Kenya was a magical Experience
I found Bateleur Eagle through a referral. And I am so happy that the recommendation was made. Every step from the time of booking to being picked up from our hotel all the way to when we were dropped off at the airport was a 5 star experience.
I decided to celebrate my birthday in Kenya. Originally the booking was just for myself, but a month before the trip, My mother decided to join me and then I changed my dates. Still they accommadated every single change without any hassle. But the real magic of the trip was the masai mara. I can not even put into words the experience my mother and I had on the trip. Amos our guide was so knowledgeable on EVERY SINGLE animal we saw. He knew the terrain and mara like the back of his hand. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! We lucked out, because we were the only ones on the tour, it became more of a private tour. So it was so amazing! I felt like I was in the animal kingdom. haha
Mathew and his team were amazing. They knew that it was my birthday, so at the lodge we chose for our stay ( LOYK MARA CAMP) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They made a special birthday cake for me and had a whole traditional birthday song and dance. I felt the love and it was very much appreciated.
Side note if its in your budget, I would highly recommend doing the hot air balloon over the mara. It really is a once in a lifetime experience. And you're really going to feel like your in the lion king.
Honestly you won't find a better company than Bateleur Eagle Safaris especially for the value we got. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The quality of the photo safari is extraordinary with a guide with little onions for us, speaking French very well, knowing his job very well and many animals to discover in their natural environment.

Awesome Safari experience
We loved the 5-day-Safari to Masai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha and Hell‘s Gate! It was our first Safari and it couldn‘t have been better! We already saw the big 5 after day 3 but all of the days were packed with amazing moments! The hotel choice of Bencia was outstanding and the food at the Lodges just excellent! Our driver George did a great job and always drove safely!

Considering to go on a Safari ? Go to Tanzania, with Tanzania Specialist
We started to plan a Safari in Tanzania in early 2022 as a party of 6. Very soon we came across Tanzaniaspecialist.de and found their programs very attractive. Communication was very quick and efficient. Tanzaniaspecialist provided us a tailor-made solution, starting the Safari in Arusha, to end after 6 days in Serengeti. There we boarded a Cessna Caravan to fly directly to Zanzibar, where we spent a few more days.
All the organization was perfect. All pickups were in time, arranged by kind and knowledgeable staff.
Accomodation was always very nice. We really loved the tented camps that give that special feeling to be within nature. The food in all lodges, whether it was breakfast, dinner or the lunchboxes was always really tasty, with good choices for all palates.
Our Safari guide Chizo was a true gem. Not only is he a really professional driver, but very entertaining, with excellent knowledge on the geography, history and of course especially the wildlife in the National Parks. What we could see in regards to the wildlife was amazing, and was more than we ever had expected.
In summary we can say that the trip we booked was excellent value for money, and that it more than fulfilled our (quite high) expectations.

Amazing Solo Trip with Dav Safaris!
Reagan helped in organizing a highlights tour of Uganda, from Kampala to Murchison Falls, Kibale Forest (Chimpanzee tracking), Biwindi Forest (Gorilla Trekking), Mount Muhavura, Lake Bunyonyi.
Everything went perfect & on schedule, they even helped me after I had lost my luggage in an international flight transfer.
The tour gave me a great overview of Uganda, a beautiful, diverse and most welcoming country where you could spend weeks visiting and getting to know its culture.
Special thanks to my guide Patrick who’s been amazing, he knows his country upside down and was giving all of the great tips I could have wished for.

Our 4 days safari was one of the best experience of my life thanks to Suricata.
National Parks are amazing ! Frederic is full of knowledges and he likes to share with us. The chef was very good too, all dishes were so tasty !

Bargain for excellent safari and includes everything you need!
We booked fairly last minute with Lenchada for a 4 day/3 night tour which was really easy and quick thanks to Alex's quick replies. They are much more competitive and informative than other operators we enquired with too and pick up through to drop off was all well organised. We felt really relaxed and taken care of both by our guides and all the team at the camp who were wonderful. Considering this is a 'budget' safari we thought the accommodation was excellent, spacious, comfortable and clean. The guides were dedicated and worked so hard to make sure we saw as much as possible (and we did except for those pesky elusive rhino's!). If you are on a budget but want to experience a safari you should absolutely book with Lenchada, it isnt luxury but you're there to see the animals and that experience is the same regardless of budget! Only thing to be aware of is that the last days optional activities all cost extra money and the Maasai village is quite a hard sell on buying things from them (and they weren't cheap either!) but it was really interesting and you can haggle.

Another wonderful safari with Bush 2 City Adventure!
In October 2021 we completed our third safari with Bush 2 City Adventure, this time spending 15 days in Kenya. We visited Nairobi and Nairobi NP, Amboseli, Lakes Elmenteitia and Nakuru, and the Maasai Mara with 3 nights in the park and 3 nights in the Mara Triangle. We were originally scheduled to travel June 2020, but Covid obviously delayed the trip. Jackson was great helping us reschedule and adjust camps and dates as Covid and unreliable flight schedules continued to reek havoc with our plans. Everything went smoothly on arrival in Kenya. Jackson even met us at the airport, and with a local driver, transported us to our first hotel. All of our accommodations were superb, and our guide Antony was phenomenal - knowledgeable, keen eyes, very professional and truly interested in conservation. Antony even arranged for us to meet Dr. Elena Chelysheva of the Mara-Meru Cheetah Project at a nearby camp while we were in the Mara! We met Mama Duma!! After the safari we returned to Nairobi for one night to relax and see a little of the city, shop, get our Covid test for departure, and try some local food before we flew back to the US.
