fascinating country Tanzania.
Thanks for this wonderful trip and we look forward to hopefully seeing you again at some point!

An amazing safari experience in Tanzania
Our family's safari experience with Serengeti Clarity was nothing short of extraordinary. With the aim of showcasing the wonders of safari and unspoiled nature to our kids, we carefully selected a tour operator. Frank Muta, from Serengeti Clarity, surpassed our expectations, crafting an incredible trip at short notice. Witnessing the great migration of zebras and wildebeests, cheetahs, lions and leopards, giraffes and buffalos was awe-inspiring. Our award-winning guide, Mgonja, added immense value with his profound knowledge and informative facts about all the animals and birds we encountered. He also told us about the country and its history, so it was a truly insightful trip.
Throughout the planning stage, Frank's responsiveness and willingness to address our questions and refine the program and accommodations were commendable. Wonderful experience
We booked a five-day safari with Msangai covering Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara in December 2023.
We had previously requested quotes from five companies offering similar routes. Msangai stood out against the other companies through its transparent conditions, communication, value for money, and professional makeup of the website and quote. The communication with the booking team was excellent and they customised the safari to our wishes and answered any questions we had ahead of the safari.
We were met by Erick on the morning of departure at the accommodation Msangai had arranged for us for the night before the start of the safari and then set out on our safari together with our driver, Emanuel. Emanuel was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great experience, could see all the animals we wished to see, and had an overall stress-free time during the safari.
The accommodation booked for us was great in all aspects. Msangai also ensured that our food preferences were accommodated by the venues.
A huge thank you to the Msangai team that made sure that we had a wonderful experience on our first safari!

Once in a lifetime Safari trip for our honeymoon
We were looking for a local agency to organize our Honeymoon Safari and Brilliant Adventures & Safaris was the perfect fit for us!
Lightness was our first contact with Brilliant and we greatly appreciated her kindness and responsiveness. She was of great advice to setup the perfect itinerary while always meeting our demands and expectations. Without her recommendations we probably would have missed Ndutu park which is where we have some of our best memories witnessing the Wildebeest migration or a leopard and her young cub feeding on a freshly hunted Zebra. She also made sure that in every lodge we had a special attention or dinner experience to celebrate our honeymoon.
The accommodations were even above our expectations, the tented lodge experience was really unique. We were always met with a warm welcome (Karibu), and all the tented lodges had great food. After a full day of game drive we loved our moments at the lodge - especially Serengeti Acacia Bliss.
The 4x4 vehicle was also a highlight of our safari. Very spacious and perfect for the game drive with the pop roof and large windows. This allowed for a comfortable 360 view during the drives. It also allowed us to have some great off-road moments tracking cheetahs and leopards without fearing of getting stuck anywhere.
Our driver, Eugen, was an excellent guide throughout the trip! He knows a lot about Tanzania's culture and landscape and of course everything about the National parks and wildlife. We really felt in good hands to experience the best game drives and we felt safe and comfortable with his driving (quite important when you spend around 5-6h per day driving). He was very attentive to our expectations for the trip and always did his best to match them. He was also of great advice to vary the game drive experience like when we suggested to head out early one morning to have breakfast in the bush while witnessing a large Elephant family crossing.
One of the only things we would have appreciated differently was the need to head to Brilliant's office in Arusha when we landed and before leaving, to sign some papers - We feel this small detour we did twice, that ended up taking a couple of hours, could have been avoided and the signing could have been done at the airport directly. In any case, it at least allowed us to discover Arusha's lively city.
Overall we highly recommend Brilliant Adventures and Safaris as your local agency to organize your trip, they really did an amazing job making our Honeymoon a trip we will never forget!
