Excellent customer service.
Paramount Safaris is one of the few tour planners that not only sell you trips of locations that they have personally travelled to, the last trip I took, the tour organizer travelled with us and it was so much easy to get around. You can be sure you will not incur any extra costs and if any it's just a few dollars more. Besides exemplifiyng excellent customer service, they also make sure that the customers are are satisfied. Next time you want to travel to any part of Africa, book with Paramount safaris!

Wonderful itinerary, smooth and easy planning, and a memorable safari experience!
We had an amazing trip with Spirit of Kenya! We are so thankful for Andre for all of his support throughout the planning and booking process -- he made all the preparation for our trip as easy as possible and set us up with a perfect itinerary. We absolutely LOVED all the places we stayed -- each of the lodgings was very unique, intriguing, and fun, and all of the logistics were smooth and seamless.
Our trip -- 6 days, 5 nights for 4 adults, 3 of whom had never been on a safari before -- started in Nairobi (where Spirit of Kenya handled all the planning of picking us up from the airport and our overnight stay in the city before our safari began), took us to Masai Mara in Kenya, Serengeti, and then Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania. We saw so, so, SO many animals. We saw all of the big 5, including a mama and baby rhino. And hundreds, if not thousands, of others -- some highlights were: hordes of zebras/wildebeest in Serengeti, many lions in all three of the parks, both cheetahs and leopards, and tons of elephants and giraffes.
Both of our guides (Peter and Azorea) were great, and for different reasons. Our guide in Kenya was an expert driver, and was great at tracking the potential locations of the animals to get us very close to the action. He was truly a professional. Our guide in Tanzania was warm, friendly, and outgoing, and he taught us so much about everything we saw. He was very proactive in making sure we were having an amazing time, and was incredibly flexible to our needs. We really appreciated and enjoyed our time with both of them, and can't thank them enough for a memorable experience.
Overall, everything went perfectly and truly exceeded our expectations. It was wonderful to feel like we were in good hands the whole time and kept safe and happy, without having to worry about any logistics. We definitely recommend Spirit of Kenya to anyone looking to plan a safari trip in Kenya or Tanzania!

Budget Friendly
Hi, I am writing this review after my completion of my tour with Lenchada. What can I say! Overall I can give 5 star to each and every stop I did with them. I will start with my guide- driver Mr Moses who did a wonderful job with a guidance and beautiful driving skills never made us any delay in the plan. Full credit goes to him.
Secondly the Lenchada camp was so super with well maintained tents and good Indian food help us be as a Indian. Miss Helen taken good care of us. 24hrs hot water provided to more comfortable experience. During the night the camp was surrounded with animals sounds make more happy that we are staying inside the park. Camp is very near to the gate.
Thirdly the stay at Nakuru was good with good atmosphere and environment with delicious food over there. Hence fourth comparatively it’s a budget friendly trip with lops of happiness bundled. Thank you Mr Alex for guiding throughout the trip. Love from India.

Friendly and professional
I can't praise them enough this trip is etched in my memory for ever. We had very close encounters with lions and a cheetah which I put down to our guides excellent knowledge. Saw two Wildebeest Mara river crossings in one day, each with 20000 plus animals. It looked like the highs of one day were eclipsed by the high of the next day. When asked about the safari this is what I tell them.
The travel time was horrendous I live in the USA 19hrs going 22hrs on the return.
Jet lag was horrendous 7hrs time difference.
Extremely rough rough roads, makes our rough washboard roads seem like the interstate.
Yes it was worth it was
PHENOMENAL!!!!

Personalised service, quick responses and attention to detail
The responses of SVAI are very prompt which is important when you want to finalise your itinerary quickly. There are always plenty of options given and SVAI is also happy to look into other options that we suggest. SVAI seems to understand what we want and hence the customised itinerary feels very appropriate.
