Uganda Honeymoon!
We can do nothing but recommend Home to Africa 100%! Their closeness, kindness, and friendliness in every step of the journey is unmatched. They were resolute every time we asked for a little change in our itinerary without any complaints.
Home to Africa delivered what we expected. This was our first safari and our first organized trip so we were a bit afraid before the begging of it, however our guide Moses was all we could ask for. He’s the best guide in town, with years of experience and unlimited knowledge. He did all that was in his hands to show us the real Uganda.
We took the 12 days safari to visit all we could, and we must say it was an incredible journey. From Sipi falls to Kidepo NP all the way back to Bwindi to watch the gorillas going through the Murchison Falls NP & Queen Elizabeth NP (although we couldn’t find the climbing lions in Ishasha we were able to spot a leopard trying to hunt a waterbuck).
All the experiences we collected along the way made our safari the best honeymoon ever!

Reliable and good communication
There are so many companies offering safaris. I had several offers, but I booked with professional for a couple of reasons:
1) communication: all the communication and the responses were quick, helpful and personal.
2)Reliable, payment and all services were very reliable and honest.
3)service. Every detail or request was adapted in the final offer.
4) our guide (and owner) was very well trained. He is not only a guide with a lot of knowledge, but also a mechanic, therefor we felt really safe during our trip.
5)motivates children with special assignments (keeping them focussed on the safari and away from their telephones), and in the end they received a certificate of excellence. (Children’s age 8-11-12 years)
6)by booking with professional safaris you also support his local charity activities, as a part will be invested in his orphanage and primary school, he set up for them.
Tip: for young children, a visit to the Masai could be a little bit too intimidated for them.
I wish everybody the same African experience we had!

Timely response and accommodating

Terrific!
We had three tours with Webster - the Zambezi river cruise, the rhino walk on the Zambian side, and the private tour in Chobe National Park in Botswana. The communication with Webster before the trip was effortless, and he helped us choose the various trips. Webster and the people who worked with him were punctual and polite. They were also all well-informed about the area and the wildlife. I even had some good chats with Webster about life in Zimbabwe, the politics, and such. Webster even went out of the way to take us to eateries in Victoria Falls. In all, our stay in Victoria Falls was made great by Webster and his team.
A person who knows the place very well.
We had a blast at our trip. We were lucky to have a tour operator who knows the place very well. We saw over 10 lions, Leopard( twice on two different days), a Cheetah, group of Hyenas,….. ,
We were also lucky to find the best tour company. The price was so cheap than other companies and the accommodation was great…
This was an unforgettable life experience for us ( parents) and for our kids!!!

Detail-oriented
Smart Voyage planned our 3 night holiday in mid September. My brother had suggested the beautiful Kicheche camp. He had been here a few years back and loved the experience. The camp nestles in the shadows of Mt Kenya. I must comment on the staff, very delightful and welcoming. The highlight of our trip was definitely the incredible game drive at Ol Pejeta conservancy. We got to see elephants, zebras, lions and of course the amazing Rhinos. The camp has only 6 tents translating to quality over quantity ! Our individual camps were spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. We were really impressed by how much the camp gives back to the community ! Our experience was beautiful and enjoyed every minute of it. Must commend Smart Voyage for doing a great job in ensuring we had the best planned trip.

Inspirational
It was impressive, the service and everything. They pick us at Tambo Airport and we went all the way to Sabie River Lodge where the personnel welcomes you with a great smile and always trying to make yourself comfortable. The foods are incredible and abundant, all included. We saw 4 of the big five because de Rhinos are so difficult to find nowadays. And at last but not least is Anthony, our driver and tour guide. He always have a smile, always helpful and he was always trying to chase the big five. He gave us interesting tips about the animals in Kruger National Park. The tour and the experience is worth it.

Not professionel
We have booked 2 safaris, the first was planned with 4 nights and the 2nd with 5 nights (so it was in the mail and was also paid). The first safari went well, we have also seen many animals, the guide really tried hard. On the 2nd safari we were told after the 4th day that tomorrow is the last day. Astonished we said that according to the mail the safari lasts 5 nights and 6 days. Suddenly nobody wanted to know anything about that. After a phone call and SMS to George, he then admitted that there is probably a misunderstanding, he actually meant only 4 nights even if there are 5 nights! Astonished and annoyed, we tried to make it clear to him that we expect 5 nights at this price according to the mail. George does not want to know anything about it and there was also no compensation. The end of the safari was accordingly bad, as we desperately tried to get another accommodation at a reasonable price! Thus, we have now paid an extra night and also the full price - which was for 5 nights. From our point of view, this is pure rip-off. Who books here, must clarify beforehand how many days and nights are included in the booking to avoid nasty surprises. We do not recommend this tour operator

Unbeatable service and incredibly accommodating
The safari was a once in a life time chance and it did not disappoint at all. From the first evening game drive Masai Mara, to seeing a black rhinos!! It was absolutely incredible experience and I will recommend Sunny Creek Safari's to anyone who would like to go. Our tour guide Francis was hands down one of the best tour guides I've had the pleasure of meeting. He was very knowledgeable about all the animals in the park and knew how to get us to have the best view of the wildlife without disturbing them.
Sunny Creek was in constant contact with me from the first questions about how to start a booking until the day of the Safari. They sent a car to pick us from our apartment and upon our return paid for a car to take us back. There was no stress about how are we going to get from here to there, Sunny Creek took care of all of that.
The value cannot be under estimated!! Sunny Creek took care of everything from lodging during our stay and meals!!
I think it would be really, really hard to find a better value than a Safari with Sunny Creek!
