We had a fantastic trip to Kenya with our 7 (in-law) children. From the start there was good communication with Africa travel. Traveling is traveling and sometimes things don't go as expected. Nice that there is a host in Kenya who can call you immediately and provide a solution.
We had wonderful guides for 7 days, who were able to provide a lot of information about Kenya, the flora and fauna. We have done wonderful safaris. Lions, Cheetahs, Giraffes, Elephants, Buffaloes, it was so special and amazing.
What surprised us in Kenya were the people who always wanted to sell us something.
You have to haggle on the price. We also found it difficult to determine how much tip you give to everyone who wants to do something for you. We traveled a lot in 13 days, I would like to travel a little less next time and plan a little more rest moments.

The Jackpot Safari Tour that we did with the adventurous overnight stays in 3 different campsites was amazing and that's why I would like to leave a review about it.
First of all, the communication beforehand was good and the payment was easy. We knew in advance what planning awaited us, yet the Safari was much more impressive than expected.
The driver has a knack for spotting all the animals you want to see. From a cheetah with its junks, to lions a few meters away to thousands of wildebeest and zebras..
The driver knows everything about the animals and nature and you can ask him anything. Together with the cook they make a nice duo. I enjoyed every day an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner with lots of vegetables and fruit!
Due to the combination of the Serengeti, the Ngorogoro Crater and the Manjara Lake, the Safari remains surprising because you are immersed in different natural landscapes.
In short, I can recommend this Safari to everyone!

It was truly a spectacular adventure. I am so grateful to the Amazing Memories Safari team. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, helpful, accessible, and knowledgeable. Wangechi and Anne were great organizers. We spent two days and one night in Amboseli and it was absolutely stunning. Mike, our guide, helped us see lions, cheetahs, elephants, hyenas, giraffes, and the list could go on! So many animals! We learned about the Kenyan culture and, honestly, we fell in love with it. Shanjoytours took us to Elephant Hill, Aberdare. It was a one day hike, guided by amazing people through the bamboos, rocks, and up to the summit.
The package was very pockets friendly, that culminated with dinner after the hike. The whole experience was one of a kind.

If you are looking for experienced, responsive and communicative travel agents, then The Holiday Dealers is the place to check out! We worked with David and he was very thorough. An added bonus to the booking experience is that we were able to pay via credit card to complete the reservation. They also provided us with tons of bottled water and Maasai blankets to make the 6-hour drive comfortable - we got to keep the blankets!
Make sure to ask for Moses to be your safari guide! Moses drove us from Nairobi to Maasai Mara and back. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals which really showed through. Moses' professionalism from start to finish was impeccable.

I ended up having 4 different tour operators and all were well maintained and eager to work.
African Polecat Safaris did a great job of accommodating me onto different tours even though I was traveling alone. Communication was difficult at times but they really strive to satisfy the customers. I had great weather so the tours were amazing and well worth the money. Polecat gave off a trustworthy vibe to where they really make you feel safe. I plan to go back and use them for climbing Kilo.
