Flexible, kind, communicative..truly made the experience wonderful
Communicating with Nelson was very great, he was willing to accomadate an alteration in our itenerary to see the Ndutu area even though 5 other operators refused which shows his flexibility. The food was amazing Peter the chef was incredible. The driver Stewart was amazing at finding animals and drove very quickly when needed and slowly when we were game viewing. The experience was overall phenomenal and I would go again

The Kruger Safari Co is truly one of the best tour companies I have encountered. My family required special assistance with partial wheelchair accessibility needs for our visit to Kruger and Wayne was not only extremely responsive and professional, but went above and beyond in ensuring me and my family would be comfortable and well taken cared of. From zoom sessions to personal videos of lodge grounds to determine wheelchair accessibility would be sufficient, I could not be more happy with Wayne and Kruger Safari Co. I will be recommending them to all friends and family for future trips!

Amazing, well-organized trip!
Overall, the trip was fantastic. Our tour guide was knowledgable, accommodating, and friendly. The tour itself took us to a variety of national parks to see lions, leopards, wild monkeys, and, of course, a trek to see gorillas up close. Lodging was comfortable and the food was terrific. Prime Safaris does an excellent job organizing everything, and we left completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Hakuna matata - what a wonderful time!
The safari in Tanzania was an incredible experience for us. Zepisa African Safaris made a special effort to fulfill all our wishes and demands for this holiday. The entire organisation in advance as well as on site was really excellent - from the pick-up at the airport to the end of the safari.
We would especially like to mention our guide during the safari - Gilbert. Apart from his incredible knowledge of animals, we were amazed at his gift for spotting animals effortlessly even at great distances - he always said "let's see what the nature provides for us" - and we saw a lot. We could see that Gilbert lives for this profession and went to incredible lengths to make sure we had "the best adventure of our lives".
In addition, he was very helpful in many ways (e.g. taking pictures, shopping, etc.) and told us a lot about his country, the people and their culture. Gilbert was not only a guide for us, but became a friend. Our safety and well-being was especially close to his heart - we not only spent the safari days together, but also the evenings in the lodges, where he taught us a bit of Swahili. No matter what time of day, Gilbert was always in a good mood, sang songs with us and is a very good safari driver and mechanic.
We felt very comfortable throughout the safari, had lots of fun and had incredible adventures - thank you for that! It was a great pleasure to book the trip through Zepisa African Safaris and to get to know Gilbert through this way - Ahsante sana & tuta onana tena!

Perfect first safari
Paul & Simon are the best! We started planning our Kenyan holiday only 3 months before arrival date and Paul was super accommodating on the way we wanted to do our tour, and helped us a lot on decisions that we didn’t have much knowledge about as this was our first Kenyan safari trip, plus always available and super fast reply. We went for 3 days in Maasai Mara and 1 in Lake Nakuru, our guide was Simon, that has more than 25 years of experience in the safari industry and did manage to show us not only the big 5 but a lot more! We even got to see a Leopard kill. Don’t hesitate to book with Paul, we had an amazing time having our safari with Gorilla O’clock. Next adventure, Uganda! Our experience on the day trip to pilanesburg was excellent.
Everything ran punctually, was well communicated before and during the tour.
The tour guide was knowledgeable and full of energy.

Excellent experience
Fantastic experience with excellent customer service from when we were picked up at Kilimanjaro Airport to when we returned. Siafu Tanzania Safaris operates with the utmost professionalism. Understanding that not all factors are within their control, the drivers and other associated staff conducted their tour with courtesy, humour, and a wealth of knowledge that enhanced my experience. We were able to see many of the animals present within the park (big five) and our guide was responsive to our remarks and comments if we happened to see something that we wanted to stop for. I would go on safari with Siafu Tanzania Safaris again. I would recommend using their service if you happen to find yourself in Tanzania and have the means and time to visit National Parks.

All good
Everything went great, we were picked up from the hotel, helped to solve the problem with the age of the deposit from the hotel. The safari location is very beautiful. True, there are not as many animals as I imagined and some are visible too far away (it is better to bring binoculars with you). Animals come to the place of lunch and you can admire them (such as giraffe, buffalo, impala). Everything was great!
