Reliable, transparent and exceptionally attentive
Secret Namibia listened and understood perfectly what we were after from day one, and captured it accordingly in their proposal. Communication was smooth all the way through, they were easy to reach before, during or after our trip, fast to respond and always very clear, uncomplicated. During our trip they made the extra effort to check in with us from time to time in a non-intrusive way and make sure everything is going well. And when something minor did go awry, which is in the nature of things, they immediately sorted it for us in a way that it had no impact on our holiday at all. Even offered to pick up a new spare wheel for us themselves when one of our tyres burst en route to Swakopmund so that we can use this time to visit Sandwich bay instead.
The places booked for us were all high quality and friendly, catering well for our 4 year old as well, whom we were travelling with. The itinerary was well balanced in terms of drive/stay time and a good pace for a family with a small child. The little favour that awaited us on arrival was a nice touch to the already well prepared trip. Especially hit the right spot with our son, who would not go anywhere without his new scorpio torch and memory game for the rest of the trip.
We usually don't use agents for our travels, however, this time we left the planning so late that we were really struggling with availability. This is how we found Secret Namibia as a last shot and they delivered beyond our expectations. We will no doubt rely on them again to help organize our next trip to Botswana!

A huge THANK YOU to Rustic Safari for this magnificent dream holiday on Tanzanian soil. Lake Natron - Serengeti region Masai Mara for the great migration - Serengeti region Seronera - Ngorongoro Crater and its conservation area - Tarangire - Zanzibar. 12 days of fabulous safari in the company of Sylvester; an exceptional guide (French-speaking) who was able to share his love for his "kingdom" with us; to listen to us; to serve us from morning to night, and to help us discover exceptional wildlife and fabulous landscapes. Peter, our chef, was also unbelievably kind, concocting delicious dishes that always took our tastes and desires into account.
The adventure continued in Zanzibar, a marvellous island in the Indian Ocean, in a perfect establishment, while our "hero" reached the roof of Africa, Kilimanjaro.
This small Tanzanian company run by Sylvester and Joelle deserves a special recommendation; whatever your request, they'll go out of their way to fulfill it. Safari / Trek - Ascension / Spa / Activity recommendations; they have an answer for everything and take care of everything.
I'd like to finish by thanking all the "little hands" (Mama Amina - Frenga - Anjou - Rasta - Mémo - Faith etc...) who work around Rustic to ensure top-notch logistics; and your children Jaya and Myrick for making us so welcome during our stay with you in Sanawari!

Perfect Safari Tour Operator!
We were looking for a real honeymoon safari experience in Tanzania. Through Safari Bookings we came across Ro Scavenger Safari’s. They caught our attention because of their Itinerary and the price that was with it. We decided to request a quotation for our needs and within 24 hours we received the quotation exactly as we wanted. Also the price was within our budget and exactly what we expected. The payments were all by bank and well received everytime. Communication was by email/whatsapp, and they always responded very quickly. They even came with other side activities to do during the safari, but we already had full plans.
They picked us up from the airport as well and brought us to our hotel. Our guide Elia was always on time and very kind. He could tell you a lot about the animals when you saw them. Compared to all other drivers, he was very respectful to the animals and waited patiently for them to pass or anything and not “hunting” them for the perfect picture. And we got them thanks to his patience.
All the hotels were nice, the food was good; it was overall an unforgettable experience!

Great safari, highly recommended
We went on a four day safari to Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha and it was amazing. We got to go on a full day safari with the car, boat safari and walking safari. Our guide knew very well what he was doing and was always open to make our trip better. He even offered us a walking safari on Hells, gate NP which was not even in our initial plan. Come visit Kenya with Marurumi Safaris!

I hired a Toyota land cruiser of these guys for a solo drive into Serenegetti national park, best experience of my life, and these guys were awesome to deal with..communication was the best for me, sleeping in tent above the jeep was just the bomb!

The best
What an amazing experience with Lolarip and the guide!! We land in Kilimanjaro and they pick up us at the airport and took us to Forrest Hill, in Arusha; its a nice hotel, with an infinity pool with view, to relax before starting the safari.
The next day, we woke up very early and the adventure started; we saw everything we want to see and we stayed a night in Sound of Silence, in Serengeti, a lovely experience!! In the meantime, we had lunch in seregenti (outside the car) after checking there were no animals around us.
The third day also started very early and we saw a lot of action.
Many thanks to Lolarip and the guide, they were very kind to us and provided everything to give us an unforgivabble experience

Tour operator and guide are very good
We , my wife and daughter planned the trip just a week before the actual travel date. Beacon safaris able to plan and arrange within couple of days. From planning till saying bye at the airport is very memorable. The guide Mr. Mike is a top class. He made all efforts to show us the Big 9s. The hotels were top class , stayed at SOPA group lodges. A very memorable trip.

Beautiful country, we were made to feel very welcome
This was our first time on Safari and in Tanzania. From the start, everyone we met was welcoming and happy that we were visiting their country. We had arranged a safari through Safari by Z and had the wonderful Fadhili as our guide/driver. We stayed 8 days and visited Tarangire , Lake Manyara but we were pleased that we left the best to last, Serengeti . On our way back we went to Ngorongora Crater which was amazing. We were so lucky to see so many different animals on our trips (elephants, zebra, cheetah. lions etc etc). The list just goes on & on (hate to think how many 100's of photos we took !) and this was completely down to the knowledge of our guide, Fadhili Our days were filled with meeting friendly local people, beautiful scenery, wonderful animals, terrible roads (thank goodness that Fadhili drove us slowly!). Wonderful to see the Maasai people, looking after their cows/goats/donkeys as we drove through the Parks. We never failed to be surprised and thrilled about how diverse the area was, surely making Tanzania a top destination to go to. Ballooning over the Serengeti was superb, very well organised and a must, even though it isn't cheap!. We went slightly out of season which worked in our favour, the Parks weren't too busy. Your guide and the Safari company you choose, is so important because it is them that makes sure you get to see the best of Tanzania and their Parks. All in all, a fabulous holiday, it exceeded our expectations and cannot be recommended highly enough as a must go to destination. Visit Tanzania, go on safari, immerse yourself in their culture, you won't be disappointed.
