Incredible attention to detail, knowledge, and service!
Sunworld Safaris was an excellent tour operator and I would use them every time. Our group had multiple drivers in different locations (Maasai Mara and Lumo Conservancy) and each was a fantastic specialist in various areas (photography, birds, history/culture, etc). The drivers were amazing at handling the terrain and the vehicles were absolutely quality. They made sure we had ample opportunities to see so much and answered every question expertly. I am looking forward to my next safari with them!

Amazing once in a lifetime experience
The whole safari was absolutely amazing - once in a lifetime experience we will never forget in our lives. Our safariguide Tima was great in finding all animals and we were able to see them all very close. That was breathtaking. And the food was unbelievable good. I think we need more sport in the next days to get back our normal weight :).
Our Tour was 5 days-4 nights and 4 parks: Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro NP, Lake Manyara NP. We sleped for two nights in tents directly in the parks and had a few animal visitors at night (Zebras, pumbas and an elephant, which was amazing).
Jackson as our contact person of the agency was very helpful and was happy to help with questions before the Safari by WhatsApp whitin a very short time.
We can reccomend the agency to everybody.

Just amazing
If you are up for adventure and a true African safari experience this is the safari for you. We saw more wildlife than I ever expected. Julian spoke with in depth knowledge. Also, I felt that he made sure to make sure all of our needs were met.Highly recommend Wasili safaris.
Proactivity
Apart from booking our journey from A-Z Priyal & her team stepped in and up immediately when our flights got cancelled on the day of departure. As a matter of fact they broke the news to us before even the airline could. Proactivity.
Breaking the news is one thing - solving a problem is something else. Within less than an hour we were booked onto an alternative airline, got new connections, and eventually arrived (and returned) as if nothing had ever happened.
And the best of it all? I never had any doubt this would exactly be the way it will play out. It's called trust in somebody who knows what they are doing. Priyal & the team at SVAI clearly know what they are doing.

Amazing.. one of the best.. that is Dickson
It was my first time visiting the mara with my friend Curtis from the USA and we shared the safari with Ebrahim the guy from Saudi Arabia. The two day experience was breathing and awesome. Our guide/driver Dickson knew where to locate what we wanted to see. The staff at the camp were friendly , the rooms were excellent. The food was delicious. I will visit again next year with family and friends. Well done guys and I will recommend you to my friends too

Fantastic
This was a wonderful trip!
My guide Alfa and driver Omari were so gracious, knowledgeable and pleasant to spend time with.
The hotel has very basic rooms but there are animals at the watering hole and pool and even bush babies at the bar!!! The staff especially the Maasai were a highlight.
It was a good idea to 2 days of game drives because I saw loads of animals…even lions mating!
This was beyond my expectations

Well organized and amazing tour through the Okavango Delta and Caprivi
during our 15-days guided tour we came very near to nature and lived in direct neighbourhood to hippos and elephants without missing any comfort. Andre showed us all the larger and smaller highlights on our tour and shared a deep knowlede of the coutries' flora, fauna, history and current living. Not to mention, that Andre reacted extremely flexibly on our whishes, which were fulfilled whenever possible. Many thanks for this expererience ! We want more of this and surely we will meet again.

Amazing safari in Mikumi
We spent 2 days - 1 night in the Mikumi National Park. Planning the trip was very easy, due to Omah who’s very responsive and available. We had the chance to have 2 different guides, Abeil et Innocent. They are both passionate and will provide you all the informations you need to learn about wildlife. Many thanks to them. We spotted many animals because both of our guides are communicating with their friends to make sure you’ll see everything is needed. Mikumi is a small park that gives you many more opportunities to see animals, even lions. Highly recommand !

Exceptional in every way!
My family and I went on the World's First Ukulele Safari, in a group of other musicians. Everything about this trip was perfection. Sunworld Safaris really looked after us, from the moment we came off the plane in Nairobi to the moment they delivered us back at the end. We felt extremely safe the entire time as we had the attentive and wonderful staff there for us every step of the way.
The little details were all thought of, the communication before the trip well communicated and during our stay the accommodation and staff at both the resorts we stayed at couldn't have been better. We stayed at Severin Cottages in Nairobi, Mara Bush Camps and Lion's Bluff Lodge. All places were clean, safe and just beautiful with the friendliest of staff. Food was delicious and my 11 year old loved it all as much as we did. There was always fresh drinking water whenever we needed it.
The manageress Michela was brilliant and each of her staff from the drivers, guides, waiters, cooks were all exceptional!
I would highly recommend doing a safari with Sunworld!
