Great tour operator, even greater tour guide. Elijah was the best!
We found Ozon Light after a lot of research on tour operators, as we wanted to plan a safari (our first) as part of our honeymoon. Overall, the tour operator, and more specifically Michael, was very good, helpful and prompt in his communication, and delivered a well curated 6-7 day safari plan for us, based on what we asked of him. Essentially, we were able to integrate all of Tanzania’s biggest and richest parks in that plan. All the rooms we picked among the alternatives provided to us, both camps and lodges, were more or less as described, with good to great facilities, service and, in most cases, food. Our only regret is one of the accommodations included in the package, for which we had very little info (and a lack of alternatives in Lake Natron, unfortunately), and which, to put mildly, was a disaster, from the (broken) tent we were put in, to the disturbing smell in the bathroom, to the 3 terrible meals that were provided to us during our stay. Luckily, we stayed there for a single day.
Special props need to be given to our tour guide, Elijah. He was just fantastic, from the moment he picked us up, until he left us at the airport. He was very well informed on the parks, animals, birds, historic sites across the range we crossed, always eager to respond to our questions, always positive and in a joking mood, always on time, and most importantly, a great driver - we felt safe throughout, and he made it possible for us to see the Big 5 multiple times (as well as the Ugly 5, and 3 out of the Beautiful 5; the other 2 were just not present in the parks we visited). So thank you, Elijah, for making this an unforgettable experience for us.
In short, would recommend Ozon Light Tours, and would definitely recommend Elijah as tour guide.

Very competent and fun
We took a 3 day trip from Nairobi to Massai mara. The first day was full of dtiving, but when we took an evening trip to massai mara national park, we saw so many animals in the two hours that we had. The next day we actually saw a lion killing a wildebeest 15 meters away from our car. We saw a cheetah killing an antilope. Looks like the animals were hungry that day. Unfortunatelly we didn't see wildebeest crossing the Mara river, just saw them from afar. One of the drivers was really good, the other was more silent, but he was ok.

They picked me up from my hotel. Took care of the flights and transportation. Provided safari guide, water, and food. All i had to do was show up. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and customer service.

My son and I had a 13 day tour with Ethiopia wild tour in July. The trip is wonderful and we have so much fun. Ethiopia wild tour really care their customers, very professional and experienced drivers and guides. The company is well operated with good resources. Even under the extreme hard gas situation in July, they worked so hard to resolve the problems behind the scenes and we have a super smooth trip still. Big thanks to the team. An Unforgettable Safari with Nkollо Tours & Safaris and Ringo– 10/10!
Our safari with Nkollо Tours & Safaris was incredible from start to finish. Everything was very well organized, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. As this was our honeymoon, Nkollo was great arranging something special for us at every hotel, which made us feel truly cared for and made the whole experience even more memorable.
Our guide, Ringo, was definitely a great guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, wildlife and ecosystems, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible experience. He had an incredible ability to spot animals from a distance and, more importantly, understood their behavior and knew exactly where to go and when to wait.
Thanks to Ringo, we were incredibly lucky with our sightings. We saw the Big Five, including several rhinos and an incredible number of lions, elephants and buffaloes. We also saw cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras and countless other animals. One of the most spectacular moments was witnessing the Mara River crossing, which was an unforgettable experience.
We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire, and each park offered something different. Ringo managed our time perfectly and always made sure we had enough time to enjoy the sightings rather than simply rushing from one animal to another.
The overall organization was also good. Everything ran smoothly throughout the safari, and we always felt safe and well taken care of.
A huge thank you to Nkollо Tours & Safaris for making our safari so memorable. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Suricata Safaris
Our safari with Suricata Safaris was absolutely amazing and unforgettable! Amiri was an incredible guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were lucky to see the Big Five and many other amazing animals, and we got fantastic photos throughout the trip. Our international group was wonderful and we had so much fun together. The lodges were beautiful and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end. We could not have wished for a better safari experience. Very skilled at planning trips and finding suitable accommodations
I found Westwild two months before deciding on my travel dates, and Mr. Wang quickly developed a customized itinerary based on my preferences. Through several rounds of smooth communication, we finalized the plan together. Throughout the process, Mr. Wang and his assistant were extremely patient and friendly, offering many helpful suggestions. In Serengeti, thanks to their highly experienced guide, we successfully spotted all the animals we wanted to see—including leopards! The experience of tracking leopards and watching wildebeest cross the river truly showcased his expertise; it was amazing! Hi there. I've just completed day 3 of my 4 day safari with Kelvin from Axis Africa Expedition and Safaris. Everything about this tour has surpassed my expectations. I have been trying to do this safari for over a decade so I was a little nervous. All of the communication with Tabitha was so easy and very timely. Her service was excellent right from the beginning.
When the tour started, Kelvin was amazing from the start. The driving alone is so hard on these treacherous roads and he made us feel very safe. He was incredible at finding these amazing moments and memories on the tour. I know some of it was luck but you can tell he's VERY experienced and he has great connections with many other drivers, to help find us the best moments with the animals. We saw ALL of the big five by day two!! He was very warm and knowledgeable, but also always professional. If you get Kelvin as your guide, you've truly locked out.
