The very best anyone could want, every step of the way.
From the minute I considered this tour till I was dropped off at the airport the service was superb. Being a solo traveler I was concerned about connections, safety and communications. Joshua was my coordinator and walked me through everything. He was available for any questions and answered promptly. I had a problem with connecting flight and he assisted me, I took a bus from Nairobi and met me at the bus drop off. Meals, understanding how the safari worked different transfers and even getting groceries. He was so positive professional and helpful. I would encourage anyone considering a safari in Tanzania to check this company out and the go as far as to as for Joshua. A wonderful experience and hope that more people get the chance to see what this country has to offer. Again thank you so much Joshua you are truly one of a kind.

Amazing experience from a great team!
Amazing 12 days in Africa with an itinerary from Monique. Initially scheduled for June of 2020, finally went in 2023. Monique and Giltedge did a super job helping facilitate all the changes due to Covid. When we finally went, it was simply stunning - the trip of a lifetime. We loved every minute of Africa - Giraffe Manor (everyone should kiss a giraffe), Mila Tented Camp with lions roaring outside the tent in the middle of the wildebeest migration, Mahali Mzuri with the fantastic animal sightings and ending with trekking for gorillas in Rwanda at the One&Only Gorillas Nest (a resort beyond any I have ever stayed). Simply the best experience every. Thank you so much to the team at Giltedge and the staff at the different resorts.

Our trip to lake Mburo National Park was remarkable and memorable. The guide was very knowledgeable and good at time management. Everything was according to our expectations, the car, the hotels, the game drives and boat cruise was all amazing.

The tour operator did an excellent work
I have been living in Nairobi for most of my life and I rarely go outside of the city. I recently joined a group of friends after constant pursuation. I was picked up from my house and the Abana group had sent a driver. The driver constantly told us that we'd have a great time and his passion for wildlife could easily be seen. It turned out to be an exciting adventure. Abana safaris had carefully crafted a program that included visiting various landscapes, wild animals etc. Service was excellent and I would recommend anyone who wants to travel to use Abana Safaris.
