Fantastic, friendly, organised and great value for money!
5/5

We were a group of 4 friends looking for an affordable and diverse safari which Kihindo tours managed to organise and execute perfectly. We had a private car and our driver-guide Wiliam was on point with everything: he was informative, funny, professional, spotted lots of animals, managed to get the car through slippery dirt roads and complied to our many bushtoilet stops. We did a combination of Mikumi&Nyerere NP which needed an adapted schedule due to the recent rainfall, but nevertheless we had 4 fantastic days of which seeing 4 of the big five was a highlight! The food was tasty and more than enough, the lodge in Nyerere was beautiful, and sleeping inside Mikumi park was fun. Would recommend Kihindo to everyone wanting to maximise their safari time for a great budget. Winnie from the office was a great help organising it too, and if you get Wiliam to accompany you, you can prize yourself lucky!

Reliable
5/5

I would highly recommend Kipok Adventures. Amani was true to his word and gave my friend and i a specialized day trip to Tarangire National Park. Justin the tour guide and driver was very attentive to where the animals were and we managed to see a male lion very close and lionesses and their cubs in another location. This park has stunning landscape as well as plenty of elephants.

Inspired Feet Safari is absolutely marvelous.
5/5

The organisation before and after the tour by Fiona was superbly managed. We always knew she was there to help promptly and efficiently in case we ran into any problems. We were able to see soooo much wildlife because the guides put a lot of effort into the safaris.
We booked an Eco Budget safari and everything was great, even got a nights upgrade for no extra cost.
Pick up and drop, before and after the safari went without any problems or waiting time!!! Superb value for the money. Would book again with them.

The Mountain gorillas of Uganda
5/5

Last Jan when I was in Kigali, Rwanda got an invite to join a group of 8 for a very last minute visit to the Mountain Gorilla's in Uganda which is a 2,5 hour trip from Kigali. The trip started 2am the next morning (that hurts) to drive to the Rwanda/Uganda border. You can only cross the border at particular times so, had to wake up early. Our drive and Guide Jason was relaxed and very helpful with information and the acting as a liaison with the Gorilla guides. What really was amazing was coming back to the border and realizing that not everybody in our group had the required $50 cash to get back into Rwanda. Fear we were stuck at the border and that some of us would miss their flight later that day, Jason got it all resolved in meer minutes and we were on our way. Anybody can drive a car and share information but, only a view can solve issues when they arrive a good as Jason did. That is why this trip stands out. In other words, highest recommendation!

We had an amazing Safari experience in Malawi through Crafted Africa. Tiwonge, the representative who facilitated our trip was very responsive, efficient and friendly. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone planning a Safari in Malawi or any other country they service. The lodge we stayed in was beautiful and the staff extremely warm and responsive to our every need. The food was delicious and accommodations excellent.

The tour operator are very friendly and polite. The whole experience was wonderful. I just wish the food was a bit better but this was may be the feedback for the safari establishment. Overall loved the experience.

We 5 Seasoned Safari Enthusiasts were blown away by The Serengeti Experience. The best decision was adopting Kanje Grand Tours to hang it all together. Innocent, your Admin. Management was perfect. (even to the extent of organizing a Birthday Party Cake in the Bush). Then there was our Driver/Guide and Friend Iddi, You are simply "The Best".
Asante-sana. Coady

Our trip to Kenya was flawless from start to finish. Clifton was amazing!!
5/5

Pine Tours Solutions made our trip to Kenya a once in a lifetime experience.
We wanted a trip that included a safari in Amboseli for a few days followed
by a trip to the coast to the beaches in Malindi.
When my wife Erika first started researching our trip to Kenya, she contacted
several companies in the United States. None of these companies were able to
help her. One company said our safari was not long enough. Another company
said that they didn't deal with trips to the beach. One company wanted
us to pay in advance for research into putting together such a trip. We
were finally referred to Pine Tours Solutions by a friend in Nairobi.
Five minutes after contacting Pine Tours and speaking with Clifton, Erika
was put at ease. He said he could take care of all the details of our trip
including all needed transportation.

He delivered on all his promises. Following our flight into Nairobi Friday
night, we were picked up in a nice car and transported to our hotel where
we spent the next day resting up for our journey. Sunday morning Clifton met
us at our hotel with our tour guide Sammy. Clifton explained to us that
he tries to match up his tour guides with his clients and he did an excellent
job pairing us with Sammy. Sammy is a very warm, friendly and kind man
with an incredible knowledge of all aspects of Kenya, it's history, culture,
and wildlife. During our travels together we shared stories of our lives
and families. I truly feel that we have a new friend for life. He is
my brother and will always be considered part of our family. While in
Amboseli, we stayed at the Serena lodge which was fantastic. It had all
the amenities we needed and more. The safari experience we shared with Sammy was
amazing and we got many pictures of all kinds of animals and other sites.
The highlight of the stay was when Sammy took us to a local Maasai village
where we were able to interact with members of a local Maasai community.

Following our safari, Sammy brought us back to Nairobi where Clifton met
us for lunch. They then took us to the airport for our flight to Malindi.
Charles picked us up at the Malindi airport and transported us to the
Diamonds Dream hotel where we were staying. It felt like we were just
dropped into a tropical paradise. We spent a couple of days relaxing
on the beach there and also experiencing a couple of day excursions
that Clifton had arranged for us. These included a boat trip and a
visit to the Gede ruins. Once again, all transportation was arranged
flawlessly. The morning we were scheduled to fly back to Nairobi, Charles
once again picked us up at the hotel and took us to the airport.
Upon arriving back in Nairobi, Michael picked us up at the airport and
took us to our hotel where I was to spend the next week working.

During this time, Erika contacted Clifton and he was able to arrange some
other outings for her to fill her time while I was working. During our
entire two and a half week trip Clifton was always in touch with us
making sure everything was going well. Any questions or requests we had
were only a text or phone call away and were always answered promptly.

We simply could not have asked for a better experience. I understand that
these comments are lengthy, but I think their length is a testament
to the type and quality of service that we were provided by Pine Tours
Solutions.
