Amazing Murchison falls
I and my hubby booked a 4day Murchison falls trip, Esther was so helpful in all the arrangement process, email reply was prompt and very knowledgeable. We saw amazing wildlife, high concentration of animals and birds, beautiful sceneries with enormous palm trees thanks to our driver guide Kennedy whose eagle eye made sure we saw a lot than expected. We highly recommend this company and Murchison falls

Great experience
Philemonn from AARDVARK Expeditions LTD organized a beautiful six day Safari for us following exactly our specific whishes. The Tour took us to Tarangire NP which in our opinion should not be overlooked, to the exceptional Serengeti NP as well as to the Ngorongoro crater. Finally, there was also an excursion to the beautiful forest of Lake Manyara. The organization and realisation of the Tour took place in an absolutely professional manner. Our driver and guide Donatus won us with his exceptional ability to find not only, in many cases repeatedly, the "Big Five" (lions, buffaloes, rhinos, leopards and elephants) but also a multitude of other species of fauna and flora of the region. His notions on the matter as well as on the geography of the places and the customs and culture of the peoples of the area, as well as his incredible visual ability, which allowed him to notice animals even at a very long distances and while driving the vehicle, was extremly precious. His friendliness, kindness and his sense of duty aimed at guaranteeing us a unique experience at all costs and his ability to read our wishes from our lips many times even before we had expressed them made this experience truly unforgettable. In this sense we highly recommend Aarkvard expeditions and especially the guide Donatus.

Unhelpful to the max
We booked our trip for 2020. They were very happy to help us select them and arrange the entire trip with them. They highlighted (over and over and over again) that they were a five-star resort, which to me means five-star assistance and service. Then COVID happened and they ignored our requests for help. We did have travel insurance (as they recommended) but they were not interested in helping us with the process. We will NOT be booking our next safari with Kenyazi.

A trip to refresh my soul and open my eyes.
I was in Tanzania last August and couldn't get it out of my mind. This year of isolation has taken it's toll on everyone--I needed

Incredible and unforgettable Safari experience! No one should miss it!

Our experience with Biko Adventures was brilliant since the first moment when we started the communication until the drop of at the hotel after Safari tour.
1) communication before Safari - Saititi prepared multiple proposals for our Safari trip and was also very patient with our changing requirements and also number of participants (due to current situation)
2) safari itself - I went to Safari in Sri Lanka but it’s nothing to be compared. We had amazingly experienced and knowledgeable driver Samuel who made our trip unforgettable. We saw so much animals very closely, big 5 in 4 days! Also sleeping Director in national parcs was incredible. We never felt in danger but could live the real wild safari experience!
3) staff - very professional approach since the day A when arranging trip,continuing with the best driver ever who talked all languages of the world, great chef ak.a doctor of our stomach who had even challenging conditions as few group members were vegetarians.
If I return to Tanzania, I would definitely use Biko adventures again and will for sure recommend them to all my friends and family.

A+ Safari Experience
Jacob was the man behind the operation, he was very helpful in answering my questions and helped me plan the trip and SAVE money. Yes! He helped me SAVE money on lodging by offering the Taji Rest House, which is a great lodge in the middle of the Serengeti (5 stars to the staff that work there, as well). The prices were great, better than other companies.
Freddy was the man behind the wheel. He did a great job. He has eyes like binoculars... most of the time, he saw the animals before we did. He had extensive knowledge of all of the animals, as well as the area, itself. He answered all of my questions and did his best to make sure that we saw as many animals as possible... which we did. I'm very happy.
The Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater are amazing. I highly recommend going to both places for your safari, and I highly recommend booking your trip with SmileWithUsTours. Also, one more thing I forgot to add: Freddy recommended that I double-check my flight, because he said Precision Air cancels flights a lot... and he was right. Thanks to him, I was able to find out that my flight was delayed and I was able to stay at the safari longer. Thanks again, guys!

Once in a lifetime experience
From start to finish the tour was amazing and well thought out .
They even changed our itinerary as they thought we would see more animals at the second recommend park .
We only done 2 days but we literally saw everything we came to see .
The highlight though was our guide Alex , Alex has 30 years experience doing safaris and his wealth of knowledge helped us enjoy the trip even more so .

Trip of a lifetime!
We had the most incredible week away in Uganda! Grassrootz Adventures is such a well organised and professional travel company that made everything feel so smooth and flawless. Emmy our guide was absolutely brilliant and his knowledge about each place and Uganda in general was fantastic. We did the Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi National Forest plus 3 days at Murchinson Falls and it truly was the most unforgettable trip that we feel so lucky to have experienced. Emmy organised our Covid Test for us and ensured that we got the results in time for our departure flight. We had a doctor come to us at the lodge in Kibale National Park and then results were delivered the day before we flew back out of Entebbe. It was very easy!
I could not recommend this trip any more!

Attention to every detail in comfort and safety
The booking was flawless and we felt informed and supported through the whole process. Our airport transfer was professional and ensured our safety.
